Cute and quite. Just what you need in a coffee house. The decor is very soothing, they have a great little outdoor seating area. Happy to have them in the neighborhood.

Went in a couple of weeks ago and ordered a large Green Tea. I waited quite a while for it and was informed they were out of tea bags. When I drank it little particles of tea were in the cup. I visited today and they did not have any tea bags! Are you kidding me! A coffee shop not spending a few cents on a tea bag to make tea for their customers? I really liked this place because they accepted LevelUp.

Seriously awesome staff and seriously awesome lattes. Dont waste your time with the Starbucks across the street - you wont regret it.

Visiting Boston and needed a cortado. Walked down the waterfront and had a strong well-made cortado with nice art on top. Highly recommend 👍

Cant afford to come here on a regular basis... But youre right next to my office. You seem to no longer carry my favorite orange syrup - getting that in cold brew was a real treat. Ive experienced the (noteworthy) highs and the lows of this stores customer service demeanor.

Great coffee and service. though I should say not enough harambe memorials. his life was taken to in cold blood and it would be great to see that immortalized in my coffee as well as the store. he was a staple in our community and sacrificed his himself and shed his blood so we could enjoy our live as we do today.

I have lived in the USA for 12 years and have never experience such great coffee as that served at Flat black. This coffee shop has hit the nail on the head for coffee as close to what you get in Australia. Outstanding.

Fantastic coffee but misses a star because of continuous shortages in the last few weeks. Always low on tea bags, sweeteners, lids, cups and napkins. No cold brew for months.

Good but they start shutting down nearly 1 hr before closing. Dont expect much if you get there at 4:30pm

Decent coffee, place is a little bland with basic seating and not much vibe. The default seems to be too much milk in the cup, but armed with that knowledge...
