Top quality chocolate with professional and courteous staff. We visited from Texas and Angela gave us a tour of the facility and let us taste some of their chocolate treats.Highly recommend!

I called my dear Lyft chocolate last week to place a specialized order for chocolate covered pretzels I was very clear that I needed the pretzels mid week of this week. This is the third time I have placed a special order the first time I never received pretzels the second time they were perfection and now today I have determined I will never spend another dime on a business that does not understand customer service. When I called today to check the status of my order the gal said they wouldn’t be ready until Friday and then continue to explain to me that it’s a special order and they don’t just take out the machine for 12 pretzels I scratched my head and asked why is she thought there was only 12 pretzels when it was an order for 30 pretzels and twigs if they had them. She reiterated that once again they don’t take out the machine for such a small order.I live my life running customer service departments the number one rule always be honest with your customer. If you don’t want to take out the machine and make a special order tell me you’re not going to do it don’t tell me that it will be done when it won’t. Had she told me I needed to order 50 pretzels I would have ordered 50 pretzels that was never communicated.After a year of pandemic and businesses borrowing money to stay open the greatest and most important thing is to please your customers when they come back and if you can’t explain to them why.Due to a lack of communication as well as a poor attitude towards the customer Lyft has lost my business.

I really like this place. Sometimes it does get a little crowded, but each chocolate is its own burst of flavor.

The staff were friendly and helpful, you can look into the facility and see that its VERY clean, and the chocolate was delicious. I was looking for a particular type of chocolate, and the sales clerk let me taste a bunch of samples free to help me choose. LOVED it!

Little chocolate factory in the middle of Colorado (South of heaven) that makes me smh... its so good! Please give this place a try! You will be amazed.

Went on a weekday at 9:30 AM after checking FB and webpage which indicated they were open. Door was closed rang bell and person inside kept staring but did not open the door. Wasted my time and gas driving.Called and left message asking when they plan to open no response.

This place is amazing! Extremely high end. Chocolates are original, handmade, and local. The incredible chocolates feature innovative flavors, and are aesthetically pleasing. You must expect a high price for these chocolate art pieces. I daresay, the brownie points for giving these to your significant other will be well worth it!

As a huge fan of chocolate, I was excited when my wife bought an assortment of truffles for me on valentines day. I rate them an A/A- for presentation, but a B- for flavor. The chocolate shell of the truffles was rather thin and the fillings really didnt stand out. Given the premium pricing, I was a little disappointed by the product.

I stumbled upon Lift Chocolate by chance as they had a small stand choc full (bad pun, sorry) of several of their bars and boxed chocolates inside Nordstroms at Cherry Creek Shopping Center today. An assortment of samples was delicious so I was compelled to buy a box of their mixed chocolates (12 in the box). Each piece was like a little work of art. A sprinkle of fine chopped nuts to add texture, a stroke of green like a paintbrush on canvas and delicate piping to give color -- each morsel lifts my spirit. I have to say that I am very picky about my chocolate. I savor chocolate like a wine connoisseur sips from a glass (Im alcoholic intolerant, so this is what I hear from others) -- I enjoy the notes, the scents, the textures and can taste each layer. Lift chocolate is fantastic! Presentation is lovely in simple boxes with an unpretentious ribbon -- a great gift for someone, or just for yourself cos you can! Gotta try it to enjoy it!
