My third time trying their avocado toast no bacon. Holy cow there was so much salt on there I could see the crystals. I thought it was just topped with everything seasoning. My first 2 times it was not this salty. No good at all ugh, i wasted my money.

Spent $8 on two drinks and a snackin bacon. They forgot to give me one of my drinks and there were only 3 slices of bacon that were pretty much just fat :/

Had a pumpkin muffin xlarge hot coffee with pumpkin spice,cream and Splenda was delicious

The girls were extremely kind and knowledgeable even if we were a bit confused on what to order! Food was also really good!

I went through this Dunkin around 11 am and I don’t normally leave reviews but, I feel like this needs to be addressed. I ordered a coffee and I forgot to ask them to add milk to it, so when I got to the window I asked if it was too late. The blonde girl at the window didn’t even look at me or greet me when I pulled up and she just handed me my coffee without answering my question. I understand when you are in a hurry, but to not even look or answer me is disrespectful to say the least. I didn’t get her name or anything but I came through July 29th, so whoever it was needs to be spoken to about proper customer service.

The mobile order experience is usually pretty bad. They don’t place the orders out for people to see the receipts. They keep the orders behind the counter away from the mobile order space. No one came over to ask anyone with a mobile order what order they had. I ended up just reaching across and grabbing what looked like mine and even then I had to ask where another one of my items was located because they weren’t placed together. It has been like this since they opened. Their staff do not seem eager to help in any way.

They are always busy but they get through the lines pretty quickly. Twice they had messed up our orders but they were quick and happy to correct it each time. We werent mad, both times were during really crazy rush hours. They are very friendly here and I give them kudos for handling the rush hours with grace.

Ok coffee for less than Starbucks

Ordered egg sandwich and a large latte used door dash . When I un sealed the bag sandwich was soggy from latte spilling all over because lid was not on the cup

Love Dunkin’ and the app, excited to have a location with drive thru and perks. We’ve been visiting several times a week since opened. Unfortunately, when order on app the modifications noted aren’t followed. We adjust our flavor swirl pumps so less sweet, not noted on print label and receive overly flavored. (Dunkin’ manager experience, I know my drinks.) Now have to go in lobby to order. Plus side, customer service is great.

Put sugar in my coffee for some strange reason. I asked for cream and the ticket said cream and sugar.

Took 37 minutes to get through the drive through, but the food was good. For the first time ever, my potatoes were hot.

I normally love Dunkin, and still do, but the last couple times Ive gotten stale donuts and messed up coffee orders.

Grand opening day, was very excited about having a DD on the south end of town instead of just the small one on campus.My neighbor texts me and says they have promotions and a prize wheel etc (he got a free large iced coffee......so I head over.Busy but not to crazy. I walk up to the door (no line outside or anything. Prize wheel sitting right next to the exterior door........stand there for 5 minutes while the lady that is suppose to be running it has social hour with two customers sitting at one of the outside tables, she looks directly at me, standing in front of the prize wheel a couple of times, continues talking.Frustrated I give up and go inside, I politely let one of the managers know. He says Ill go outside and address it. I order my food and head to the door to leave.Now the manager and the original lady....both with their backs to the wheel, I still dont get offered to spin the wheel......as I get in my car to leave the next larger family walking up to the door.....get to spin the wheel......Way to treat new customers, especially a New Englander that grew up eating DD and was excited for the new location, guess Ill just keep going to campus if I really want donuts.
