Nice place with great coffee table games and an opportunity to take a loan from Capital One. Enjoy all of these things except the last one. ))) There are two ATMs inside in case you need some cash. Free wi-fi and two restrooms. The best seats are near the windows but those at the big long table are great too.

Anytime I go to one of these cafe,, I feel comfortable,, staffing is helpful, I always wondered what if it had a few of these in Georgia,, which I frequently visit on a regular basis,, would be nice to go and do all my transaction..it would be a big hit here in Augusta GA,,thing about it..

Really good spot to work at, not so crowded and comfortable. The chocolate croissant I bought was way to greasy but just for the comfort that this place proposes, I will keep my grade that high. Also, employees are nice!

Love the fact this one is open on Sunday. I used to go to the one by Park Street Station but its closed on Sundays, and then I discovered Boylston St. is open! Not only do I get my drinks half-priced because of my Cap One card, today I was pleasantly surprised that I went during Happy Hour and received my drink for free. I dont have a need to sit and do work but if I did, this would be my go to. Ive tried several different beverages there and all but one was great (one was not the latte I asked for, but it tasted fine). Very pleasant staff.

Great place to do work with fast internet, excellent coffee and free private rooms to have short meetings. There is a flatscreen for presentations too.

Very friendly staff walking around the cafe. Come in sometimes with my toddler son and they always have a little gift for him (usually a promotional ball or game), but he loves it. Raymond is always friendly.

The cafe is always busy with a variety of individuals working from the tables, nooks and crannies. This can make it difficult to find a spot so dont be afraid to ask if you can share a space or table. Theres a Peets coffee shop inside which is a pretty decent chain coffee shop. The service is responsive and generally upbeat. When they messed up my order once they gave me a free drink card without me even asking, which was nice. Overall it seems like a decent spot for coffee, personal meetings or working remotely.

Nice, almost cozy cafe. The tea selection is solid. This is a bank/cafe but the bank employees are very courteous and are not pushy if youre there just to use the cafe.

A loyal customer and frequenting this and the South End branch ever since the grand openings, I usually have a good experience here. However, the barista this Friday evening was hesitant to provide me with the student discount (despite the sign right next to him) and when I thanked him, he remarked, and I quote verbatim, If it were up to me, Id treat you all like normal people and not as if you all are poor. Extremely unnecessary remarks and definitely uncalled for, especially from someone working as a front for this institution.

Good service and curtious staff.I am also finding out that their website and the app are also incredible. The way its designed makes it much easier to figure out things that you need. As a client, I am liking them more and more.

One of my favorite groups of people...hands down! You would not usually think of colleagues as friends but they really are good people to know. They do a great job of finding good people for their cafes.

The library was closed unexpectedly and I was thrilled to find a 360 cafe right nearby! Ive been to the branch in San Francisco but never one in Boston, I will definitely be back! Perfect music for working, strong wifi, a great atmosphere for working or studying. And half-priced drinks when you use a Capital One debit or credit card to pay.

I like this cafe. If I am walking by I always stop to get a cup of coffee. Comfortable seating, nice people, if you have a capital one card you can get 50% off your coffee drink.

Love it here but parking can be tricky. The ATM is also sometimes down, but the Capital One guys are always helpful and nice!

Always nice and a place that you can pay your credit card with cash at. But beware only 3 locations in the Boston Area allow this Boylston St, the Seaport location and Assembly Sq location. also coffee is half off when pay with a Captial One card.

Future of bank branches and I love it. Turn all that wasted bank space into a great cafe. Have friendly bank staff hang out in the back. Old offices go to workspaces. Great spot to hang out, work, study, etc

I love this bright space for working and meeting friends for coffee. My only complaint is that the staff are extremely loud. They are borderline yelling at each other, always having personal conversations over my shoulder. I understand they have idle time, as very few customers are actually here for banking, but its very disruptive in an otherwise quiet spot where everyone is working, having quiet conversation or reading.

Great place to meet friends, do work on the computer, etc. Capital One staff is very friendly and helpful, but Peets coffee staff not so much (with couple of exceptions)! The coffee is ok, but if you have a Capital One account you will get half off your beverage. I would recommend the place, but if you are looking for a large food selection this may not be the place.

A good cup of coffee at a very fair price and a clean and comfortable setting. Nobody from the bank ever bothers you hope pushes you into trying any of their banking products.

This is a Coffee Shop Bank. I made the mistake of thinking it was just a coffee shop. I was a regular every morning until I was roped into trying out a bank account I didnt really want. Ultimately I was unhappy with the banking service and felt a weird pressure to continue it. It ended up ruining the coffee shop experience for me since I just wanted to avoid the banking staff.

If you need fast WiFi I would suggest going going somewhere else. If you aren’t planning to use WiFi I would recommend it for the nice atmosphere and coffee.Advice to owners: invest in faster WiFi. It’s worth it.

This was my first time stopping in. There was nobody in line so youd think that any one of the 5 staff behind the counter would be interested in taking my order. They were chatting amongst themselves and on their phones. When I was attended to the barista was so rude and quite condescending. The coffee was super weak (I got the iced americano and my husband the cappuccino) and the scone was so bad it was very dry and had no flavor. So the $12 I spent went in the garbage. Good customer service goes a long way and these folks just didnt have it.

My husband drank a good portion then realized it had cream.

I love Capital One Cafés, great place to drop in and take a few meetings when on the move. Can get loud at times, so be aware of this if you have very important calls.

Just 20 min after sitting down to have my drink and work Ive been told they are closing in 90min...should have been told before ordering!

Seating is a musical chairs of social awkwardness.Best seating in window cubbies is usually full for hours as ppl hunker down and nestle in.Could be twice the seating in window cubbies if they made it counters with stool seating facing out...Facing out!! Its Boston not Iowa. Theres fun to watch.Better drinks than Starbucks.More attention give staff gives a damn.Bathroom is locked by code that fluctuates, keeps riff raff (and druggies) from coming in.Seating is my real issue.And wish they had ONE DEMAND sandwiches...Id stay longer.Pre-made is nyah, thanks Ill pass.Hot redheads drink for free apparently.Thats so cool.

I came for the Peets coffee/cafe and stayed for the Capital One Bank! both are great and the staff is terrific.

Hope more people dont find it. Great place to enjoy coffee, staff is nice and can hear your self think.
