I hadnt seen many people talking about this place online but I had a fantastic pour over from this discreet shop. Highly recommended!

Beautifully presented, high quality baked goods and drinks. There aren’t any seats in the coffee shop, but a table outside. I loved the jade green tea and cortado but the chocolate chip cookie was mindblowingly amazing. Definitely stop by if you’re nearby!

Such a nice little coffee shop. Very small—would not recommend for doing work—although there is some seating outside in the general lobby area. The espresso is excellent and the drink options are not too overwhelming. The space is bright and clean with a sleek modern design.

Great drip and pour over coffees. Quick friendly service. Some nice pastries and good (albeit a bit pricey) whole bean coffee, too.If you sign up for their loyalty program (all it takes is a phone number that they associate with your credit card) youll get 1 free drink for every 10 purchases. If you use that free drink on a nice $5 pour over, thats essentially $0.50 off every coffee, which puts them comparably priced with the big green coffee chain.

As a worker in 125 Summer, Kohi is now a regular stop for me before and during work. Their espresso is great, and you can always take their coffee to the lobby for a quiet sip. Plus their pastries are really tasty. Definitely one of the best coffee shops in the area now.

I love chicory root, so the NOLA cold brew was a must! This location is best for those looking to grab their coffee and go, as they have a walk-up window outside and just a few tables in the lobby of the building they share if you were to order inside.

The best coffee in Boston by far, the Barista John is #1 delivering perfection . The coffee is the best you can get - single origin, premium, they know their stuff! Shop itself is clean and they have the newest Equiptment. Enter via the main building entrance . Though no seats I managed to sit at the lobby as the building wasn’t too busy..

Save yourself time and money by walking around the corner from Starbucks and getting a proper espresso drink from Kohi. You wont regret it.

This coffee shop has been a life saver for me. Ill be running late for my bus in the morning that I have to pick up at South Station, but still have the option to quickly stop by Kohi right across the street. Its a small shop, but they serve big flavor. Personally I cant pass up the opportunity to grab an artfully brewed pour over, which I can choose off of a menu with multiple options (not like some shops thatll only offer one type of bean for their hand brewed coffees). These guys brew Tandem coffee, which is one of my favorite roasters (out of Portland, Maine) so you cant go wrong. I havent had any espresso drinks here, but from what Ive seen the baristas really know what theyre doing and they take pride in their craft. They even have a nice little retail section where your can buy different varieties of Chemex(es?), goose neck kettles, filter paper, oat milk, and beans from either Tandem or Equator. If youre in a rush they also have a walk up window so you dont have to even go into the 125 Summer Street office building. Love this place.

Edited review— I’ve been going for the last few months and have noticed that the coffee tastes like soap. I had an americano today and realized that the grind is severely off for a well cupped cuppa. This no longer tastes annnnnything like tandem, which usually cups as fruity and vibrant. Guess I’ll be going to George Howell from now on. Sad.—This is a great little coffee shop off summer street! They brew tandem and serve vivant! Some of the best third wave coffee in the area!
