This is my favorite coffee shop in town. Mostly because they offer the sugar free mocha syrup. It’s delicious in an iced coffee!Service is fast, as well as friendly. If you’re disabled, it can be challenging to get the door opened and wheel in by yourself. But I’m my opinion, it’s worth the effort!

Some of the best coffee Ive ever had! I got the Cinful Iced Latte and my boyfriend got the Berry White Iced Latte. Wish we had one in my hometown. The employees were very helpful too! Will definitely be back when were in town.

Staff is always friendly and genuine. The owner works the register sometimes and hes great. Prices are fair and coffee is great! They also move very quickly. There was a line of 9 people in front of me and I still made it to work on time!

I had a great experience at BIGGBY COFFEE! It was my first time there and the worker was very helpful. She was extremely friendly, and a knowledgeable worker. The coffee was fantastic, and the ambiance was very relaxing. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back.

Usually, one orders a hot drink. It is made to your specifications. I had my first white chocolate hot chocolate. Since Im allergic to ALL darker chocolate, mine had to be white. Toward the last third of the drink, it started tasting more like hot milk with not so much white chocolate flavor left. I will stick to the white chocolate coffee, I think, from now on😋

Gary, the owner, serves the community in multiple ways and hires very efficient and friendly staff. Everyone remembers me, I never wait long for my order, and everything is always delicious. Can’t say enough positive things about this place!

So I work near this Biggby, and always am impressed by the service of the people that work there. They are always super friendly and go above and beyond!

Have not been happy the last two times I went to this location. Seems like they are always training someone new and Im not sure if this is why my drinks havent been that great or its just the recipes Im not a fan of. My salted caramel latte wasnt sweet at all and tasted like luke warm smoke. My triple mocha barely even tasted as chocolatey as a regular mocha. If Im paying 6 plus dollars for a calorie laden drink- I want to at least enjoy it! I guess Ill just stick to the classics or visit a different location. Staff is always nice at least I guess.

I have been going here for a while and I like this coffee shop a lot. They have excellent options and a secret menu for those who come here quite often. The service is excellent and the staff is quite friendly and willing to work with you.

Its the preferred alternative to the corporate ⭐bucks - the coffee is less bitter and prices less painful.They offer regular drip coffees, specialty drinks, a variety of milk-types, and frozen smoothies. And donut bites. ⭐ Love those sweets! Inside is new & tidy, baristas are friendly, and service is quick. Maybe I go during the slow hours, but I have never had to wait in line!My coworker who goes to Biggby ALL the time was given a special business card - apparently the owner delivers coffee to local businesses, so we tried it once and he did! ⭐ How cool is that?! They also have a catering menu & will donate to community events!Their tables are perfectly-sized for a solo study session & cozy chairs are great for lounging! ⭐ I love the bold colors of the walls, but they are unfortunately bare & the furniture layout could be more inviting - otherwise, its a great addition to the neighborhood!Outdoor seating faces the parking lot, so I usually just grab an Iced Coffee to go!

I always get iced coffee with almond milk and its always delicious. Baristas are also always very friendly and provide quick but quality customer service.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Im a college student and have been working early mornings for a couple years. I would go into Biggby almost daily and the staff could not have been more amazing and friendly. Gary is wonderful and personable to clients. They support local coalitions and other local businesses. I love going into Biggby! And Sam is the best :)

Local Franchise coffee shop that gratefully changed their name from beaners to biggby. Menu is similar to Starbucks in selection and price. This particular location is clean and very brand new. I recommend the frozen coffee drinks during the summer and a nice hot latte in the cold of winter. Staff here was friendly and helpful

I tried the hot chocolate and it was great! The baristas were friendly and I like that there is a t.v. there that I was able to watch. However, I couldnt get hooked up to their wifi.

Best Biggby in two states. I go to several in Mich. and Ohio when I travel. The Bowling Green coffee is tops.
