Great selection of tile and flooring with knowledgeable service from Lisa Norgard

Lilly at Star Flooring was so helpful and accommodating as we worked through selecting tile and carpet for our kitchen, three bathrooms, and bedroom. She had great suggestions and made the whole process easier. I highly recommend Star Flooring and Lilly. Great selection and great customer service.

Had a great experience with star flooring. Our sales guy, Kraig was very helpful and patient (my kids were running around the whole time, making a racket). They had fair prices and a good selection.

We are involved in a whole-house remodel. I went to Star Flooring & Design on recommendation of a friend who loves tile. She remarked on the variety of selection. When I went there I saw so many options and items I had not seen in other local tile stores. So, the selection was vast and with very current trends - encaustics and giant hex tiles were two that come to mind. However, I want to leave a great review because of the service I received from Lilly - she really listened to what I wanted and came up with several suggestions that I liked. She worked with me in my waffling state and asked good questions to help me narrow my focus. She worked with our tile installer and assisted him with figuring dimensions, etc., and provided top customer service as well as top design ideas. I am grateful for Lilly and the other staff - her friendly countenance, her knowledge of her tiles and design, and her efficiency was all appreciated. I hope I wont ever have to remodel again, but if I do, I will use Star Flooring & Design.

This was the second project that Star Flooring did for us. They had our records and knew the material we used on the first project so they were able to match as needed for the new job.Lilly knew exactly what she was doing in designing the project, which involved new carpet and engineered hardwood flooring, and Greg and Jason did a very good job removing the old material and installing the new.The result is a big improvement and my wife and I are very happy.

This is my second project with Star Flooring in Boulder. I worked with Lilly on both occasions but everyone there is friendly and helpful. We used engineered hardwood on our bedroom floor and a variety of ceramic tiles and natural stone in the bath. The selection on all materials was extensive but Lilly helped narrow the choices because she really listened to me. All the materials I ordered were delivered on time, in correct style and color, and correct square footage.a

Weve used these guys exclusively since 1999. They completely outfitted a new house we built then, and recently provided all the flooring, tile, and carpet for a 4k sq ft remodel we did. The fact that we keep coming back says everything. Their initial service is excellent, they have a great selection, their installers are top-notch, and, most importantly, they stand behind their work and fix any issues that come up. Lisa is the main person we work with, and she is like a family friend now. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

We built an all cedar home in Estes Park & doing so long distance was of grave concern until we met Andie at Start Flooring. She is a true professional with a great design perspective. She is great to work with and made the process an enjoyable venture. Andie, thank you for everything.

I found Star Flooring after the Home Depot flooring department said they couldnt give me the carpet I wanted because I had too many angles in my house. I told Star Flooring about it and they said they could definitely do it and they did! My carpet looks amazing and Im so happy I went with them!

Lilly Holstein helped me through a major remodel involving multiple bathrooms and a kitchen. I do not have a design eye so I really needed assistance. There was a hiccup with one tile order due to the tiler underestimating the amount needed and she went out of her way to get the additional special order to me right away.The only difficult thing about Star Flooring is their limited hours which meant I had to take time out of my work day to go there. However, it was never crazy and crowded like other flooring shops around town so I guess thats the advantage of not having a weekend crowd.
