I went in this weekend to get some snacks and a drink. The worker was outside smoking and singing while we walked in, which is cool. He walked in behind my girlfriend and I he told us that the mask mandate has been lifted for places in Boulder County that have less than 10 people inside at any given time. He didn’t wear a mask and also was trying to urge us to take ours off as well while we were inside, this made us both pretty uncomfortable. I thought the whole interaction was strange and that he was misinformed of the current covid mandate for our county. I didn’t get a name off of him but he had a bunch of piercings in his eyebrows and was leaning on a white sedan when he was smoking out front. Could you please discourage him from spouting misinformation in the future? Thanks!

Two nights in a row, at the Folsom location in Boulder, the employees have not been wearing any sort of face covering, nor did they have one handy or even believe in covid. Elias thinks its okay to handle money and goods with dirty hands WHILE EATING during the transaction. The second night he and another trashy looking guy (does he work there, who knows? Looked like a drug dealer, they were exchanging money and the dirty guy wasnt wearing the Circle K shirt theyre supposed to wear) were maskless and blatantly ignored me when I tried to get their attention numerous times. Not only do they not want customers, they are violating the mask mandate and putting the community at risk. Ive reported them to multiple places so hopefully this location gets shut down or seriously changes how they operate.

There is a sign on the door saying “I’ll be back in 15”. Completely ridiculous. I needed to pay with cash. Saw them out front smoking in their beater. Completely unprofessional. How is a 24hour convenience store locked to customers? If I owned this store, I would be so ashamed.

Rude and bad customer service. Cant comment on the product other than the coffee is generic. Since this is a customer service driven business, I feel justified in leaving comments about the service and not a product.

Second time I come here and the bathroom is NOT WORKING I get that some gas stations in high crime areas do this but this is a nice town. Bathrooms should be open to paying customers, I would like to be able to use the bathroom if Im filling my tank of gas. Definitely, not coming again

Solid gas station. Modern & clean pumps, good folks, standard food items. My goto gas station when in Boulder. Single unisex bathroom usually has a line. Sometimes the receipts dont print. Car wash is expensive. So not perfect, but better on average than most others.

The guy at the cash register was pretty nice to me even though you could just see in his face how fed up he was with his day or maybe he was just fed up with his entire employment there, haha.also, they had a bathroom which was relatively clean.and lastly there was no obnoxious bathroom key if you wanted access to that restroom.so this place isnt bad for a gas station in Boulder, not at all.

Gas is gas. Can’t say anything about that product except that pumps don’t always work. But the real reason I’m posting is to alert people to a bad car wash and poor customer service in general. I paid for a car wash and upon exiting the blower that drys your car is set at such a powerful force that it dented my hood in multiple places. Upon going in to address it with the clerk he said it didn’t operate the car wash and I had to call some number. So I called the number several times with no answer. I returned to speak with a manager again and was told he wasn’t there but to leave my name and number which I did. I’ve returned several times again and each time no one is there to address my concerns. No one ever called back to address the issue with me and help resolve the problem. Now I have a dented hood and no one will take ownership of the problem. It’s incredibly discouraging to continue to encounter people who just don’t care or refuse to correct a problem. I’ve actually talked to a couple others that experienced similar issues with customer service at this gas station along with pumps not working and a car wash that has scratched their car.Steer clear of this place if you’re looking for a car wash or if you expect anyone that works inside to help you or acknowledge you exist.Update: just because you reach out and apologize doesn’t solve my problem. The problem is that I still have 3 dents in my hood and an apology doesn’t fix that. Perhaps your team could be more responsive to phone calls that your clerks say will be answered or do the right thing and refund my money from the damaging car wash and may to have the dents removed. But I have little expectation that this will occur. If you truly cared about your customers you wouldn’t treat them with blatant stonewalling. Step up and do the right thing or don’t be in business.Just because it’s a convenience store doesn’t mean you can give a convenient answer.

Pump charged me for gas but didnt pump any gas. No one inside to help. I called the store and the man who answered said he didnt understand and kept asking if I had called 100. When I said 100 isnt a phone number he hung up on me.

We were getting Krispy Kreme donuts for a nice treat and we were waiting for the guy to ring them up and he decided to put them back and not sale them, all because he didn’t know how to ring up stuff on the cash register.

Sure, its just a corner store but its not seedy or gross. In fact, the young man who checked me out was the epitome of charm. The bathroom was also impeccable and everything smelled normal. I will certainly be visiting the Taj MaCornerStore again.

Every time I go here I have issues with the foreigners working there, I once asked if they had more cheese for their nacho machine and the guy didnt want to help me, and they dont know how to give back the proper amount of change.Gave Aladdin a $10 bill for two drinks then asked for a refund because I meant to do two different transactions, the $10 was someone elses money, and I wanted to use my card for my stuff. So I asked for a refund cause I accidentally used my friends money to buy my stuff and he tried giving me $5 back, I told him that was wrong then he tried giving me $6 then got upset when I explained why I should get 10 back. I left after FINALLY getting my friends money and didnt buy anything. This store is in serious need of new employees.

When I went in they did not have the restroom open to customers. This might be understandable in a high crime area, but Boulder is a nice city, and keeping the restroom off limits to customers can only be attributed to stinginess on the part of the owners.

Either no gas at 10:30pm, or the pumps are off but no notification. 0/10, would not recommend.

Pumps don’t work late, 10:15 and the pumps are nonfunctional but seem on. 24hour advertised is false.
