I recently bought a car on-line and was nervous about this process. This is the first time I have purchased a car sight unseen and without the test driving experience. Joe Cleland was my sales person, but he was so much more. He was my eyes to inspect the car and test drove the car for me. He was honest, dependable, and pleasant. Avoid this dealership at all cost. If the way they handle potential customers is any indication of how they handle actual customers, you will be sorely disappointed!! I called on a vehicle they have in stock. I was ready to buy today and because I am from out of state it is company policy to NOT sell me the vehicle. Its unfathomable that someone would reject a customer. If they are willing to do that, who knows what other shady kinds of things they are willing to do IF you become a customer.So you are telling me that in 60 years you have never sold a vehicle to anyone from Cheyenne WY? Or maybe you do not consider those people loyal and local customers It is still a shame that I was first in line to purchase the vehicle, even have a VM from the sales rep that says vehicle will be ready today, come down and pick it Up yet they go back on their word.I guess I need to change my name to Brad Meyer and be from Nebraska because he was able to buy a vehicle from there a week ago?!!!

Certainly the best Ive ever dealt with, and Ive been in and around the industry my whole life and Im 72 years old!Absolute attention to every detail and they do it right the first time - Every Time! Also, you can count on the vehicle being ready to go when they say it will be. Also rare, and NOT the norm for any other shop that Ive ever used - dealership or otherwise.And, if youre not aware of it, their labor charges are exactly the same as for an independent shop - they use the same flat-rates as anybody else, so it costs NO MORE to have true factory-trained professionals that actually KNOW your GM vehicle inside and out do the work.Admittedly, the Genuine GM parts they install are a LITTLE more pricey than the junk thats supplied by the aftermarket parts manufacturers - but in this case, especially, ya gets what ya pays for.My very highest recommendation. I recently made a trip to Boulder from Wyoming to visit my son and buy a new truck. Stopped at McCaddon’s and was very impressed with sales and service. Mr. Clark made the process very easy with no pressure to buy. I did buy a new truck and Mr. Clark helped along with service dept to make sure all the accessories I wanted were available and professionally installed. The finance dept was top notch and quick. I would definitely recommend.

The reception was very cordial, friendly and helpful starting from receptionist to the scheduler and the service manager. The transmission oil change was done right and the cost was very reasonable and comparable to other places with far less experience and knowledge about GM vehicles. I dropped off the vehicle for a radio update that I was made aware of last time at the dealership. On 2 separate dialogues, I was told that there was not an update to the radio, as told previously. Finally, they did an update (or at least told me they did) and returned the vehicle to me. The radio is still intermittently not working properly with my phone on Android Auto. Im not sure they even did the update after all of this.

I showed up at my appointment time and was checked in right away. I came in for my initial oil change. They told me it would take about an hour. I waited in the customer lounge and also talked with the folks in the parts department about some accessory ideas. In 45 minutes my vehicle was ready and I was on my way.

I am 66 years old. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time. When I went to McCaddon and met Joe Cleland, WOW what service. My son-in-law found what I was looking for on McCaddons website. He called Saturday as they were closing. Joe answered the phone, he told him I wanted the GMC Sierra 2500 HD he found on their lot. Joe went to work on it immediately. On Monday when my daughter took me to McCaddon (A 2 Hour Drive). Joe had everything ready for me. He had me pre-approved for my loan, temp tags on the Pick Up and everything ready for me to sign and go. The overall pre-purchasing experience was great. The salesman showed us several different makes and models of cars according to our budget and size needs. At delivery the salesman went over most of the functions of the vehicle. One of the requirements for our purchase was heated and cooled front seats. When we were picking up the car the salesman told us that cooled seats was not an option on the vehicle we purchased. Another feature he demonstrated was the cell phone charging station that was in the console. After several weeks we discovered that this feature was not included in our vehicle. We were very disappointed that we did not get the vehicle we asked for and the salesman was not completely familiar with the vehicle in order to demonstrate the various features it had.

Everyone at this dealership was a pleasure to talk to and deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive.

Your staff was honest and didnt recommend expensive repairs as a first step. Instead, they rode in the vehicle with me, recommended an alignment and rotation, and told me to come back if the issue persists. What an amazing & friendly crew! The finance director, Justin Gasman picked up my car (downtown) and drove it to the dealership (in Boulder) & back. Jon Berry handled all of my service needs and made the process stress-free and hands-off, which is incredibly satisfying given the circumstances of todays pandemic. Oil change, tire rotation, complete - for the same price of getting it done at a normal drive-thru place, and I didnt have to sit and wait for 2 hours for it to get done. My car was washed and detailed as well. Will be back for the next round of services!

Rick was very pleasant and helpful. However, the rest of my experience wasnt great. I received an email and call from Kyle Smith telling me to bring the car in an afternoon early (before my original appointment). When I brought the car in they told me that since it was an AC problem I really needed to bring it in the next morning, first thing (what was the point of my original appointment time?). I did that and then there were no loaner cars available. After a few days they fixed the AC at the cost of ~1800 dollars but my AC is no longer working. It only worked for 2 days. I have to bring it back in next Tuesday. Not a happy customer.

Two week ago in sent in an internet request about trading in my truck. I know that I probably would not be approved but I filled out a credit app and sent over the info on my trade just like I was asked. A couple of days later I was asked what was my previous address and I send it over. I am assuming I was not approved since there has not been any other contact from the dealership. It would not hard for the dealership to call or email me that nothing could be done. . I can not describe how this experience has made me feel.
