We had an outstanding Sales Associate, Kyle Gordon. Kyle spent time asking questions and listening to what we were looking for in our next mattress. He was very informative about all the features of a Sleep Number bed and the many accompanying products. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Sleep Number and if you are looking for a good salesman ask for Kyle!

Expensive will have to be better at describing what transpired I spent the most money for a bed that I had ever!!

After 4 days of waiting to hear when my bed will be delivered I called customer service. I was shocked to find out that because I ordered an RV mattress, my time frame is 60-90 days!What a crock!Refund my money and then call me when my matters can be delivered within a reasonable time frame.

What a great experience! I love their product demo process...this is something other premium mattress company’s should pay attention to..... you are very unlikely to go anywhere else after visiting, (unless you are bargain hunting, if that’s the case, this isn’t for you anyway).

We waited for over an hour to talk to the salesman and listened to him give multiple discounts to the other people in the store. When it was our turn, he priced the mattress we had been looking at for a much higher than originally stated price as he said on our arrival that he could get at or below our price range. We mentioned the presidents sale online and he had no interest in matching those prices. We will just be purchasing from the Etown store instead.

Unbelievably the difference I felt in such a short time trying out the bed at my comfort level at the store. I was truly amazed for the first time. Just reading about this amazing bed does not do it justice, you need to try it to believe it. Looking forward to getting it in our house so my wife and I can finally get the rest and comfort weve both been looking for. Thank you Kate for your expertise and professionalism in helping us to the best sleep for the rest of out lives.

Chris and Tyler were great. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated how things were explained and no one was pushy. I cant wait to get my bed!! I felt an immediate difference once my sleep number was found. I highly encourage you to check them out.

It was an experience we had long awaited. The visual showing where the pressure points are at the beginning of the experience showed lots of these pressure points,. As the bed was allowed to adjust to our back(s) the red areas turned to green. Also the comfort was substantially increased. Thank you, Sleep Number!We purchased the I-8 bed.

My experience at The Sleep Number Bed was exceptional. When we walked in the store we were greeted by Tyler, one of the salesmen in the store. He was friendly and explained everything about the Sleep Number bed experience. We actually laid on two beds and actually were able to feel how the beds felt and how truly comfortable they are. We purchased our Sleep Number Bed and are anxiously awaiting its arrival.
