I got the island mocha and surprisingly it wasnt super sweet! You can also taste the coffee AND the flavors, which is something I cant say for many other coffee shops. Staff was very polite and welcoming, even to people that have never been there. Will definitely come back when Im in the area again!

The coffe is locally roasted, and a pleasure to consume at home or buy it freshly brewed. And the cups are compostable.

I recently bought a bag of URSA MAJOR Dark Roast at Ozo for $38 here. 2lb Its quite mild for a dark roast and lacking flavor. Ive added more coffee to my ninja and it just makes it bitter. Ive not tried other products nor have i had their brewed products. I just cant recommend Ursa Major whole bean

Plus, the ownership seems to care about their employees and customers safety and have exhibited great care and leadership for their community during the pandemic. Thank you guys.

Ozo is a good small coffee chain with a handful of locations around Boulder. It’s a good place to grab a quick coffee or espresso drink, or snack on some coffeeshop style grub. Typically a noisy environment that’s not conductive to those who prefer a quieter coffeeshop to get some work done, but if you can handle the noise then this is your spot.

Be weary of this location. While the coffee is decent, the staff are impolite and immature. They’re more focused on getting a tip from you, than creating an inviting space. Save yourself some sanity and respect and make the 10 minute drive to the Pearl Street Ozo’s location. Much more friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I will never go there again, I went in for coffee and a burrito, waited 20 minutes for a burrito (not the 5 min they said it would take), immediately threw the burrito in the trash, and by that time the coffee was cold. Great coffee! This is one of the few cafes that has an array of spices to add to your coffee, including cardamom. At times it is very busy, but the line throughput is such that you wont have to wait very long, even if the line is to the front door. Perhaps the only drawback is that there is one premium area with outlets, which can only be obtained of you are early or lucky.

I used to come here frequently and this business probably made around $50 from me a month. Then one day, I encountered the meanest barista. When it was my turn in line to tell her my order, I said hello - and was greeted with a glaring stare. No hello back, just a glaring, resentful stare. That was not appropriate, I didn’t even know this barista and she was giving me one of the dirtiest looks ever, like there was something wrong with me just for breathing. I was in shock, but looking back I should have recorded my interaction with her on my phone because it was so absurd and not appropriate customer service. Not only did this rude barista not know the meaning of customer service, but she was acting in a mean and unkind way. Ever since then, I have not been back, and l will not return.

Excellent strong coffee. Great ambiance although the customer service at the counter could be better. You can stop in to grab and go or you can relax, read some free papers and enjoy coffee & pastry. Several outdoor tables for nice weather. Check the freshness of your pastry before you depart, though. Despite what they claim, several have been hard and nearly stale.

Decent place. Parking lot is a bit of a zoo but their drinks are good and they have two stations to help with flow. Wish there was more seating inside for cold/wet days. This place does a good job of bridging the gap between being one of those coffee shops that churns out the java and also has a personal, clean feeling. This is a delicate dance. So many coffee shops end up feeling like cafeterias for caffeine. This one serves a lot of people, but has enough personality that it avoids being sterile. And the java is good, too!!!

Such a cosey Boulder coffee shop... Ozzo has great coffee and this specific location is very student/young Boulder vs. the main street one. I absolutely love Ozo. The people and the products are top notch. Cappucinos and cortados are excellent and so is the iced coffee on a hot day. You can also purchase freshly roasted coffee to take home too, which I highly recommend doing. My guests always LOVE it. Great selection of food for a coffee shop too. Pastries, breakfast sandwiches and burritos, bagels, salads, and for lunch, they offer 2 soups (1 is always vegetarian) and fresh bread. The soups are made by another company in Boulder and are fresh and tasty - and filling too.

Best coffee around Boulder maybe even Colorado. They source their beans from high quality growers. They are master roasters. They provide many high quality teas and chocolate drinks for the non coffee drinker. They provide a variety of different single origin beans to try. The service is excellent. The staff makes a point to try and remember who you are and to be friendly. Even the decaf espresso is excellent. The only problem is that they are too popular, even with two registers and two espresso machines, sometimes they cant keep up, but its worth the wait. Also, because it is popular it is noisy. Over all, they are stellar. nuff said.

Place was packed but I still had very quick service. Coffee was yummy and good breakfast burrito. Expect to wait about 7-8 min for burrito though since they are heating it, but they tell you that on the sign. I like how they have simple syrup in addition to DIY sugars so you can sweeten your iced coffee. Its hard to sweeten with regular sugar since it doesnt dissolve well.

Yummy, bold coffee. I came in at 9am on a Friday. It was packed, but the staff served everyone at a lightening pace!Besides coffee I had an oatmeal and a Boulder Cookie chocolate chip cookie. The oatmeal was tasty, but way too big for me to finish and I felt wasteful. The cookie was excellent, especially for being Paleo!Finding an outlet was a challenge, and offering extension cords might help with that.
