Today Brian from Precision Auto Glass removed and replaced the broken windshield on my Toyota RAV4. I was told that they would be here between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and that I would get a phone call about 30 minutes before arrival. Brian called at 10 a.m. and was here at 10:20. I appreciated that I didnt have to wait all day and was served at the beginning of the repair time window. Brian is a great guy!! He was personable, professional and efficient. He knew what he was doing and went right to work. He made sure everything was clean and returned windshield attachments just as he found them. I would highly recommend Precision Auto Glass! Brian has a great work ethic and will do the job right!!

This company is great! Called for a quote and the receptionist (don’t remember her name) was so friendly and very helpful, she took my name and info to hold the quote in their system for me. I called around a few other places and everywhere else was more expensive and booked out for a month! I called back the next day and they were able to schedule me in 2 days later. These guys offer FREE MOBILE SERVICE!!! That was the cherry on top!Day of service I got a call from the tech 15 mins before arriving. He was friendly! And SO QUICK! I think it took him maybe 20 mins to finish, I couldn’t believe it. Again, the other places I called said it would take a couple hours!Overall great company! Very happy with the service!

Called them this morning at 9am, had a new windshield in my vehicle by 2pm. It cost just over $300. Not sure how that compares to other places. Honestly the guy was so helpful and nice on the phone that I just gave hem my business without shopping around. The technician that came was friendly and quick. Nothing to complain about, good work.

After a bad experience with another company I have brought all of my auto glass business to Precision. During a recent windshield replacement on my wifes car with Precision there was a mixup with the glass and they had to get another one from the dealer. The service technician was awesome and drove to the Audi dealership to get the glass and install it in the same day. Great customer service and quality work!

As frustrating as flying pebbles cracking windshields can be, I have used Precision Auto twice - once in Broomfield and once in Boulder - both experiences were positive. The techs were prompt in their arrival at the specified appointment time and were very friendly. The repair was expensive (in my opinion), but hassle-free, which made up for the price.

Too expensive

A rock put a small crack in our windshield while we were driving on the highway Easter weekend. The whole process with Precision Auto Glass was simple and straightforward. I requested a quote online and they sent me an email within a couple hours. I checked with two other places and Precision had the lowest quote and the highest reviews, so it was a no-brainer. Their estimate was lower than my insurance deductible, so I called them to schedule an appointment and they repaired my windshield at my apartment the next day. I expected a mobile fee since they came to my home, but there wasnt one--everything, including tax--was included in the original quote and thats exactly what I paid when the work was done. Andrew was friendly, professional, and he arrived in the time frame he said he would. After he repaired the main damage, he looked over the rest of my windshield and I pointed out some areas I was concerned about. I was prepared to pay more to have those chips fixed while he was already there, but he assured me they werent serious enough to warrant a repair, and I appreciated his honesty not trying to upsell me on a repair I didnt need. Time will tell if the repair on the main crack holds up, but they guarantee it for life and based on this experience alone I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
