I had a really great experience at this store. Kyle was amazing helping me pick the right shade of grey (there are so many!) and even stayed 15 min later to help me. Joery was an excellent cashier and helped me find a $10 off coupon. Highly recommend this location if you want great customer service!

I went to the store needing a replacement for Martha Stewart paint, which was discontinued. I was in and out in a few minutes and the color was perfect. GREAT STORE! And a lot closer than Home Depot.

Great customer service with knowledgeable staff. I walked in with no paint knowledge but they explained everything thoroughly and patiently. they were even mindful of my budget by giving me tips on how to save money.examples:1. they opened a can of wood staining and applied on wood to show me the difference between wood staining and regular paint.2. told me to buy less paint because I asked to buy too much3. taught me that paint + primer is basically a marketing term to mean extra thick paint and that I could use some left over paint from my last project as primer.would definitely recommend to friends and familyupdate: 5 stars reduced to 2 starsdo not ask sherwin williams how much paint to buy. we finished painting and have 4 UNOPENED gallons left over (really 5 gallons extra but our painter accidentally opened one). we tried to return these 4 unopened gallons but received a flat no.3 extra gallons for our hallway + office + living room. 1 extra gallon for our bed room. 1 extra gallon for bath. At $60 each, thats $300 wasted.even though they originally consulted us to reduce paint, they still way overestimated the amount of paint we needed. this is not acceptable because we walked through a 1 min video of my 850 sqft place. They saw every room in HD video. I still recommend their services but do NOT listen to their paint amount suggestions.

Standing outside of this location for 30+min as there is a sign that reads, back in 15 min. It is August 28, the biggest moving days in the city and the store is closed during its hours of operation. Looks like Ill have to take my business elsewhere...unbelievable
