I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Dents by hand. They went above and beyond to get my car repaired and back to me while dealing with slow insurance companies. They are a group of stand up guys who really deserve more than just a 5 star review for the work they put into my vehicle. Class act place and could not recommend them enough. I caught a nasty door ding on the Model 3 (thankfully the other party was honest and covered it). Two other places said the door would have to be repainted ($$ four figures! ). Dents by Hand said it could be popped out for significantly less. Truly looks like nothing happened. Great work and honesty has earned my my business, although hopefully I wont need to be a repeat customer.

Dents By Hand came highly recommended, and I can see why! I came back from a hike to find that someone with an anger problem had raked the side of my car door (and to the car next to me) with a rock, leaving two dents and a two foot scrape. The estimate process was quick and easy, the price fair and competitive, and they were able to schedule my repair for the very next day. It took only a few hours and my car door looks good as new. Seth was very communicative and proactive with setting expectations of what could be buffed out of the top coat vs. where the paint had been deeply scratched. They even buffed out a few other scuff marks on my bumper for free. I really value companies that prioritize top-notch customer service and communication, and Dents By Hand didnt disappoint. Superior work. Had a combination of hail and mild collision damage that was taken care of in one fell swoop. Even got a polish. Nebel was cleaning the inside of the car when I arrived to pick it up. Michael kept me up to date, was thorough, courteous; can keep throwing out superlatives. Their work has made me look forward to driving my car whenever I get the chance. Theyll be my main bodywork recommendation here on out.

Dents By Hand is one of those businesses that you hope to run across. They are professional, easy to work with, and quick! They did a seamless job of helping us work with our insurance in the beginning and transition to working with us directly when insurance ended up totaling our vehicle and we opted to foot the bill ourselves for the PDR. They picked up our project and scheduled work when it was convenient for us - it was even as quick as calling on a Friday, going in on Monday for an estimate, and the work was done by Wednesday! Their techs are very talented - my Jeep was a mess (probably close to 100 dents of varying sizes) after getting hit by a monster storm with hail up to the size of a golf ball. But now it looks like the storm never even happened! Will definitely use again if we have the need and will also be referring all our friends and family. I doubt theres a better shop around with the same quality of work and fair pricing.

Another unbelievable experience at Dents By Hand that I feel compelled to share - I brought my wifes 2009 Audi S5 in to get a dent in the door fixed. Michaels incredibly keen eye spotted 5 additional dents and went to work. Less than an hour later they were all repaired and the total cost was what I expected to pay for the first door ding. You just dont find this level of craftsmanship and expertise very often these days, and when coupled with a commitment to complete customer satisfaction its a winning combination for the consumer.I had just acquired a 2010 Porsche Panamera and it came w/ a crease in a fender and 2 dents in other fenders. The original quote was to fix the crease and 1 dent since thats all we saw at the time. After fixing all 3 and offering to pay for the 3rd, they wouldnt charge me any extra. This is a very uncommon business practice these days, but this shop is run by a guy w/ extremely high integrity.After getting home from these repairs I notice another dent in my roof that was missed, so I called the shop to schedule another appt. They told me to come right in and theyd take care of it, so while I waited they repaired the dent - and again, wouldnt even charge me!! Amazing service and Michael is top notch, the best in the business.

This is the second time Ive had work done by Dents By Hand. This time on my 2004 GMC. Just like the first time, the work exceeded my expectations, and Im pretty picky. I had an amazing first experience with Dents by Hand and their staff. Someone hit the back of my car when I wasn’t there and dented the hatch to the point that the back was stuck and wouldn’t open. I called to get an estimate to fix the damage so I could at least open the back of my car and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes. Instead of just looking like all other places, they actually took 10 minutes to take things apart to inspect the damage from the inside, figure out the extent of the issue, and then even hammered the metal somewhat back in place so the back of my car would at least open and close and be functional. All for free. They then recommended the best place to get a replacement hatch (a more affordable option than getting bodywork done) and offered to have it delivered to the shop for installation. Couldnt recommend them more!

Hands down the best shop for small or large dent repairs. Recently had my vehicle worked on and the staff took great care of my needs and vehicle. I had an issue with my insurance company and they sorted things out to get me the new part I wanted rather than a recycled one.The time frame was also fast, had a delay on hearing back from insurance regarding parts and my vehicle was still in and out in two weeks. Some people may worry about a fast turn around time frame, but I assure you they perform high quality work and caught more damage then the insurance inspector that was sent out for the original damage estimate.

Highly recommend this shop. They took great car of my cars extensive hail damage, walking me through the damage when I first dropped it off, getting the insurance estimator to quickly come out and going above and beyond to get it looking better than I ever expected. They even popped out a huge dent on the bumper from a hit and run, at no charge and had my car thoroughly cleaned inside and out before I picked it up!For improvement: communication between the team and the person at the front desk who is calling customers. Four separate times, she called me with either a question I had already told someone else or to tell me something I had already been contacted about.

My Audi was only about 11 months old, when a young lady rolled her grocery basket (filled with 5 gallon jugs of water) into the side of it . Had a serious dent in the front end of my late model car. Michael looked at it and said it would be difficult to remove because the dent was in a reinforced area, but he agreed to give it a try. After a fair amount of effort on his part, the dent was significantly improved but still slightly visible. He refused to take ANY compensation for his efforts. He is a craftsman of his trade and holds himself to a high standard. Pleasant to work with and very competent. You wont be disappointed!

My Audi RS5 suffered a small but very sharp dent right in the middle of a rounded body line. I setup an appointment and was greeted promptly by Andre. I was a bit nervous that Michael wasnt there to fix the dent himself but my worries were completely unfounded. Andre worked the small dent for 90 minutes until it was literally perfect. Great work and in the promised amount of time. My car was potted badly in the June hailstorms. I had to wait a few weeks to get my car in but it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully never have to use again but if I did this is the place to go.

Not long ago, my 2017 Lincoln MKX was maliciously attacked by a shopping cart or something else bent on destruction. Looking at the dent, I saw a 4 inch long crease with one jagged end. Im thinking that the only remedy would be an expensive visit to a body shop. Upon searching via Google, Dents By Hand was included in the results. Even though the ad suggested that dimple dents from hail and the like were their specialty, I decided to give them a call. The next day, I received an estimate and I immediately scheduled the repair. Today ( 13 June 18), I dropped the car off for the repair along with some touch-up paint since white primer was showing through that jagged end. I picked the car up 3 hrs later and even upon close inspection, youd never guess it had ever been damaged. I am confident that they not only did a great job but saved me a bundle compared to a body shop visit. I cant recommend Dents By Hand with any more enthusiasm. Great job!!

Did a phenomenal job on the hail damage on my 2006 GMC. They stood behind their work when I noticed they had improperly installed the hood insulation and missed a small dent on the drivers door. They were more than happy to re-install the hood insulation for me and scheduled me in to get the dent they missed at no extra charge. Just be sure to thoroughly inspect their work before you leave. Like said, they will be more than happy to right any issues.

I can say that they do a good job.My most recent experience involved an 10 year old lexus rx400H that I promised to give my high school age son as soon as he got his drivers license. I stopped by Dents By Hand to give it a try and asked if they can get it look good enough that I donot embarrass my son at the school. Ive had a crease/dent in my tailgate of my car for about 2 years since having my garage door and tailgate get wedged together. I sent photos over to Dents by Hand to see if this was something they could help repair. The owner said he could definitely make it better, but didnt know if he could get it perfect. He quoted me $50 and that if I wasnt satisfied, it would be free of charge. I took it in and in about 10 minutes the tech came to get me to show me the work. I thought it looked great, but he said he couldnt get it perfect so he wasnt charging me. He just asked me to send people their way. So, if you need any dent repairs done, I cant recommend this business enough. They are perfectionists (which is great) and very customer oriented.

My 2011 Honda Pilot was hit in a parking lot by an unknown driver. It left a pretty big dent. My deductible was 1000.00 and the estimate came in at 930.00. I took it to Dents by Hand in Boulder. They did an awesome job pulling the dent out and added some clear coat to keep the minor paint damage from rusting. It took about two hours and was only 275.00. It looks great and I would definitely recommend Dents by Hand!

However, I was mislead...my insurer notified me electronically of each step along the way, directly conflicting the information the Office Manager was dishonestly providing.After the fact, a couple of interior pieces were damaged as result of removal and had to be special ordered from the dealer. This repair originally occurred in July. After multiple attempts to recover these parts (and additional dishonesty), it is now October 31st and I have still not been able to obtain the parts promised to me nearly 4 months ago.If I owned this business I would be disgusted to learn that the actual product was A+, however the office staff tainted the experience to the point that resulted in this negative review.
