Brian the salesman was referred to us by a mutual friend. He didnt play games or pressure us. He didnt have the exact vehicle we wanted on the lot so he searched the local inventory and located it. Had the vehicle we wanted on site within days. He got us the best price around and even got us a finance rate better than Toyotas special rate all while retaining all the factory rebates. Vehicle was immaculate, transaction was smooth, 90% done before we got there. Finance officer didnt try and pressure us into any warranties but gave us a briefing on them (standard practice). It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences my wife and I ever had! Thank you!

FALMOUTH TOYOTA LONG OVER DUEI bought a car at Falmouth Toyota a while back and was very impressed with Maria ONeil and the entire experience. I recently was inquiring about a car for my sister, which she decided to hold off on that decision for a number of reasons. But when we had discussed it, I contacted Falmouth Toyota. They were patient and respectful of my decision. Not over bearing, makes me want to do business with them again.

Brought my car in for service to find out what was causing a squealing sound while driving on the highway. Diagnosed as dirty rear brake calipers after a test drive. The calipers were cleaned to solve the problem, saving me the cost of a much more expensive rear brake replacement job. Chriss honesty at the service desk regarding a proper diagnosis of my cars problem is very much appreciated!!!!

They literally refused to do business with me because I live out of state. If you live out of state, dont waste your time with this dealership. And if you live in-state, be wary, because dealers with these kinds of policies usually have other problems.
I bought a brand new Tacoma Trd Pro, and after driving only 1300 miles the lettering on the center caps is already falling off. I brought the truck in for its first oil change, and showed them the problem with the center caps and they said they could replace them under warranty. I received a phone call a couple of days later that the center caps had arrived and I needed to make an appointment to come in to switch them out. I drove down to the dealership and parked right next to the service center as it was full inside. I went to the service desk and told them I was there just to have some center caps put in, they then asked for my keys and to take a seat. I told them I was parked right outside the door thinking they could just come out with the center caps and pop them in for me. They wanted the keys so I obliged and then took a seat. About 20 mins later I was told unfortunately they ordered the wrong center caps and that I’d have to come back. I went outside to find my truck parked about 6 parking spots away from where I originally parked, I also found grease all over the rear quarter panel’s paint and then one of the “good” center caps was barely hanging on. I went back inside and expressed my concerns about that cap to which they looked at me like I was being irrational. They came out and took a look, then told me they would order 4 replacement center caps. This was 6 weeks ago. I called about 3 weeks ago asking for an update and spoke with one of the service managers. He told me they were due to arrive around May 15. That day has come and gone and then some. If you look through the reviews, it sounds like the sales department at Falmouth Toyota is halfway decent, my experience with the service department though has been absolutely awful. Center caps might not sound like a big deal, and they really aren’t. What’s incredibly frustrating though is spending $50+k on a truck and then having problems after a little more than 1000 miles. Then having to worry about the center cap falling off while driving because the service department informed me in order for a warranty claim to be filed they need the original caps in return, which makes complete sense, but waiting 6 weeks with no updates is completely unacceptable. I’ll be looking for a new dealership to service my vehicle and will inform anyone I know with a Toyota to stay away from this service department. (They might be great with sales, I can’t speak on that.)That all being said there was one person at this dealership’s service department that was great and deserves a raise. Jodi was incredibly friendly and sympathetic to my situation. She gathered all the info and looked into what was going on and was really the only person to follow up and give me any information. The service manager called me only after Jodi notified him.

So far we have found this place to be very friendly. We have dealt mostly with Ken who has been both friendly and courteous. My only wish would be that they would have a larger used inventory to choose from. The new cars seem to have a decent amount of variety. The repair shop also has been very helpful. 4/19... They did it again! We purchased another vehicle from them and they were great all around as usual. Even with a follow up phone call from Matt. I had a minor issue that they jumped right on to get it resolved. Thanks to Amy with the help on that. Just a great group of people! Thats 4 cars purchased from them. Never going back to that other dealer we used to go to!!

Brought my Tacoma in for an oil change on 1/6/2021. At time of check out I noticed the cabin air filter had been changed and I was being charged $44.00 for the service. I was not notified that it needed to be changed. I would have kindly turned down the service and changed it myself. Ensure you look at your statement before you check out.
They seemed like nice folks but ultimately they misdiagnosed my trucks issue. Told me my transmission was shot. Luckily I know better and took it for a second opinion. It was a problem with the driveshaft. If I had followed their advice I would have wasted over $3,000 and still had the same problem.

I called them a week ago to tell them my drivers side front window motor was broken. The first appointment they had to fix it (I thought) was a full week later. So I brought it there today and after getting attitude from the first person I dealt with because I didn’t know immediately where the key was because I never use it, I waited for them to diagnose the problem with my window.Turns out it was exactly what I told them it was. I need a new window motor. So instead of having it on hand since I told them a week ago what I needed, now I have to wait longer for them to order it and waste more of my time waiting again for them to install it. Obviously my time isn’t important to them.When they gave me the car back today, the back window wasn’t closed all the way and is now not working properly.This isn’t my first time getting poor service here. I even decided not to take advantage of any of my complimentary oil changes the car came with because of poor service I got there when I first went there for this car.

About three years ago, I had been in the market for a new truck. After going to several dealerships, getting non-stop sales calls, and salesmen pitching vehicles that werent even close to what I wanted; I stopped looking. My mistake - I didnt go to Falmouth Toyota first. This would have been my first and last stop.Prior to the appointment, I spoke with John in the finance department, who was personable and had lots of good information.I had the pleasure of working with Jesse. He was friendly, straight forward, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Most importantly, he didnt waste my time or my money. I bought exactly what I was looking for.Ian took care of the purchase agreement, which was painless. He did a great job explaining all of the paperwork, and breaking all the information down for my understanding.In total, it took two phone calls and about two hours of my time to find the truck I had been wanting for a very long time. They werent pushy or rude, and not what I had expected - in a good way. If you hate vehicle shopping, go see these guys; they can change that for you.

I bought a slightly used Prius here during COVID-19. Everyone I spoke to, from Tom Murphy the sales manager I was emailing to start the process, and Justin who actually showed me the car and handled the sale, and the man who handled the paperwork with me, Im sorry I forgot his name, but they were all great to deal with. I dread having to buy a new car, because I never know what Im going to get, and I had one bad experience with a sales guy who completely fit the bad salesman stereotype, so I always drag my feet and wait until I absolutely have to. I will definitely come back to Falmouth Toyota and wont be dragging my feet ever again! They even have followed up a couple of times both by email and phone call to make sure I was happy with my car and didnt have any additional questions or concerns.

Theyre ok, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, but they charge a lot of money. You really have to know a bit about cars to not get taken advantage of here. They wanted almost $100 to run diagnostics on my car when most places do it for free with a scanner.

I needed a new ignition key. They can cut/ provide a key with your VIN number. Perfect! Untrained hardware store employees have a hard time duplicating double sided keys..So this is a once and done solution.I also needed a tail gate cable. Easy-peeze. Great customer service here!

I have been going to Falmouth Toyota for many years. I have always found the sales, finance, and service departments to be consistently amazing. While there are many Toyota dealerships in the area, I keep going back to this one. Ronnie, in sales, has always offered the best possible deal on either a purchase or lease. And when I go to pick up the car, everything is ready exactly as he promised. When service has been necessary, it is always easy to schedule--and they always complete the service on time or ahead of time. In summary, if you are looking for a dealership where the customer is listened to, Falmouth Toyota is a perfect option.
Another local business that has made a huge improvement in their already existing excellent customer service is Falmouth Toyota. They have completely redone their building to accommodate their customers. They now have drive through service for your vehicle to insure less of the customers time waiting. While customers sit on comfortable couches there are televisions to watch, tea and coffee as well as fresh fruit and cookies offered. The Sales Department is not bombarding you with pressure right as you walk through the door but located around the corner for those interested. Falmouth Toyota has always provided top notch customer service, but the customer based changes they have made in their building layout have created an entirely new comfortable feel.

This the best place EVER, it was my third time visiting Falmouth Toyota for different reasons and Im always leaving this place happy and satisfied. Through the years Ive been to many places but this one provides the BEST and FASTEST service, people that work there are always so kind and helpful and not to tell you about the delicious coffee (never got used to the machine though 😂 and always lucky to have some of the guys to the rescue) bunch of a fresh fruits and yammy cookies are on your way (my favorite part) that makes the waiting very enjoyable. Over the last decade I have purchased numerous vehicles from Falmouth Toyota and I have always been highly impressed with this family owned and operated business. If you are reading this review you probably research a lot before buying a vehicle. So do I. In fact, I pass 3 Toyota dealerships on my way to and from work. Yes, I have visited these dealers and they do not even come close to Falmouth Toyota in terms of pricing, service and no hassles. Look at the documentation fee-$95 you pay Falmouth Toyota. A look at other dealers in say 100 miles ranges from $300-$500. Do you really think you should pay more than a $95 for a processing fee? Go to Falmouth Toyota and get a great product and an excellent price. Dont forget the service here is excellent. The staff are all experts at what they do and this is obvious when you see the same friendly staff for decades.The next time you are in the market for a Toyota product give serious consideration to this newly renovated facility conveniently located 1.5 miles south of the Bourne bridge. You will probably keep returning for the next 50 years like me.

I have been a customer of Falmouth Toyota for 20 years. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles from Falmouth Toyota and consider ourselves Toyota loyalists. For this recent purchase we ventured to many different dealerships to test a variety of car makes/models in an effort to do more due diligence. We used Toyota products as our scale for vehicle comparison and Falmouth Toyota as our benchmark for customer service. We ultimately purchased from Falmouth Toyota. We have confidence we have bought a reliable vehicle. We were treated exceptionally well by our salesperson, Ron and the rest of the sales team. For example, Ron helped to streamline the testing process by lining up several vehicles for us to drive one right after another, versus how we were treated at other dealerships where the sales associate would bring us back into the showroom between each vehicle test. We were welcomed into the dealership by name by the General Manager and the Sales Manager. The Service Manager, Tony Martino helped us through the difficult time post-accident/full vehicle loss by coordinating insurance reviews, vehicle towing, vehicle removal and a personal handoff to the sales team for vehicle replacement. Because of my own foolish impatience, I drove my 2016 Toyota Corolla off the side of a road in an attempt to go around a stopped vehicle. This caused the right front tire to leave the road and the body of the car to slam down onto the pavement in a violent manner.Once back on the road, the vehicle appeared to be operating properly, however, upon arriving home I discovered a substantial leak behind the tire where the car hit the pavement. Taking no chances, I had the vehicle towed to Falmouth Toyota on the Saturday before Memorial Day.I feared the worst and believed I had done significant damage to the vehicle.On Tuesday morning, I spoke with Taylor (an exceptional service advisor BTW) who told me that, after a full inspection, the vehicle was fine. The leak turned out to be nothing more than the normal operation of the Air Conditioning Condensation Release Valve and the car was good to go.Heres where honesty and integrity come in. Had Falmouth Toyota been unscrupulous they could have easily told me anything and I would have believed them (I had no other frame of reference and believed I had damaged the car). They could easily have charged me hundreds and hundreds of dollars to complete a mythical repair, I would have paid and never known the difference.In a business where honesty and integrity are many times in short supply, Falmouth Toyota stands far above the rest.In addition to my recommending them to others, they have my business now and will continue to be my dealer of choice for any car purchases I will make in the future.Thank you Matt Murphy and the Falmouth Toyota Team for a job well done, everyday.

I recently purchased a 2017 Prius Prime Advanced...which was overall a fabulous experience. The sales manager was personable and helpful...and it was perhaps my easiest auto purchase in nearly 50 years (Im 64)! I LOVED the fact that the salesman, Glen, DID NOT PUSH at all. NO Pressure, which is unusual in my experience. He was a true gentleman. But, he had virtually no experience with this particular model. We were in it together to figure out many of the bells and whistles, and believe me there are many. Im still reading the hefty owners manual 2 days later. Im conflicted in saying anything negative about him...hes REALLY a nice guy. But, when one is purchasing a $30K item, a salesman should be intimately familiar with it. But overall, the experience was GREAT, and Id HIGHLY recommend Falmouth Toyota to friends, family and all of you!
I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Falmouth Toyota over the past 20 years and have always found the sales experience to be exceptional for a car dealership. Unlike most dealers, there is no pressure or attempts to sell you something you do not need or want. I always believe that the key to a good business is the employees. Falmouth Toyota is fairly unique in that the same staff has, for the most part been there for many years. They are all friendly and courteous. I have dealt mostly with Ray Bourgeois over the past 10 plus years and have always found him to be exceedingly honest and fair in all our dealings. My latest purchase of a 2013 Corolla was an exceptionally smooth process and Ray was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted. The sales process was again smooth and totally stress free.You can probably save a few dollars by going to one of the other dealers but I find that in the long run I am better off. As mentioned, the sales experience and post sales service is just so much better than the average new car dealer. I can be assured that I have purchased the vehicle I want. Additionally, I just purchased a used Corolla for my granddaughter from Falmouth Toyota, something I swore I would never do. My experience with a used car dealer convinced me that paying extra for one of Falmouth Toyotas r used vehicles, will in the long run be cheaper as I can be fairly assured that the car is in good shape mechanically and structurally. If I encounter any problems with the purchased vehicle, they bend over backwards to try to resolve the issue in a speedy and satisfactory manner.Overall, I would highly recommend Falmouth Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I recently went to the newly renovated Falmouth Toyota and it looks great! Lots of open seating and tables, a more private area and a cute separated kids area with books and a chalkboard. I was greeted with a smile at the new drive in service area. Jared, as always was kind and helpful. I went there for my 60,000 check up and also had to get new tires, back brakes and an inspection. I had my 6 year old son with me who love the kids area with the books and someone walking by noticed him and gave him a package with a coloring book, crayons and a color your own puzzle that he loved and kept him entertained! I owned a 2007 Toyota Tacoma for nine years and incurred little more in maintenance costs than tires, brake pads and oil changes. It was terrific. I had many questions throughout the financing process as my boyfriend and I went about purchasing a certified pre-owned 2015 Tacoma. Fast friendly service. Very large comfortable waiting room. The service dept is not like your typical garage it is well lit and very cheerful. The areas where they work on the cars are visible and is probably cleaner than most peoples homes. I know that may sound a little hard to believe considered it is a garage after all but you would be hard pressed to find many grease stains on the concrete. I believe what they say and trust there opinions.
As a first time car buyer this was a great experience. I dealt with several other dealers in southern MA before coming here. Falmouth was defiantly more interested in selling me what I wanted vs what they had onsite. Would recommend to a friend/family in a heartbeat.
The main thing that stuck out to me about my experience with Falmouth Toyota was how incredibly friendly EVERYONE (and I mean everyone I encountered) was. Ive been living on the Cape for almost three years (originally from the southeast) and these are by far the nicest service people I have ever encountered here. They take the time to make the customer feel important and respected, they are reasonable with their prices, and they do good work. I grew up in a family that knows a lot about automobiles and I can say that I believe the mechanics at Falmouth Toyota make the grade. From now on, I think I am going to take my Highlander to their shop for anything that needs to be done and you should, too!
