Ill start this off by saying Im a certified mechanic. I went here since I dont have access to a balancing machine and needed my tires rebalanced. I was getting death wobble at 55mph +. They quoted me 16 for each tire to have balanced. I got to the place and they checked me in promptly and came out and assessed the tires and checked depth and wear. And then they pulled me into a bay and immediately got to work. They labeled each tire so they didnt forget when doing rotation and they balanced each one and put them back on as they went through it all. They torqued down each lug nut to 150 ft lbs in a star pattern as they should. They literally did the same quality work I would do myself. Charged me exactly what they quoted on the phone and I was out of there in 30 minutes. If thats not exceptional service Idk what is. Death wobble is completely gone and in super happy! Best experience I have ever had getting tires replaced. I have a 2020 pickup truck that needed 2 new tires and came in with the spare tire on. For those who have pickup trucks removing the spare and having to put it back is no fun.My Appointment was at 4:00pm on a Wednesday and I came in a few minutes early. By 4:16pm I was driving off the lot. 2 new tires up front, all 4 tires checked for proper air pressure, and the spare tire put back in its place.Very well organized, incredibly polite, and exceptionally professional. They know exactly what theyre doing here.

A good price on tires, however they chipped the expensive wheel on my Porsche and offered to reimburse me if I got it refinished. Coincidentally when I pulled in they said that they would take extra time and be very careful with everything because it was a Porsche. Ugh.....

Nothing happened that was extraordinary but thats also not what Im typically looking for in a tire acquisition. Didnt have any of my tire size in stock, found some options for same day and then if i wanted to wait longer there were additional. Elected for same day. They called to pick up the car earlier than estimated. Nice friendly knowledgeable, to the point. That IS what Im looking for in acquiring new tires.

I got four new tires here today. Ordered the tires online prior to the appointment. They had my name on a whiteboard and had a couple friendly employees at the check in spot. They called me about 35 minutes later saying it was ready. The new tires are working great, the pricing was better than where I used to go, will come back here.

I will be remiss in not calling attention to Kevins great customer service. Kevin Lynch proactively offered and honored warranty on my 8 year old Michelins. He also price matched an online price from another retailer and did all of this with a great attitude. He is certainly one of the best in the tire business. I have been a fan of costcos customer service, but have consistently found that Discount Tire takes it a notch higher.

Long time customer of the DT chain. Came in with an unorthodox problem. Keith and Kevin helped come up with a creative but *effective* solution. Kevan (different from Kevin, but just as awesome) and his crew in the garage bay got me sorted in an absurdly short amount of time. And they still took the time to start each lug nut by hand before torquing. I couldn’t be happier and will gladly come back to this store for my future tire needs. Literally every single person with whom I interacted was courteous and professional. They took what probably should have been a very stressful experience, handled my issue for less money than planned, and literally put a smile on my face. It’s almost like they all actually love their jobs. Like Chic-Fil-A but for tires. Bring your business here with confidence.

This was a frustrating day. I have waited 10 years to get the wheels I want because expenses for the kid or the house have always taken precedent... and Discount scuffed them from careless use of the airgun when they were brand new out of the box.Honestly, Ive let the scuffs go. But they also let me drive off with my e brake cables rubbing against the barrel of the wheels on the rear. Had I not noticed the noise, I could have destroyed the cable and damaged the wheel. I ended up having to drive off with only the new fronts on.The brand new wheels were left filthy with so much grease (to mount the tires) that some of the weights fell off from literally driving around the parking lot once and then putting the wheels in the back of a pick-up.Ive used this Discount Tire for years, but it would take a lot to earn my business back after today.

Great customer service from Jared Abrass, got me what I needed and made sure all my bases covered. Got all four of my tires done in less than hour on the weekend. Good sign of a good crew working there, I will definitely come back for my tire needs!

Great service and friendly knowledgeable employees. I had my 2021 Grand Design Transcend 265BH tires replaced with the Goodyear Endurance. I also had them install TPMS in the new trailer tires. It took about an hour to get all 4 wheels and spare installed including the TPMS. They even programed the TPMS to my 2021 GMC Sierra 3500HD infotainment which had the ability to program new tpms sensors. Clean location. Everyone was professional. The parking lot had plenty of room for our truck and 33ft travel trailer.

Kevin was incredibly accommodating when it counted and the integrity was much appreciated. I will never go with any other company. No matter what state I live in or what location I visit this companies employees have taken care of every tire mishap without question. Very dependable and great prices what more could a girl ask for.

Pulled in because on my way home I felt it go flat on the hwy. It was 5 min till closing and the air was spewing out of my tire. The guy in shop said yes they will mount a new tire and to pull up and talk to the guy inside. Guy inside said nope closed. Sent me off after pointing out the fact that you could hear the air coming out of the tire. Not real cool. I mean I get it, it was closing time but man I was stranded with my 4 year old son. I guess its really my bad, the spare was never placed back after the last flat.

Nicely run business that treats people right. It was first come first serve on a busy day, so I was there a few hours and had the chance to watch how they treated all kinds of customers. The team and manager (Ian) were consistently helpful, honest, and patient. Very patient in some cases. I was happy with my own service and the prices, as well.

Kudos to Mitch & all the staff @ this location. Been going to this location for many years. Just wanted to say thank you Mitch for stepping up when your competitor failed to do so. The one time I strayed and purchased tires from your competitor and picked up a nail in my tire I took my car in to get simple tire repair. I was there Saturday morning right as they opened their doors. I was told by the tech he could do it and have it done by 2pm that day?? Of course I needed my car that morning and explained this to tech on site but it just fell on deaf ears. Best he said he could do would be 1pm....I just purchased my tires from this store 6 months ago, still got no help. So straight to Discount Tire I go, now its 8:15 am and Mitch to the rescue. In and out in a hour!! Always friendly service at this location and I thank you Mitch for actually understanding my situation and taking action. He could see in his system I am a long time customer and next time I need tires I will not stray away! Thank you Mitch & Discount Tires.

These guys are always great. Friendly, considerate and respectful to you and your time, as well as knowledgeable of their products. I appreciate dropping into the air check lane to insure Im driving on tires that are properly inflated for a smooth ride and optimal fuel mileage.I have a set of tires purchased by the previous owner and the warranty and lifetime service rolled right on over to me. I had them rotated and balanced and was able to get updated on the history of the tires since purchase.Of course this is all free which in this day and age is becoming a less likely find.

Excellent service, quick in and out. Attempted to upsell me on tires when I had previously stated I could go any higher, but didnt argue with my decision once it was made. Financing also took a huge headache and made it manageable. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

….my Friday evening started with a disappointment, as I got into my car to get home and rest I discovered that pesky light on the dash, you know the one that tells you have a low tire, soon after that low tire pressure display. All that in the span of about 10 seconds. Nice so as the Friday evening showers were rolling in I was changing one of my rear tires with the spare. By this time all the tire shops were closed and I had an appointment early morning, so I figured that right after the appointment I would visit my favorite tire shop in the city, Discount tire.Next morning, just as I was finished with my appointment, I found the nearest Discount tire shop on Bothell–Everett highway, and got there as soon as I was able. Checked in with the person (due to Covid-19 had to check in outside), and explained that I have “picked” up what appeared to be a nail in my driver side rear tire and I was in need of a repair. Naturally I had no appointment and gentleman that checked me in advised me that without an appointment it would be about an hour or possibly an hour and a half wait. No problem. He also told us that one of the advisors will come out and talk to me as soon as they would finish with customers they had. Shortly after that we met Rory. A dedicated young man who is very proud of what he does and where he works! A very rare combination, don’t you think? I explained the situation to Rory, and said that all I was looking for was a patch job, I have to say that I knew I will need tires before too long, but I figured that tires will last for a few months yet, we just had to replace 2 appliances that failed and could not afford new tires, so asked if the damaged tire would be repaired so I can come back in a month or two to get a new set. Rory checked all of my tires and agreed that my tires all but worn out, he also advised me that I should consider to get all 4, but my finances are such that all can do is just “stretch” my tires for another month or two. Rory said that he will see what can be done about the tire and that someone will come and let me know when they will be ready for my car to take it into the shop. What happened next was shocking!! As I was feverishly trying to take stock of my finances to see if I can get into more dept. to get new tires that I need, Rory knocked on my window and said that he found a way to get me a set of tires at no cost!!! He also stated that even though the shop may be able to repair my tire, my family and I would be infinitely safer on the road in the rain with the tires he is going to install on my car. I was in disbelieve, a perfect stranger concerned with my wellbeing, that alone had renewed my faith in humanity! I was literally speechless and it took almost 24 hours for me to be able to put this into a post.Heroes come in many shapes and sizes, my hero, Rory an advisor that works for one of the well-respected tire companies in this area, Discount Tire.Over the years I have purchased many sets of tires, in the last 15 or so years all from Discount, they have earned my business every time, my latest interaction with the company is just an icing on the cake!! I will be back again and again, just as many times as need tires or any other services Discount Tire offers!!!!!

Id never been here before so I wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a very professional experience. I was able to talk to Keith within minutes about why I was there. He showed me all the options and helped me pick the right one. In about an hour, I got a call letting me know that the car was ready to pick up. Very smooth and painless.

The very best customer service. After dealing with them, they have proved absolute honesty and loyalty to their customers. I own a 2015 Ford fiesta, and I dropped off the keys one night and had the payment for the tires I needed in the glove box. They arranged with me and they did the service, and they put my change back in the glove box whenever it was finished. And I was able to pick up the car after their business hours. Its very easy to take any extra money and just say that it was all needed. But they didnt do that. They were very honest about it. Definitely earned my business.

I ordered May 3rd and got my tires in the store on the 22nd. SO SLOW. I will not order from these guys again....No notice until 10 days have passed....No discount or anything for waiting. I also got talked over on the phone and...like come on. The other guy I met to pick up the tires was nice though.
