My wife and I have been shopping for a replacement for our 2013 Rogue and had looked at a number of alternatives, including Honda and Toyota. We came to Battles and were treated well. We were politely greeted and had a low pressure exchange with our salesperson. Not only was the vehicle we were looking for in stock and available, when we took it on the test drive, we found that it exceed our expectations and the performance of its competitors.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Battles Nissan. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism that I received. My sales rep was Noah, who answered all my questions and facilitated the deal. Although I didn’t finance the vehicle, I met with Ryan who closed the deal and was extremely polished in his role. He set me up with a three-year warranty and explained all the numbers. And finally Tim, the manager, facilitated a minor repair within 24 hours and I had my registration and plates the next day. I know that if I have an issue they will be there to help.

I found shopping at Nissan was seamless. I knew what I wanted and salesperson Teddy Schrand was professional and knowledgeable about the Rogue I was looking for. He had an answer for every Rogue question I asked and I was pleasantly surprised by his enthusiasm. I felt confident I was getting the vehicle I wanted because everything was explained so carefully.
Was greeted warmly by the service desk promptly, friendly and quick. Waiting area was a nice touch, coffee maker was busted lol but pleased with the area to wait. Wifi was a nice perk. Considering I had a recall and then a oil change with a good amount of people in front of me two hrs wait was pretty good timing for what had to be done. And the car wash was definitely appreciated after service. Thanks! Ill be back to battles in the future.

Weve owned many many cars. Our current car is a 2015 Pathfinder. We bought it as a left over 15 in 2016. It is very unusual that we would have a car this long without trading up. Hi my name is karlee darcy and I had recently been having trouble with two previous nissan dealerships about getting my car fixed, putting the blame on me and reporting me for insurance scam. i brought my brand new 2020 nissan sentra into Kevin at Nissan Battles long story short, after him truthfully looking at my car, my steering rack was completely broken and i had rust water coming from my inner tie rod boot, damage that couldnt have been caused from me. i was told this was previous damage from before i had even purchased it, not from me hitting a pothole. i want to thank kevin so much! and his team for all the help they gave me through this rough period trying to get my car fixed. they had the upmost respect and were so understanding about what was going on. they completely took care of the insurance scam claim and fix my car warrantied! such a great group of guys and will forever be bringing my car here! thank you so so much again!best regardskarlee darcy

I have bought my Nissan cars from them, had my car serviced with them...always super pleased with service and friendliness of staff...Butlost my hearing aid in car between seats...had looked everywhere with flashlights..other friends as well..to no avail...so i took it to nissan and told them my saga asking how much to remove seat...and new service guy said he wanted to pull it in and see what he could do..10 mins later there he comes beaming holding my aid....not sure who was happier...offered to pay for his lunch....absolutely not...just happy to be of service....Above and beyond...👏

He is such an asset to your company as he goes beyond what is expected to accommodate the customer with excellent service, information, explanation & timeliness of the work to be completed. I had scheduled the service well in advance so I could get a loaner for the day as the work was going to take most of the day to complete. I truly appreciate the excellent service, knowledge & friendliness of all the individuals in the service department & especially appreciate that they wash the car before returning it to you, which does not occur at any other service department. Our sales professional, Mike Mele went above and beyond what any other salesperson would have done. His knowledge of the Armada and the Nissan brand was remarkable. Mike was able to relate the vehicle’s features and benefits, in laymen’s terms of course, to meet our needs. He was fair and straight forward with all the numbers right from the beginning... We had a frozen brake caiiper. This was repaired quickly and professionally under warranty. Due to the nature of the issue, collateral damage was also done to the wheel, wheel well and step bumper. Nick B took the initiative to submit a claim to also repair these issues. This was done recently including new parts. The truck was detailed to the nines upon return. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the professionalism, follow up and excellent work done by Battles Nissan, and especially Nick Battles. No my experience was a little less desired of what I experienced years ago when it was under another ownership. It was very easy to get an appointment and my car was looked at in a professional way but the feeling I got from the person describing what needed to be done was very condescending and not really helpful to what my problem was. I chose to do the bare minimum and I dont think I will do business or recommend anyone with a Nissan to visit this location anytime soon.

I cant say enough about Battles Nissan! I worked with Noah and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. He didnt pressure me into any one vehicle, but rather let me test drive everything that I wanted and even made a recommendation (the car that I ended up buying) based on my tastes and the features that I had in my current vehicle. When I waited for him to bring a new test drive up for me, the manager, Brian, and another salesman, Corey, kept me company. I felt like I was spending an evening hanging out with friends. We were in MA for the Thanksgiving Holiday and unfortunately experienced an issue with my Nissan truck. Even though the Service Dept was short staffed they fit me in on Saturday for an initial assessment when no one else in the area would. They were able to complete the work on Monday and the tech (Kevin M.) called well past 8:00 in the evening to assure me it would be done for pick up the next morning. A great experience and would definitely recommend and would go back if in the area again.

Mr. Battles came over to me in the waiting area and asked if everything was ok with my car. I was only there for an oil change but it was comforting knowing that he truly cares for each of his customers and wants all transactions to be pleasant. Additionally the dealership manager came over to see if I was being taken care of and she also expressed interest in my experience while there. Excellent staff and the service department is always helpful. Not only was my car washed after the oil change, it was vacuumed out and the floor mats were washed. Again, above and beyond my expectations.

Town fair tire messed up an alignment and told me something must be wrong with my car. I went to Nissan with the intention of getting my money back through town fair, once Nissan fixed the issue.After Nissan told me nothing was wrong, the nice lady heard my concerns and let me talk to the mechanic. The mechanic listened to me, understood what was wrong, told me he can fix it, but it’s more of just an annoying issue and nothing that could damage my new tires. He said it would cost me 89 dollars to fix. I said that as long as it wouldn’t hurt my car, he doesn’t have to fix it.About 15 minutes later, the nice lady comes to get me and she tells me that the mechanic fixed it anyway and brought it for a wash all for no charge.I have never had such amazing service from a car place ever! Not only did they listen to me and address my concerns (which is rare for a female in a car place) they fixed it for me for free, so I didn’t have to turn around and fight Townfair Tire.I was sad to see Balise Nissan shut down, but I am so happy to find a wonderful place for my car. A place where they take me seriously and don’t try to cheat me out of my money.Thank you so much Battles Nissan! I can’t thank you enough for how I was treated.

These people are crooks. They replaced the ignition in our Nissan, charged us $650. Just hours later the car began to buck uncontrollably. Looked online and realized that it was most likely an issue with how the ignition was installed. Bring the car back.They decide to charge us $105 to diagnose the problem (maybe they should have done that FIRST), only to discover there was a problem with how the ignition was done so they fixed it but there are a bunch of other issues and they recommended getting a new car.Are you kidding me? $750 later and I need a new car? Now I have to file a complaint with the better business burea and an attorney is looking into what other options I may have.If you do business with them be very weary. Unethical.
I bought a car last week. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Kevin was my salesman, I worked with the business manager David to finance and Tony, the owner. They all were really nice and helpful. They understood what I was looking for, the features I wanted and the price range I needed to be in. They didnt try to put me in something I couldnt afford or get me to settle on something I wouldnt be happy with in the long run. My family owns a local business and when I can I try to stay local. I always truly admire and respect when the business owner is involved in the process and genuinely cares. I plan on keeping this car for years to come, but when its time to trade in Id go back to Nissan of Bourne!

Took my 2011 Frontier in for ball joints, struts and brakes. At no charge they also buffed out my headlight covers that were getting milky. I was given a loaner for the 2 days that they had my vehicle. I felt they did a good job on the repair work and went the extra mile to make a customer happy.
I was stuck on Nantucket with a Nissan Pathfinder that had a failed air conditioner/ heater motor. For those not familiar with Nantucket it is impossible to get a car on the ferry during the summer months without a reservation made months in advance. So there was no way to get the car to a dealer to take care of my car that was still under warranty. I called the nearest dealer (which was not Battles) and got very little help. I tried Battles and dealt with Nick and Mike. GREAT service. My plan is to limp the car along until I can get off the island in about a month. Once on the mainland I will take the car to Battles for repair. If I were going to buy a new Nissan it would definitely be from Battles! Good job folks. Good job!!!
Had an oil change and tightened the heat shield that was rattling since we bought the car last February but still had to pay for that service and some clamps.All and all the service as usual was fabulous right through the car wash

I just came in to get the check engine light shut off, bc when u get a part changed in or around the engine u have to take it to a Nissan dealership for them to reset it. This is my second time here. Not happy and they charged me for things that had nothing to do with what I came in for. I just needed the light reset so I can get my car inspected. Feel like I’m getting the runaround.
