Rob never returns calls in a timely fashion. We have been waiting over three months for our service. When he finally came he left a huge mess for me to clean up. We prepaid for our service and the entire experience was unacceptable. He still has tools at our house and blames it on the glass manufacturer that he can’t install. Personally I think the guy is completely incompetent. Costumer service is unacceptable! We own a multi million dollar commercial construction company and if we did business this way we would be bankrupt. Also from what my husband tells me Barb is not good at returning calls either. So basically Rob was incompetent to complete the glass in our master shower and left us hanging for three months. If I could leave no stars I would!!!!!!!! :(. Have fun in Hawaii sure that trip is more important than a prepaid business acquisition. I wish I could post pics of his text messages.

Chose this place since they had the most reviews, but I am not impressed. Called once about an estimate, wasnt able to order tempered glass and the person on the phone wasnt very nice, seemed annoyed, and offered me no alternatives. Stopped by some months later, office seems disorganized and not welcoming, there was only one person working there at a desk in another room and no other customers, yet I was barely greeted, mostly just stared at like I wasnt supposed to be there. And they were unable to do a radial cut so I ended up going elsewhere (Slade Glass is awesome!) since they seem unable to do anything I wanted.

They replaced some incredibly old glass on my front door and did a fantastic job. The staff were friendly, and the worker was actually early for both the emergency repair, and the replacement. Thanks so much!

Under new ownership! This is a glass shop that can literally do it all for its community! I found that the turnaround time for windshields are very reasonable and the staff is very professional when working up prices for glass work. They go above and beyond by explaining to you each step of the process and keep you in the loop if any issues come up. Will use again for my commercial installations! Thank you all!

My new dog broke our front window trying to send a message to the postal worker delivering our mail. Glass Doctor provided reasonable quotes, giving me all the options for glass types. The installer did a good job of repairing the wood mullions between the panes and was prompt and professional. Ive already recommended GD to a work colleague needing a similar service and wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.

Too busy to help with an in shop window replacement

Extremely poor service. Had to call every day for them to finally take my call around the 4th day. It took 11 weeks for them to tell me they weren’t going to complete my project. Toledo Glass came and completed the project in under three weeks and charged me less than Glass Doctor had quoted me. The only reason for the second star is that they gave me Toledo Glass as an option and refunded my money in a timely fashion.

They were ok. We ended up getting the window fixed and it was a good price. They did have to come twice because they measured wrong. Also, the lady who answers the phone seems like shes annoyed with you.

Great prices compared to other glass shops in boulder unfortunately communication between the call center and the boulder location seem pretty off. i called about getting a car window repaired and the women i spoke with said they could get it fixed as early as Monday which was awesome news as i was calling late on a Friday evening. I was told someone would get back to me about setting up a specific time on monday to bring the car in. Monday i receive a call from the Boulder location and am informed that a mistake was made and they wouldnt be able to repair the window until the following month. So my quoted time went from less than 1 business day to almost an entire month. Not sure how that confusion happened but I cant wait a month so that business was lost.

They did an awesome job replacing 25 year old foggy glass and a broken 6 front window! Highly recommend! Rob (the owner) came out and took a look and was very helpful/knowledgeable deciding type of glass. He also took a look at some of our other windows that I thought needed replacing and gave me some good tips on sanding and fixing the frame to make them last a bit longer. The team he sent out did a fantastic job removing our old glass (original to the house with wood framing) that was EXTREMELY HARD to get out. They were honest and very friendly. I found their pricing to be very fair as well.

Hi Guys, i am actually a current employee here. I rated this place a 1 star only because the owner, Rob convinced me to leave my job at Slade glass in Longmont to move here as he promised me between 20-30 hours a week. I havent seen 20 hours a week but maybe ONE time. My last check for a two week period was 4 hours (2 hours a week lol). Then he said he may fire me.... On top of that, the owner is the only window measurer, and CONSTANTLY mis-measures windows. Maybe old age? Just check out the bad reviews. (They try to delete bad ones) Check out Toledo glass or another glass company yall.

The Glass Doctor replaced four four skylights in my house and they did a wonderful job.

The owner of The Glass DoctoRx, Rob, came out to our home on Xmas Eve and installed 2 tub and shower enclosures each with ADA handrails. Why did the owner come? He had given his crew the day off to enjoy the holiday!The shower doors and handrails look and work beautifully. There are no leaks and the installation is secure; precisely what we wanted and expected.Not only did Rob install the enclosures, but he took it upon himself to remove a mirror and lights which were not to our liking in one of the bathrooms, escorted us to a box store in Longmont where he helped us choose, and subsequently installed, a more suitable mirror and lighting arrangement which complimented the new shower enclosure.Based on this experience I can, without qualification, say that we were very satisfied with the Glass DoctorRx but especially the owner and affiliated staff. 4 Stars out of 5 is usually the highest rating I give.

Personable environment, it felt homey just hanging out, seeing/hearing the work being done. The staff was very social and we had some laughs.

They do not take appointments for windshield repairs, but claim to perform repairs every morning at 8am. However, after rearranging my schedule, taking off work, and arriving well ahead of time, I was turned away. I cant speak to quality of work since they did not fulfill their commitment to do the work in the first place. I will not be going back after so much time and missed work wasted.

Good Products. Bad Service. Oh Im sure we ordered it, let me find the paperwork....never ordered and not my problem attitude.

I was told by insurance that they would come to me to fix my windshield. I called and they said, Wed prefer you come here. I pushed back, then they finally said flat out, No. But we have wifi here, so you can get work done...Well, I can work by remote, so what the heck.I go in. DIRTY. Im about 15 feet from my car. Not exactly a hospitality spot. Glass catalogs, an employees cell phone charging at this table, just plain dirty and uncomfortable.They install the glass. Well, they put fingerprints that I noticed right away on the arm rest. I had them clean that. There was also a fingerprint on the pillar next to the windshield. He took a rag and smudged it. I said, well, now you just smudged it. He said that he doesnt know what was there before they started working on it. He said it was still wet and would go away... I asked if he tested the windshield wiper sensor. He said no, but he didnt know if it worked when I brought it in. HUH??? I noticed little black debris everywhere, on the dashboard, the floor, etc.Whatever. I can clean that stuff up (except the smudge, but that will go away). Go home. I notice there is substantial distortion in the windshield. BAD distortion. Now the automatic windshield wipers keep coming on when its perfectly dry, and dont turn on when its wet.I get home home start looking around the car and there is a huge amount of really bad fingerprints around the passenger side pillar.On my Lexus SUV. Yeah, cheap car.I called insurance, rather ticked. Why didnt I call these guys back? Because they were jerks. Oh, no, thats not a smudge, its wet and will go away... My a$$. So, insurance hooked me up at a place in Loveland, CO. Awesome! Really, really friendly. An amazing waiting room. Like simply amazing. They looked at the glass and said it is a manufacturing defect that should have been seen by the installer on inspection. Good glass mfr, they said, but just no inspection. They looked at the fingerprints to report back to insurance and they showed exactly the position the installer was in that caused the fingerprints. They saw bubbles on the adhesive for the windshield wipers. They said they could fix everything but the detailing for the fingerprints.So they did. Im in love with them.I took it by Stevenson Lexus, and they said it would cost lots of money for the detailing. I frowned, then they said what the heck and had their detailers make it look like new. For free. And I even had a coke and a cookie.Ill send out massively amazing reviews for both Stevenson Lexus, and Anchor Auto Glass in Loveland. Those guys rule. These guys should be avoided AT ALL COSTS.

It took a long time to complete a job. A window to replace a new screen was placed two weeks ago and still not done.
