Everyone from the Finance Department to the wonderfully patient man who explained all the things the Forester can do (which was ALOT!) was friendly and I never felt like I was being rushed through the process. Got to this dealer. Encounter two great sales guys. Young but knowledgeable. Very warm and respectful. Not the same with their sales manager. A totally jerk. He won’t talk to customers but tell the kids what to say. If you know or think you are so superior, you should be a role model. Not a total disgrace for young guys. Very sad!
By far the best car buying experience we have had. Paul was great to deal with, and we were not pressured to make a deal at all. Also,Rich and Andy were wonderful, too. They actually make you feel like they care about your experience at the dealership, and that you are not just someone that they can make a profit from. I would definitely recommend this place!!
Called the dealership on a pre owned Mercedes G Wagon. I asked the price of the car, and was told the bigger issue was did I know how hard finding one of these was. I told Andy (I think that was his name) that I was aware, and what was the asking price? I was told that I needed to make a bid or an offer on the car, which I find absolutely absurd. Id give 0 stars if I could. Terrible, just terrible.

We had been thinking about getting a Subaru for quite a while. We knew that that Atlantic Subaru in Bourne had a good reputation and their proximity to Falmouth helped us to make that particular decision. We more or less had an idea of what we were looking for and our salesman, Taimoor, talked us through all the various options and features of each individual Forester model. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable, he is exceptionally courteous and personable. He made selecting and purchasing the car a positive and pleasurable experience. When we went to pick the car up, Taimoor again walked us through all the various systems of the vehicle and maintenance procedures. Buying a new vehicle can be a frustrating experience. Atlantic Subaru and Taimoor made the process very smooth; we cant recommend them enough.
I bought a used car here and when going through the car before driving it off the lot I noticed the actual mileage of the car was 2,000 miles higher than the contract I signed. I brought this up twice, and it was shrugged off at that moment and in a follow up email.Other than this the process was very straightforward.

Ive been servicing my Subarus with Atlantic for several years and Ive never has an issue. The dealership is currently being renovated but that doesnt hold them back from doing a stellar job. They have a large inventory but will work hard to find the exact color/interior finishes you want if they dont have it on hand. Amazing job guys, thank you!

I thought the group of women I dealt with were fantastic and provided truly superb service. I go to get service done as part of my extended warranty. I had to go in for 3 recalls I was never notified of and an oil change today. I was told by Atlantic when I purchased the vehicle that with my extended warranty I would always have the interior and exterior cleaned. This is how my car was returned to me. The front seat mats were hosed and placed back soaking wet and water was on my leather seats. When I got home and called in regards to settings changed including screens and my seat nobody could walk me through fixing it. I was forced to drive all the way back and the front desk girl in service was the one who figured it out. I guess it’s time to find another dealership who will take better care of my car.Update from Atlantic Subaru’s response...still waiting on the call back. 👎
I scheduled an appointment to go check out a vehicle and one of their salesmen, Sam, helped me. He was incredibly sweet and quick with bringing the car out for me to test drive it. I loved the vehicle immediately and went ahead on the sale. Sam and the financial manager made me comfortable during the entire process and I didn’t feel pushed into getting something I didn’t want. They did their best to give me the best deal and help out in any way possible. The process was quick and efficient and I was able to bring my new car home the next day! I was looking all over for a great new vehicle for my girlfriend. I found a beautiful 2020 Subaru Crosstrek that she fell in love with at Atlantic Subaru. I bought a used BMW from Atlantic Subaru in August, My sales person Gretchen was great she did everything she could to get me the car and to keep me updated on when I could pick the car up since there was a few things that needed to be replaced before I took it home.The issue Im having now is back in October I brought the car to have it looked at by their service team since it was under warranty, they said they couldn’t run a diagnostic check because “The Lights weren’t on”, yet I’ve gone to other places and they have told me the problem and pulled the codes off their computer? I’ve had multiple problems with this car since I’ve bought it and it’s only been a few months, including to replace the Transfer Case which isn’t exactly cheap. I wouldn’t say to not buy a used car from Atlantic Subaru but I would definitely be wary.

We decided to purchase a new Subaru during COVID. This started with emailing local dealerships due to the closures. Matt from Atlantic emailed back, understood our situation (early lease return) and quickly worked on pricing. He was really easy to work with and made the entire process pleasant and easy. He kept in regular contact during the process of finding us a new Outback. As far as customer service goes, he exceeded my expectations. I was pre-approved for Capital One Financing. Told the team I wanted to use Capital One Financing. They then proceeded to run my credit 6 times and deceptively made me think I was signing papers for Capital One - I wasnt. The financing they put in front of me was a full point higher than I had been pre approved for...Will never go back. Would give ZERO STARS if there was the option.

The best service department I have ever worked with. just brought my car in for an oil change. They gave me a loaner to use for a few hours because I had a few things to do. I got my car back they washed it and cleaned the inside! It was awesome!!! Also the construction is almost done on the new service drive in department!! I cant wait to see how that comes out!!!!
We Just bought a Forester, and love it. The salesman (Andy) was great to work with, very helpful, no pressure. Got a fair value for my trade-in, left feeling very good about things. The Covid restrictions were well thought out - appointment, masks, sanitizer, etc. Be sure to set aside 2 hours for the paperwork, which was slower than Id have thought.
A+ The service team at Atlantic really goes above and beyond. I am so glad I bought my outback there. I got an aftermarket windshield (not at the dealership) and it leaked into the censors The owner made sure he covered the expense. They not only took care of the car they also gave me a loaner. The girls at the service desk make it a great experience, and the mechanics keep me safe. It takes a village, thank you for caring about your customers.

Sales guy were great. Dealt with Frank and Gegam and I truly believe they gave me the best deal they could on a new 2020 wrx.2 stars because the finance guy totally lied through his teeth to get me to buy a more comprehensive warranty. He told me two things after I asked him directly:1) I could make biweekly automatic payments through the bank2) I would be paying off principal balance NOT interest first.Both were lies. Got off the phone with the bank (Chase). I cannot either pay off biweekly AND Im paying off interest first. Total sleeze bag who just lied to upsale me. Great car and sales. Dont give any of your money to finance/warranty.
Ive had many a car. Literally bought my second subaru here. And my dad has purchased 4. No messing around. No games. No pressure. They made it work. Picked my car up next day all ready looking gorgeous. They go above and beyond moving my old car so i could transfer my belongings. Soda and snacks all free! I cant say enough. The only place both me and my dad will EVER go. Tons to choose from also. Love them.
Stay away. This dealer is unethical and uses bait and switch tactics. Scan through prior reviews. My wife drove over an hour after clearly identifying a specific vehicle down to VIN number and making it clear she would only visit for this car. Low and behold, they had the wrong car and would not honor the quoted price. They then tried to use pressure tactics (what a joke). Total sham and not worth your time under any circumstances.***As a follow up to the response below, this is a blatant lie and we have the emails to clearly show this. Further demonstrates the unethical practices of this business. Not worth wasting your time.
I love Subaru, its a great car brand. But this dealership is marginal at best. The service is not great and its impossible to get anyone on the phone. I had made 8 different phone calls and no one answered. Theres was no opportunity to leave a message either. The sales people are pushy and put too much pressure. Try beard Subaru, much better dealership.
The Customer Service is awful! I have called several times to find out about our second key to the car I purchased and no one answers the calls or they say they will call you back and NEVER do!!!! Don’t expect good customer service because it’s not happening there! Oh and make sure you get your second key before you leave the lot - because they lie when they tell you they will get it for you! That is BS.

Being in the car business I know every trick (trust me there are MANY)! I recently took my relative here because she wanted a Subaru. We had bar none the greatest experience imaginable. Gretchen our sales associate worked so hard. The sales management team was extremely pleasant, beyond anything I have ever seen. What I am trying to say is....being on Cape Cod the age demographic is higher. If your relative needs a vechicle please take them here. I doubt we will buy a vehicle elsewhere ever!!!! Just wanted to publicly say thank you and make our great experience known because walking into a dealership can be nerve racking to some. Please understand you will feel so comfortable here you wont ever go elsewhere.
This is a fine dealership. Purchase pressure is low and staff are considerate and patient. Workmanship is first - rate. They actually stay on schedule most of the time, a rare attribute among service departments. Snacks are pretty good, too. The only thing that might make it better would be a TV-free waiting area.
I just bought my second Subaru from Atlantic. My experience with Bob in the sales department was excellent - no pressure, no fast talking, and he showed me the cars I wanted to see. I would give them 5 stars, but I’ve had some really serious issues with the service department in the past.

I purchased a slightly used Legacy from Atlantic. Id done my due diligence and visited 2 other Suburu dealers. The deal that Atlantic gave me blew the other two out of the water! I was also impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of every person with whom I came in contact. Today I visited again to have scheduled, warranty service. Once again, I was SO impressed with the courtesy of both people with whom I spoke. Not only were they friendly and polite, they had the answers to all of my questions. Im writing to commend Service Manager Peter ONeill. My wife and I drove from North Carolina to vacation in Falmouth. While on RT 28 our car began to make a sound. At different times we heard a grinding noise, a humming sound and a noise that sounded like static. We pulled into Atlantic Subaru and within 15 minutes were able to meet with Peter. He came out to the car and, of course, the noise stopped. I asked Peter for his card and we both went inside. When I returned to the car the noise was back. Peter came back out, looked under the hood, sat behind the wheel, asked some questions, pushed buttons and figured out that my wifes cellphone had caused the problem. Peter treated us like long time customers and not like total strangers who he will most likely not see again. Thank you to Peter and Atlantic Subaru for the great customer service.

They make it a policy to ensure you arent left without help and always catering to your needs. Most dealerships are being bought by corporations, but this one is still family run and the staff truly is like a happy family.
I contacted this dealership this morning about seeing a car. We were in contact all day about me coming to see the car and I drove from Plymouth in Cape traffic to Atlantic. Once we arrived, they could not find the vehicle and told us that the car was sold. They tried to get me to test drive a car that was older, had more miles, and was more expensive instead. I wish they would have told me the original car was SOLD one of the many times we emailed each other today. What a waste of my day and time.
I am about to purchase my third vehicle from Atlantic Subaru. My first experience was OK, the last two are excellent due to Emma G. She is no pressure, understanding, articulate, this list goes on. After the second purchase I noticed some rust on the rear bumper of the vehicle (while about to drive away from picking up the vehicle). I pointed this out to Emma, she was able to get me to a local body shop for repairs at a reduced price....how often does that happen? I always despised the experience of buying vehicles, no longer thanks to Emma and Atlantic Subaru.
I spoke with Mark Anderson in service inquiring about a used car I was looking at that had some interesting CARFAX history. It had come through their shop and he ran down a list of issues they noted and explained why they decided to sell it at auction instead of trying to sell it to a customer. He was very helpful and honest.

I bought a used vehicle here, they went out of their way to fix all of the issues with the car, some which were not noticed upon purchase agreement, one of those being a rather large repair. Most dealerships would likely pretend these issues didn’t exist. I also found another minor issue recently with the car, and the service department was great about getting the car in and providing a loaner. Thanks Atlantic!
I had an absolutely terrible experience at Atlantic Subaru. I was interested in buying a car and was lied to several times. Firstly I was lied to about the price, stating that the lowest price they could go was the advertised online price even though I had already received a quote for less than that. Then as we were speaking about payments the salesman wasnt exactly forthcoming with how much I would actually be paying for the car as well as the interest rate that was used to calculate my estimated payments.I then returned a few days later to talk to a manager about how I was treated as well as still being interested in the vehicle. After talking to him I felt better but he then told me that the car had not been through service yet and depending on how much work it needed, it may get wholesaled instead of selling on the lot. He notified me later in the week that the car needed too much work and would be sent to auction. Which I was fine with as he was helpful. Except for the fact that the car is still on the website and dealership lot as of about 2 weeks later. So clearly I was lied to again. Totally unacceptable for a dealership to be run this way.
My daughter bought her first car buying experience here and was very disappointed the car has issues and in her attempt to resolve the issue she was totally neglected by the service department the sales department and management she asked me to help and all my phone calls were not returned my wife wants to lease or buy a Subaru and we will go to another dealership very disappointed in Atlantic Subaru for its follow up on my daughters issues with her car. Once you hand over your money they write you off.
Very pleased with service. My car needed to be seen asap. They fit me in and solved my problem. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Atlantic Subaru this November. We walked in without an appointment and we were immediately placed with a salesperson. Our salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. He walked us through the whole process of picking out a car. I had already done my research and knew what I wanted and they had several different options. Once everything was decided we moved to the finance department where they very clearly gave us all our financing options. Also being a Subaru owner he provided personal experiences of the Subaru warranty services. We arrived the next day and brought the car home. Thank you to all the Atlantic Subaru staff for making my car buying experience easy and painless.
This place has an amazing variety of cars new and used as well as exotic high-end vehicles. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable I highly recommend buying a car here.
Bought a used truck there. Initial negotiations ended abruptly but continued via email and phone until we reached an agreement. Finalising the sale upon return was very quick. Total time spent in the dealer in both trips was probably less than an hour. Truck was very nice, and it was very well serviced before pickup.
Standard Subaru dealer. Nice customer service but service shop isnt that friendly. Have gotten recall repairs done here, oil change, and loose dash screws tightened. No complaints, typical slow dealer service. Had purchased car there in 2011, was shipped from Maine.
Buy car from Matt! He is the most honest and genuine salesman. He is knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond whats expected of him. Matt and Rich hooked me up with a good deal, and I love my crosstrek! Overall phenomenal experience.
Id like to start off by saying that I am truly impressed by the unprecedented level of customer service I was provided with at Atlantic Subaru. Not only did Andrew Stay a little late to accommodate for the fact that I was driving from far away, but he and the entire team were extremely easy to work with, they were honest, straight forward and hassle free. I was very impressed with my experience. From the time I requested a price quote via email to filling out the final paperwork, it was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I would absolutely recommend them to any family or friends.
My sales experience was horrible. I have had my 2018 Forester for 1 month and still do not have a manual . No manual in the glove compartment when purchased. I have called 7 times and the salesman had said he would drop one in the mail. After 6 days still have not received manual. I am a unhappy customer.
Recently purchased a 2013 Audi long distance. Evryone at Atlantic was very responsive and easy to work with. Assisted me in finding a shipper who provided great service at reasonable cost. Car was delivered as presented. Overall great experience.- can recommend them without reservation

Recently purchased a used BMW here. Matt Megna was a terrific sales person, he was very quick with responses and got me all the info i emailed in regards to specifics about the car. no pushy tactics when we met in person to test drive. Matt seemed to have knowledge of the product and its options even tho it was not a Subaru which was impressive, (im very familiar with BMWs and he seamlessly displayed the car as if he had researched it before hand in order to be able to answer any questions i have) Nick in finance was also extremely helpful and made sure to display all the available offers while still letting me feel in control of what i chose! thank you.

Had two regular maintenance services performed- no issues with the work quality. However, the service counter is understaffed- I always observed a line of customers waiting there. This no doubt contributed to the following experience.I needed timing information to plan drop off logistics before scheduling my next maintenance appointment. I called three times on a Saturday, and no one picked up at the service counter. The operator apologized but said there were 3 customers in line there. After the first call, I left a voice message asking for a call back.So maybe Saturdays are bad. I wait for the call back. Nothing on Saturday. Nothing on Monday. I call back on Tuesday, and the service counter was again paged 3 times, and the operator apologized again, and offered to send me to voice mail. I decline, and called a competitor, who actually answered the phone and scheduled an appointment.I dont understand how a business can fail so miserably on the most basic of operations.
