This hardware store is so convenient because it’s like a 5 min walk from my new place. After having a couple experiences with a really rude cashier I was really thinking of going somewhere else. However, came in recently for command strips and hardware to hand a mirror and SAM was amazing! He really listened to my questions and made she I had everything I needed to complete my project at home. Sam didn’t make me feel rushed but really anticipated every need that I had. Thank you Sam for taking care of your customers. I’ll keep coming to this hardware because of the care you showed me

I accidentally left my wallet on the counter and the staff tracked me down at work to let me know then held it safe until i could get back there the next day. Amazing people!

Not friendly at all and have limited stuff. Yes theyre convenient, but twice the price of Home Depot and bad attitude towards accommodating clients.I needed a screwdriver on a Saturday afternoon and asked if theyd stay open 2 minutes past 6 as I live in the area and needed 8 minutes to walk, and the clerk said no, they close at 6 and to come the next day! Horrible attitude for a small business trying to compete against big box orange at twice the prices.Off to Home Depot to pay 1/2 the price!!

The staff is helpful, the air conditioning is cold, and when I purchased a soda, they threw in a free bottle opener/paint key; a staff member even held the door open for me so I could make it out with my freshly-opened soda :)
