TLDR: I was impressed by Fisher Auto’s incredible customer service and compassion for their customers. Their shop is run by professionals who really care about their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody in the Boulder area.Our family recently had to deal with a challenging and complex situation regarding an accident. We took the vehicle to Fisher Auto and we’re so glad we did. Sheila, the assistant manager, recognized the situation we were in and provided helpful guidance from the very beginning. Her wealth of experience in the industry enabled us to choose the right course of actions to get the issue resolved smoothly.When it came time to understand the damage on the vehicle, her team of experts were able to inspect the vehicle and quickly provide us with detailed documentation on all the damages that occurred and provide a reasonable estimate. Sheila even took the extra step of pointing out the issue on the lift so we can get fully informed to make a final decision on the car.Throughout the process, she was communicative, transparent and easy to work with. She was also considerate of our unique situation and guided us to a resolution that was in our best interest. Fisher Auto really does take great care of their customers and I would recommend this body shop confidently.In addition to providing excellent customer service, the shop is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy - a real standout example of an ideal shop. While we did not perform body work at Fisher (the car was ultimately totaled), I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for body work as well based on my experience working with their technicians on the initial inspection. The Subaru dealership nearby also confirmed that Fisher’s body work is top notch.
I bought a used car at a good price but after bringing it home I had my mirror fall off, found a dent in my rim 2 days after buying it, and had to replace a brake light and windshield wiper. All of these I added up to cost me $1,340 worth of repairs. All of these issues could have been fixed by the dealership while in their possession. I asked about any repairs or replacements I would need to make and they told me none, which is my bad because I believed them and decided not to get any warranties. If you choose to buy a used car from here, I recommend buying the highest warranty with it unless you want to have your first 3 weeks of owning it have it getting repairs done to it.

Went in for routine maintenance on my vehicle to experience the express service. Without calling ahead, the car was done in less than 90 minutes, oil changed, tires rotated, and filters changed out. Coffee machine with many options and warm cookies. Good experience.
Josh in the collision office was fantastic to work with. He acquired the necessary part quickly, called to give me the good news that damage wasn’t as extensive as it could have been, and had the repairs done quickly. He also took photos of the damaged parts and emailed them to us and then retained the damaged parts for us to view in person, which was informative for us—to know just how damaging off-roading can be! If you’re unfortunate enough to have to deal w collision repair, at least u can do it with Josh!
I would highly recommend Fisher Auto Collision Center for body and repair work. I side swiped a guard rail and hit every panel on the passenger side of my car. Fisher Auto Collision Center dealt with my insurance company and then checked in with me every few days (more than I got from Farmers)and took care of the body work. I got my car back in a shorter time than I thought I would and it looks great! The business is clean, the employees are all smiling, they answered the phones every time I called and again, my car looks and works perfectly. I would go back!

Incompetence and apathy from the technicians to the administrators. My car was in and out of their outdated body shop for 5-6months. Four separate visits, three rental cars, and two non functioning airbags are the main highlights.I could write a seemingly never ending list of what I experienced here. Do not let them work on your car, it is as simple as that.
I dealt with Shiela. She was outstanding. Smart and incredibly kind. They also do excellent work! Never disappointed with the customer service at Fisher.
Absolutely shameful! The woman who claims to be the general manager has the WORST customer service skills I have ever had the misfortune to witness. She truly has no business in management, let alone basic customer service. In addition, the rest of the their shop does shoddy work and pay absolutely no attention to detail. They will waste your time and cause more frustration than it’s worth. The experience was so bad I truly wish I hadn’t fixed my car at all. I’ve seen the other snarky replies fisher has posted to negative reviews, I say bring it on! It only makes you look like the fools you are!
FI have been going to Fisher Auto Body for years and they have always done a great job. However, I was just there (June 2019) and they are even better than ever. I had what looked like minor scratches from a key but because of their diligence, they found a whole door full of scractches that have been fixed to perfection!
I had 3 interactions with this place. one with the receptionist - a lovely lady who was very helpful and kind. two with the man who did my estimate - totally different experience. his customer service skills could use some improvement. after you have been in an accident, the last thing that is needed is someone who speaks to you in a short, condescending manner and is defensive when asking questions. i did, on accident, send him a strongly worded email, so hopefully he is now aware of his behavior and can improve it with other customers. i am taking my business somewhere else where i have already had a much better experience.
I took my car in, for repairs normal fender bender. There was some work that needed to be done on the bumper. Should of taken about two weeks. Instead I waited 2 months. First two weeks. I called them. I CALLED THEM, nothing was told that the Estimator would get back to me. Nothing at all. I continued calling to see if there was an update or if I could pick up my vehicle. Its almost like they take pride in knowing they have your vehicle. Finally I get ahold of someone that has an idea of where my car is. Because the parts are taking to long and Im guessing becuae they dont have a system in place to track cars. They continued saying that they would work on it and it would be ready soon. They cant give me a ballpark? I will never take my car here again. I cant even believe how poorly of a ran company that is.

This is the Worst Auto Body Shop Ive Ever dealt with in All my 62 years. I sat and waited for the manager while he visited with a employee that also Not familiar with his job either and Now hes talking about his duck blind location.Unbelievable..... Plus....The two girls working the counter didnt have a clue of what they where doing either.Do yourself a favor and Dont bother....
