We placed our order for 4 appliances and a tub on 9/9/20. 4 months later in early January, I called to check the status. I was told the refrigerator was in, the cooktop might be another 2-3 weeks, and they would request estimated time of arrival on the dishwasher, microwave/wall oven and bathtub. The majority of the time, phone calls are not returned so I email asking if the refrigerator could be delivered and any news on the ETA’s. No response. I call on 2/12/21 to tell them we are tired of the run around, not returning phone calls or emails and we would like our money back. The lady said she would leave a message for someone to call me back. No one returns my call. My husband went today 2/15/21 in person to ask for a refund. He was told that it would not be a fast process. Also, out of everyone we talked to, not one person offered an apology. We have ordered appliances elsewhere and knew when they would arrive online. As for our experience with the poor customer service from Ferguson, we will never do business there again.
Drove an hour to buy a commercial range from this store bases upon hours posted on google maps site of 4:30. Got to store at 4:10 and front door hours are close at 4:00. Would not answer phone number posted either. No thanks

Had my ignitor go out on the gas furnace and these guys were very helpful. After two trips they got me setup with an ignitor that worked the first time I put it in. Would highly recommend to see these guys for your HVAC supplies.
