After taking a few rugs to Nesheim’s, and having them keep them for almost a month, only clean one (which they damaged), and quote $700 to repair and clean the other (at which I spoke to them at length before dropping off and was assured this wouldn’t be the case), I brought my rug here. I’m so glad that I did! For under $200 they both repaired my rug (which had damage from candle wax) and cleaned it. They were honest, communicative, did a great job, and prompt. I’d definitely recommend for cleaning.

So friendly and helpful! We’ve been in several times trying out different rugs to make sure we find the perfect ones for our home. We’ve learned a lot about the history of these gorgeous rugs in the process and have really enjoyed the experience. The selection is enormous and the only trouble is how to choose one when we like so many!

I went here hoping for a quality carpet what I got was rude service and overpriced garbage. It was definitely not worth my time or money Id recommend going to anywhere else.
