I had an oil leak issue. I was told at another place it would cost about $1300 to fix. I took it to them and they said if it was that issue it would be about $500-$800. They said they found the problem and it wold cost about $350. But it was easier than they thought and they only charged me $150. I was very appreciative of there honesty and I would recommend them for sure.

He will take amazingly great care of you and your car when you need it. I didn’t buy my car there but was told to go to him when I had minor issues with my car and was the friendliest guy I’ve ever met and told me what was wrong and fixed right there. I can’t say enough good things about AutoGroup!! I recently bought my beautiful, blue 2014 BMW 750LiX here, and I love it so much! I found this car online and when I went to the shop to look at it, I was expecting a creepy sales guy to try and take advantage of me and I couldn’t have been more wrong. When I showed up to the shop, it’s a clean, open and transparent atmosphere and the owner Dillon came out to greet me with a big smile. He could tell that I was super hesitant to make such a big purchase and he took his time and answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. When we took the car for a test drive, it was such a smooth ride with a ton of power! Dillon showed me all of the special features it came with and reassured me that if I ever needed anything, he was only a phone call away. And sure enough a few weeks later I had forgotten some of the tips he’d given me and when I called, he was so friendly and helpful. And when my service light came on, I called him and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule the next day to do my oil change and included a complimentary detail that brought my car back to life. This car has been amazing!! It’s not only reliable and safe, but so fun to drive and I love the looks I get from people when I pull up somewhere. This was the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend AutoGroup to anyone for their auto needs. I know who I’m going call when I’m ready to upgrade!

These guys sell top notch cars. All of their cars are seriously flawless. Team couldn’t be more friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I found this dealership online and was immediately attracted to it when I saw the google reviews, I have taken multiple cars in to be serviced and had performance done, and have always been very well taken care of and left satisfied. Not only does the owner (Dillon) and the staff, do good work they are great people and are willing to go the extra mile to help their customers.

While my experience has been a bit of a difficult one I cant walk away from it saying that I am displeased, which is why I would still give Dillon and his team a 5 star rating. They have not only been very friendly along the whole process, but they have gone out of their way to make up for any perceived shortcomings in their service. If I were to share all the details of my experiences it would make for a Very Long post. In short, there were a few different problems that were unforeseen with the vehicle when I drove away with it. Over a period of weeks, one particular problem persisted. Dillon and his team had my vehicle a period of weeks working on everything they could to resolve the issue. In the meantime, Dillon set me up with another vehicle so that I wasnt stuck trying to figure out rides everywhere. This is one example of how I feel they went above and beyond. In the end, everything is running great now with the vehicle! I really appreciate everything Dillon and his team did for me, and how professionally they handled the situation and treated me. I would, and already have, recommend them highly to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Thank you, again, Dillon!

These guys do so much more then just sell cars. Their ability to diagnosis and take care of engine and electrical problems is amazing. I brought my car to a half dozen other places trying to fix my electrical problems and nobody knew how to fix it but at AutoGroup they were able to trace down the issues, replace the modules that needed to be replaced and I couldnt be happier with the care and service I received here. I bought my 2005 BMW X5 to them they did A tremendous job not only did they do an amazing job getting my car running again when I was told it was toast by another shop. but they did a full detail inside and out completely complementary and I’m talking a full detail like brush marks in the carpet. AutoGroup has been the best shop hands down for maintenance on my bmw. The prices for work are way better than bmw murry. This shop is all about fixing what actually needs to be fixed on your car not over charging you for un-need repairs like other import mechanic shops. Auto group has the most integrity of any dealership I have come across in utah. The owner stands by his work and does not let a car leave his shop that has issues which is more than I can say about other dealerships ive been to.

I dont usually go out of my way to write a review but this service experience truly deserves one. I first brought my BMW to Dillion for a pre purchase inspection before i bought, where he confirmed that the car was word for word mechanically sound, alright cool i purchased the car. Exactly 6 days later i realized a pool of oil under my car when i walked out to it in the A.M, immediately i called Dillion pretty concerned on how that could have happened, he told me to bring it down to the shop so he could take a look at it. In safe measures i had the car towed to his shop instead of driving it. The next day i got a call saying that they had diagnosed it and that it was just a oil drain plug leak. I drove the car home at around 5.pm that day, the next day i started the car and pulled it a couple feet forward to find yet another pool of oil under my car, how could this possibly be Ive had the car for less then 24 hours and drove less then 30 miles.The next day i had the car towed down to his shop yet again. I was re diagnosed with a oil pan gasket leak ($1250 fix) HOW DO YOU MISS THIS IN A PRE PURCHASE INSPECTION i decide to let them go ahead and make the repair they had my car for 4 days and then told me it was all ready, picked the car up paid Dillion $1250. The next morning the car is leaking oil yet again, I call Dillion very frustrated explaining that the car is leaking oil again and that i felt i had been screwed over. Dillion has my car towed to his shop out of his own pocket. Dillion then explains that it was not done correctly and that he is going to have to re do it. When i finally get my car back there is a whole new problem present that was never there before they had my car for 5 days. (Thats same day one of his employees bragged to me about how he was doing burnt outs in a customers m6 RED FLAG) any way Dillion led to blame this new front sway bar end link problem on the people who towed the car (who he hired to tow it) With the car making a very loud noise from the front suspension he told me to drive the car home and that he will order the new end links.A couple days later i came back to get the endlinks installed and paid $170 in parts and another $100 in labor just for that not to be the fix again. Ridicules. Finally Dillion realized that he didnt tighten the new endlinks properly and that infact it was the end links. Only took new sway bar bushings and 2 more hours of labor!! Finally when i asked for a refund on work i payed for and never received he refunded me less then half like i wouldnt notice. I texted him saying i need the rest of the payment refunded or i would leave a bad review and he threatened me, So un professional.there is alot more i can add but no need.All his reviews are employees and friendsdoesnt take more then face book to figure that out!
