What happened to “the customer is always right?” David King might make nice products but my order arrived different than what we had previously discussed and they didn’t even bother to check with me before making changes. And then they had the audacity to be rude about their mistake. Worst yet, they didn’t even bother to apologize (which Honestly would have fixed everything). Disappointed.

Ive been trying to find out the name if this store for so long. Im glad I finally found it.I came here quite a while ago. Im from the West coast, so I dont get much opportunity to go to places like this. The woman running the place was very sweet, and told me about their goods. I bought a leather backpack, and it has been the best backpack Ive ever purchased. Good customer service, and very informative. I will come back someday and buy something else.

I thought this place opened at 10:00AM because that’s what their website said. When I arrived at 10:05AM and found the shop keeper chatting with the person running the booth next door, my children and I were understanding and shopped elsewhere to give her a chance to leisurely open up.When we returned 15 minutes later the gate was open, so we started to shop for a computer bag for my wife, which is why we had come in the first place.“Excuse me!”“Uh, we aren’t open yet!” She exclaimed from her position still chatting with the shop next door.“I’m sorry, I just thought you opened at 10:00...” I began to explain when she cut me off with:“We open when we open!”Needless to say we left without buying a computer bag. Fortunately we found a few decent options in the area and bought one elsewhere at a shop that seemed to be interested in doing businesses with us.Based on the other reviews here, it does not seem that she usually behaves this way, so maybe she was just having a bad day. No matter what the cause, as out of town visitors to Boston, she made a lasting negative impression on my family. I would take my business elsewhere if I were you.
