I have shopped at Prana many times and today I stopped in for a pair of jeans and a simple shirt. What I could see there were three staff members behind the counter more interested in talking amongst themselves then helping patrons. The store had only two other shoppers besides myself. Shame on you Prana, you lost a sale and also my future business.

Prana’s window displays sucked me in today when I was doing some holiday shopping and Austin helped me to quickly find a few fun pieces that I’m sure I’ll wear the heck out of going forward. I’m very excited about my new mauve vest and powder blue beanie. Austin was great. Not overly present, but present enough to keep my hands free to look through the store. That’s my kind of staff.

Love the free yoga classes here every day. The studio has a nice style and cozy vibe. The instructors are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Love that you get a discount for going to a class. Bought some nice yoga pants that are so comfy.

Just bought my first ever prAna pants. They are so wonderful. I love the companys vision and mission as well. In the store, I was going to buy a bigger size because I dont like my pants as tight, but multiple workers in the store advised getting the smaller size and explained why. I appreciated the specific advice and explanations from them. They seemed very knowledgeable about the product, which was impressive. Great product and great service!! Thank you!!

Love love LOVE this store. I came in dire need of climbing pants, and I was lucky enough to have payge help me pick out some clothes. I left with new zoggers, athletic shorts and quick dry shirts, and much much more. Payge was so good in helping me find all the sustainably made - hemp products, and was super friendly in doing so. The icing on the cake was the assistant manager, Drew who helped ring me out. No only was he kind and courteous, but super funny! His demeanor and light humor had me walking out with a smile on my face. If you are looking for some active outdoor wear, stop by prAna in boulder!

This is the flagship store for the prAna brand and it is in the perfect setting. The store is beautifully laid out with a beautiful selection for men & women. That said, prices are not cheap here.The staff is attentive without being pushy. I enjoyed talking to several people - their pride in the products & store is genuine & impressive.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Taylor was very knowledgeable about all of the products and helped us get exactly what we were looking for. Always a great experience when we visit this store!

I hardly ever write a review of any place but my experience today at Prana was so awesome I was compelled to share! I was approached at exactly the right time by one of their staff, Meredith. My hands were full and I was searching for another size and she was there to help. She unloaded my items, got me a room, found the sizes I needed and even found a place to set my full coffee while tried on my things! Now I am 2 pairs of awesome pants richer:) Thank you, Meredith and Prana!

Beautiful store, they feature a variety of clothing made by a number of artists. Ill definitely be back for some leggings or a dress before my next festival. There was a good selection of accessories too, I was excited to see some Lost Sailor leather there.

Giving this place 5 stars, which I dont do a lot because these have officially replaced lucky & seven jeans as my go to brand. Clothes are made conciously, and they have sales on the sidewalk in-between seasons.I expected to work with your typical retail employees, but they remembered both myself and my girl when we came in from the last time we went. They knew all about their products, and explained the minute differences between some of their jeans. Great brand, excellent location.Shout out to Megan for the help and sharing knowledge!

Had the most personal retail experience of my life at this store; the staff here are as comforting as the clothes! As a huge fan of prAna apparel, I knew I had to make a stop in here during a climbing trip. Austin reached out to me right away when I entered the store and we chatted about how we both love the brand and their various sustainability efforts, and he toured me around the store showing me items I was interested in. After I found a few things I liked, Helen got me hooked up with a fitting room and I also sincerely appreciated her recommendations and her honest feedback about fit. It was my first time at this location and I felt like I knew the staff already; so down to earth and happy to help in a friendly way. To top it all off they humored me with a selfie and also included the ever-fashionable store manakins. Long story short: yes, it’s a great store, but the people here are more friends than staff!

A friend and I had a super fun friends night out at Prana Boulder. I cant say enough about the staff. We primarily worked with Taylor - who was super helpful and informative - but several of the other staff members also helped - from getting additional sizes to helping us make outfits. They stayed well after closing time to help us out. It was a super fun time and we both left with a lot of really comfortable and stylish clothing. Thanks, Prana Boulder, I will be back!

Lovely people, and lovely products!! I recently purchased a yoga mat from prana. Maybe not the greatest mat for hot classes, but I love the grippiness to it. (Is that a word?) They do yoga classes down stairs, but I have yet to take one. Maybe soon! Im sure they are awesome though.

I love Prana! Their clothes are a little on the pricy side compared to some other brands, but youre paying for the quality. Not only do they have stylish designs and patterns, I feel like their clothes last longer, they wash well, they feel great.. for me, theyre worth the price! I love their yoga mats too! Such a good company.

Prana is a great brand and this store has always been a model of that to me. The associates are always helpful, great at getting me in and out of changing rooms, and will order the right size if they dont have it.

Im giving this store one more star than I think it deserves, for the sole reason that I love most of the staff at this location excpet for the manager. After getting a pair of shorts repaired, on the advice of the employees, I was very unsatisfied with the repair. I was told if I wasnt happy then I could find a replacement pair of shorts but of course to my surprise the manager, after telling me that I Misused and neglected, said shorts, that there was nothing she can do for me. My shorts had torn right down the croch after bending over to pick something up, definetly misused and neglected. I quickly called customer service they gave me credit for the shorts and allowed me to purchase new ones with free shipping. Love Prana but not the manager in boulder.

Decided to go to the Boulder store over the Denver location to do some birthday shopping with my fiancée. Upon entering the store, we were not greeted, I actually said hows it going? to the young girl behind the counter staring out the window onto pearl st. mall. They replied, Its been a weird day, Im watching the bird outside. Odd response, but okay :) I started collecting a couple shirts and a couple pairs of pants. No one approached or spoke to me still. Finally I walked around the back to the fitting rooms and looked in. A young lady walked by assisting another (older, better dressed) customer, but did not ask if I needed a fitting room. I decided to grab my own fitting room. I try on a pair of pants and walk out to show my fiancée, the young employee gives me a hateful look, like why are you in a dressing room without someone helping you, but does not say anything. Finally I select my clothes and head to the counter to check out. The manager of the store is there now, she asks, who helped you today? I say, no one, it was self service. So she offered me 25% off, but only on two of the four items I had picked out. It was the most bizarre customer service Ive ever experienced. Im not sure if you have to go into this store wearing formal attire to be helped or not. Next time Ill stop at the Denver location or go to REI. Clean store, great selection. Poor customer service.

Okay, this is more of a review from the perspective of a guy waiting for his friend to pick stuff from the store then an actual client. I found nothing in the store worth purchasing even though they were having this big sale. Reminds me of the mad rush in Boston during filenes basement sale. A bunch of wannabes looking through boxes throwing stuff everywhere trying to find the cheapest clothes made on Earth. The store has nothing special! To boot none of it is sustainable nor made anywhere close to this continent. Not sure what all the hype is about for their clothing store. Customer service was non-existent and typical Boulder residents scraping for every last bargain they can get their hands on. Rather disgusting display of consumerism if you ask me!
