We purchased a new Honda Odyssey from Fisher at the end of August. We went in on the last day of the month when they were very busy, after I had been emailing with a sales associate, Rick Colver. Rick was unavailable when we arrived so we were helped by Jeff Tomko. Both of them ended up working with us through our final sale with Fisher. They were helpful, easy to work with, and respectful of our decisions regarding the purchase and needs. Overall, we had a great experience with Fisher and would recommend them to others and will definitely go to them for future purchases.

Due to a paperwork snafu, I thought my car (which was brought-in for service) went missing. The car was eventually located, and the paperwork was updated. The Dealership generously covered the costs of the service work due to my being stressed. Just wanted to give some good feedback on Franklin and Ty. In the past month or so Ive gotten 2 cars from you all. Acura from Franklin and a Honda from Franklin and Ty. Met with Ty last night, super nice fellow. Both seemed very honest too. Hard to find that. The finance guy was also super personable. Im big on doing a lot of research when I buy and I found my way to Fisher both times out of all the other places. I think well probably only be buying cars from you all in the future as well.

THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! I took my daughter here to help her buy her first car. We did not make a move fast enough and her favorite pick sold before we could buy it. However at the same time another similar model came in on a trade-in and we were able to purchase it. Chris in sales is one of the most genuine and friendly sales people I’ve ever encountered. His warm personality and fun sense of humor made this a great experience. Colby in finance made the process quick and easy to understand. Andrew in reception is a sharp and impressive young man who was there to answer my questions with a smile. When we picked it up the next day they had really gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it ready for my baby to drive-I was blown away! This mom feels confident that her daughter is in a safe and reliable vehicle. My family will never go anywhere else except Fisher for future car purchases. Great buying experience with Chris Cather. Both Chris and his Sales Manager Jonathan Fisher were true professionals for the entire process. The negotiation was fast and hassle free. We made a deal on an awesome 2020 Civic Hatchback EX.They have a very clean dealership and are taking all the COVID-19 precautions to ensure the comfort and safety of both customers and employees(including test-drives). The car was in pristine condition upon delivery and has been great so far.10/10, would do business with them again.

We had a recall from Honda on our airbags and took it to Fisher Honda. They said the fix would be done by mid-day. We called in the late afternoon and they scurried to finish the work. When we got there to pick up the car, they had completed a long checklist inspection of our car including a menu of items upwards of many thousands of dollars. This is an old car and needs work. But we didnt ask them for that, and they apparently had time for that but not for the actual work we asked for, been called in by Honda to do in fact!Then when we got the car home, the airbag light came on. For the first time ever. So we called and made another appointment. After again having to call them and them obviously scrambling, they came back and said the indicator was that it was a fault in a different airbag and they would need to charge us to actually read the diagnostic data. I dont trust them. I believe they made a mistake and are not willing to fix it seeing an opportunity to make money on labor. Especially since I said that we would take it to our own mechanic and if we found that they had been the cause I would send them the bill. Wouldnt you know that when I went to pick up the car, the airbag light was out. We will see if it stays so. I will change my stars and this review of I find new information.

Fisher has been my go to dealership for years in the Boulder area. I recently needed service for one of our vehicles and the service team did an excellent job, were exceedingly polite and professional, and everything was done ahead of time.I have recommended Fisher to clients, friends and family many times and will continue to do so. Dennis Olmsted is the best damn sales rep Ive ever worked with. What a GREAT car buying experience! We had been checking with other dealers in the metro area for a good price on a hot selling new SUV and was having a hard time getting it below MSRP. We contacted Fisher Honda for their special online dealer pricing and got an answer from Jared Baros. We were totally surprised by the amount of savings. I thought that it was pricing just to get us into the dealership, but when we met Jared the next day the deals were real for any of the SUV`s. Jared was friendly and knowledgeable with no pressure. What we really appreciate is that he was honest in answering our questions about any additional costs, and we were treated the same by the contracts manager. In the end, we got a FANTASTIC deal. So good that other dealers said that they couldnt beat it, and one even recommended we take it. We would recommend Fisher Honda and Jared Baros to anybody!!

The dealership does a great job in the sales and service departments and operates with the utmost integrity. Our most recent experience was during the purchase of our hybrid CR-V this past weekend and are very thankful that we had the chance to work with Ron Samoray as our salesman. Buying a car, and specifically from a dealer, is one of the more intimidating and undesirable parts of adult life, for me. Thanks to technology I could text and email and search and negotiate price ahead of going in person. During this adventure, Franklin from Fisher Honda have me the most reasonable information with the least run around. It also ended being the best price for what we wanted (other had a lot of false offers). My in person experience with Franklin was also excellent. He was polite and genuine and helpful without being pushy. The back office guy was friendly but a bit overly salesy (fine but made me uncomfortable). Still, no problems, I got a pretty good deal and didnt hate the experience, and got a great car... Solid win.

My wife and I test drove a 2017 Honda Pilot. Little did we know that if you let someone else drive it, which our sales guy said is ok, they have right to buy car from you. My wife and I wanted to talk for 10 minutes and we decided we wanted to buy the car. I was told that since I was there first and I had first choice. We go into buy the car, and i was told since we gave up the keys we no longer can buy the car unless the person who test drove it gave up the keys. The way my family was treated by this dealership, especially the guy in his office with glass walls making all the decisions, was horrible. Nobody came to apologize or make it right at all. I ended up buying a Honda Pilot elsewhere, however since this is how I was treated at Fisher Honda, I will not be servicing or recommending this dealership to anyone.

Best car buying experience yet! I knew I wanted the Honda Odyssey, and I shopped around quite a bit. I went to several dealerships in Denver and they were high pressure so I decided to make the drive to Boulder. It was a great experience. Michael called me to set up a time to test drive the van (so it would be disinfected), then I just showed up and took the van for a spin. There was zero pressure. I didn’t have to negotiate cost...the van was priced the lowest in the area and I received a great price for my trade in. I already had financing, but they found me another credit union that offered a lower interest rate. Michael was awesome! I highly recommend Fisher Honda. I’ve never had an experience like it! I recently was in a position of having to purchase a new vehicle for work. I was not thrilled about having to trade in my Chevy Silverado, but the time had come. Ryan helped me pick out a CRV. They offered me a fair value for my trade in and the financing was a breeze. It was easy to add in a few extras like floor mats, roof rack and a ski rack. This review went from 1 star to 5 stars because of the genuine work ethic and caring responses from Michael Burris, as well as the exceptional service from Harry and Bob in the Service Department.When we were originally set to purchase my sons first car (2007 Honda Civic) we noticed the gas gauge wasnt working after the test drive. Michael wasnt aware of this either and at first Fisher Honda (assuming the Sales Manager and not Michael) was not going to help at all. We had to literally buy the car and fix ourselves ($800-900 repair) or we were told Fisher would repair themselves and re-post the car at a higher sell price - which was certainly not going to happen because the car was already listed at the higher end of a fair value/deal...no one would have purchased it for much more (if any). We were going to buy at list price, in other words, as long as a repair (that wasnt included up front) was done but Fisher denied and went down the path of - We will fix it ourselves and, when all is said and done, sell it for the same price we would have sold to you for anyway! To someone else! I was furious to say the least.A couple days later, however, Michael called and said they fixed the gas gauge (it was something small) so we could come back in and buy (at the same price of course). We were seriously debating it simply because of our previous experience but we went down and purchased the car (my son was too excited). On the way home the gas gauge went out again. I told Michael about this the next day and he was as frustrated as we were. A couple days later he, and his partners in the service department, came up with a cheaper part and cheaper labor to fix the gauge (just over $100 out of my pocket). I couldnt believe it and I couldnt believe the hoops Michael went through to make sure we were satisfied! He knew the car was for my son and I truly believe he wanted to do all he could to make this a good experience for him...which he did! I doubt anyone else cared at all about who bought this car and when (I know the Sales Manager didnt because I could see his facial expressions and reactions from his office) but because of Michaels ethics, morals, kindness and persistence you now have a customer who will come to Fisher specifically for repairs and/or possibly our new car some time in the future (we now have 3 Hondas and a Toyota).Michael Burris went above and beyond for what was probably your cheapest car in the lot at the time. I recently purchased a Honda Civic from Fisher Honda/Acura. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase. Jerry was the salesman who sold me the vehicle and he was absolutely fantastic. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest.The purchase price of the vehicle was fair and reasonably priced, but there were a lot of bogus fees that Fisher wouldnt wave. I think dealer & handling fees are BS, but thats sometimes inevitable. Another fee was in the amount of $199, which helps pay for costs if my vehicle gets stolen. This was apparently mandatory and not optional. My car is garage kept and doesnt leave my sight. And even if it does get stolen, my insurance covers it. Also a $5.00 fee for Fisher Honda license plate frames. This is advertisement for them. They should be paying me me, not the other way around.Overall though, it wasnt a bad experience. I do love my car.

I have experience with four other Denver area Honda dealers. I have never has such outstanding service as from Fisher Honda. I had a problem with the adaptive cruise control on my Accord Hybrid. Another dealer tried a dozen times (appointments!) to fix it and never did. Fisher correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it correctly their first try. I truly cant say enough great things about Fisher Honda. Upon entering the showroom, I was greeted by the sweetest woman (along with anyone else who happened to be walking by) who helped me get where I needed to go.Once they got me to Doc, the most amazing car salesman at Fisher, he worked with me for about 3 months to find the perfect car for me, as my lease was expiring and I wasnt sure if I wanted to buy or lease again. He was incredibly patient, kind, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process from beginning to end. He was cognizant of my priority needs (budget) and helped me stay within my budget while still finding the perfect car. He kept in contact with me and always answered my questions right away, without any delay. Once I finally chose a car, he bent over backwards to make sure I got the color and all the right features that I wanted.I then talked with Shawn, the financial manager, and he went through all my paperwork for my lease. He laid out all my options for coverage, was truthful and straightforward when answering my questions, and made sure I was able to keep my car payments within my budget.Overall, Fisher is the best place to buy/lease a car as well as get any work done to your car. After several texts about what I was looking for, the salesman fell off the earth and went silent. I texted with ??, still nothing. I suppose that’s can how they do business over there. This experience equates to awful customer service, and tells me that the sales staff there really doesn’t care. Or.,.....maybe I wasn’t spending enough money? It is Boulder after all.Ended up shopping elsewhere. My salesman actually had interest with selling a car, unlike the clown at Fisher Honda. Bought a lovely new car with another dealer that day.I will NEVER spend a red cent with Fisher Honda!

My mother and I stopped by last week to look for a used car for myself and Ron noticed that we were looking for a car and helped us out! He took detail into what type of car I liked and also focused on the price range too. Before he let me take the car for a test drive, he disinfected the car which I enjoyed a lot due to the current situation of the world. Through the whole process, Ron was helpful and kind to both my mother and I and when he noticed that my mom was looking fatigue, he offered my mom some assistants in which I appreciated to much! I highly recommend coming to this dealership to get a car because I know I wouldn’t have gotten this amazing experience at other places!

Dishonest on there parts. You can go to there website and it give you one price but if you call they mark up the price was quoted $40.88 for the same park I can order on there sit for $29.34. Was told it was a sale but it always says the same price on line even 7 months later.

Cant say enough about the great service we received from Ty, Justin and Jeff.REALLy professional, Justin was prepared for us when we arrived with a list of cars that fit our criteria. Offered us a solution that fit our needs and they didnt try to force any unnecessary crap on us. They also were extremely timely, and even though we came in close to their closing time, they were very welcoming and, again, just very professional.The finance manager, Jeff, also didnt try to rush us through, stopped and explained every single charge if we had a question, and walked us through the process so it didnt feel like a bunch of extra charges got tacked on.Not only did we have a great experience with our first Honda, but well definitely be buying from Fisher again.

Ron was cool. He helped me get a new car pretty quick and I scored a good deal. My only complaint was that my key fobs came broken. One doesnt work at all, and the other has a broken latch and is taped together. The dude who wrapped everything up also reminded me of my former assistant who was a real dirtbag. It was not the same guy, he just gave me flashbacks. Otherwise, it was all gravy. 10/10 will go back when I run my new car into the ground in 15 years.

I had a great experience with Fisher Honda last year. I went in to look at cars in August while my Subaru Outback was getting serviced next door. I had been eyeing the Pilot and wanting to move to a bigger car, but purchasing one wasnt necessarily in the immediate plan. I met with Rick Colver at Fisher and asked him about the 2017 Pilot. I test drove it and loved it. Rick was wonderful to work with; kind, knowledgable and no pressure. I ended up ordering a green pilot and because they make so few, it had to be ordered and would not arrive in Boulder for a few months. Rick kept me informed throughout the process and it was a pleasant surprise when I received his call in early December that it had arrived a week earlier than expected. The whole process was seamless and all of the people at Fisher were a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Rick and Fisher for making the car buying experience a pleasant one.

Emailed the dealership and we were able to get a firm price we liked before we got to the showroom. Buying my Honda at Fisher Honda was as pleasant as car-buying could be, and that was because of the people there—especially Franklin English. He is the perfect kind of car salesman--patient, laid back, knowledgable and eager to help with any questions, and I had a lot of them! There was no pressure and no hurry. Franklin made sure I understood all the important features of the Honda from comforts (duo-zone air conditioning and heated seats, etc.) to safety (blind spot and cross-traffic alert). He also went over in detail the Sensing suit active features that were all new to me. (1/2) I recently visited to get an oil change for my Acura TLX. This is when I learned that the “maintenance plan” that we purchased is just a “first 4 oil changes prepaid” plan. I didn’t bother touching on that because it has been lie after lie since we got the car.To begin, we (my wife and I) were invited in for the Lease Pull Ahead Program. It took a couple phone conversations with the salesperson before I decided to go in for a test drive on Tuesday, 03/26/19. We then went in together on Saturday, 03/30/19 with zero intention of making any type of purchase. Our salesperson was pleasant to work with. We never felt pressured by him. If anything, he was a little more relaxed than I expected. Throughout the process, we met the sales manager, Jeremy, and the finance manager, Shawn. After going through the financing process and making a decision to move forward with the offer, Shawn (the finance manager), came over to offer the maintenance plan which we declined at first after a few questions. The math didn’t make sense to add it for what I only foresaw as oil changes (because it was a BRAND NEW car). He then came back again with the offer. After a few more questions to clarify what the plan covered, we decided to add it because he said that it would cover bumper to bumper excluding a few things such as transmission and tires. To wrap up this part of the story, we completed the process with Caleb, who was the finance manager at the time. We turned in our previous car, nothing else came up, the signatures were completed and we left happy with the car (although we were the last ones at the dealership).A few weeks later, we received a bill for our previous lease. This caught us by surprise so we ignored it because we thought the Lease Pull Ahead Program and the dealership might be a bit off with timing. Then, the next bill (which now included 2 missing payments) came in the following month. That’s when I decided to call the dealership to figure out what was going on. The salesperson (who wasn’t our salesperson at the sale because that’s when I found out that he left the month prior) that I spoke with said the dealership typically takes care of it and I don’t have to do anything. Fast forward, another bill came in for 3 months of missing payments and now it has hit collections. (Final day of lease was 06/13/19). I call the dealership again and get the same answer but now that it was in collections, I keep calling to get a hold of the finance manager. I speak with either Caleb or Colby. (I can’t recall because at some point, I learned that Caleb had also left the company). He said he would look into it and get back to me. He calls me back to tell me that he didn’t find anything about a Lease Pull Ahead Program in our paperwork so he suggested that I reach out to the sales manager.

They had a good selection of cars. Our sales person, Michael, was very nice, knowledgeable and soft sell. I liked him a great deal and trusted him. The office was clean and neat and there was coffee & tea available for customers. Michael hooked up my phone to the car. When we picked up our car it had all the stickers removed and had a full tank of gas.
