Love this spot on Boston, just off the Common. They are always super nice and helpful. I also like that they make sure everyone is in masks. Thats awesome.

Consistently one of the slowest Starbucks around Boston. Always out of coffee. You are a coffee place shouldn’t you always be keeping an eye on this?

Starbucks cafe does usually better than that.. not enough chairs, for sugar packages/straws etc. you have to ask, not working restroom in 21 century was the last straw… disappointed

Absolutely love the staff but lately it’s been different. In the past two weeks, I have been harassed twice in the past two weeks at this location. Sadly won’t be going here anymore.

I ordered VENTI iced matcha latte but they gave me grande. I meant, they used venti cup but only filled up 3/4. I didn’t notice when I picked up my mobile order and found it in a car. 😡

This is my go to Starbucks. They know me, always a friendly hi Jonathan when I come in. Sometimes they in the weeds mut they whip out those coffees its fun to watch. I never mind waiting.

Had gotten coffee here before and was fine but today felt sick to my stomach after drinking my tall dark roast from this location. I drink coffee every day and never feel sick like this.

WARNING: CLOSES EARLY. Starbucks app even has wrong hours, they apparently close at 2 pm now, even on weekends?

They charge me the same and the strawberry acai lemonade was without stawberries 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I was there yesterday it was a very, very busy with two people only behind the counter, however they’ve been nothing but professional, friendly and kind to all customers. there was a customer complaining about the slow service (what to expect with high number of customers).Keep up the good work guys

There were two customers inside drinking with masks off. They drank their entire coffees, at least 5 minutes. Since I wasnt in the mood for contracting coronavirus I stayed outside.

On a recent trip to Boston we went in this particular Starbucks for a hot chocolate and muffins.Very attentive staff who struggled with my English accent but persevered.Sat on a window bench overlooking the park entrance and people watched the Bostonians walking their dogs .Lovely way and place to spend an hour

Went for a coffee fix. Despite it being a weekend day, we didnt have to wait long to order and for the barista to make our food. We did have to wait such a long time to use the washroom since there was only one stall. 😖. The latte, hot chocolate and matcha latte taste like the one made at home.

What a terrible Starbucks. They recommended a drink (blended cold brew) that I thought was pretty unappetizing when I tasted it after a 20 minute wait. They then had me pay for an ice coffee which they forgot to out milk in and also took awhile despite a near empty restaurant.

Im just a plain old black coffee drinker, so why is the consistency so bad? Sometimes the coffee is good other times filled with grounds and bitter. Youre a coffee shop; serve good coffee.

Took forever to get an iced latte, the guy preparing the iced drinks was very busy gossiping on his phone and preparing one drink at a time when he remembered he was actually working. On top of that the restroom was a mess.

This location does not read the drink order labels (even for basic menu items with no specials). Orders are often wrong.

4 stars because of customer service, this place is always packed, kind of feel weird to be in there as a colored person after the recent incident. A little pricey but overall good service. Hey the place is too danm tight

It was extremely busy on the day of my one and only visit to this Starbucks, but I got what I wanted and was out the door within 10 minutes. The staff are very competent and obviously do very well under pressure. I can count on Starbucks to get my coffee the way I like it anywhere I go. Thanks Starbucks!

I love this Starbucks. Not every Starbucks. This one. The service is great. Even on the days that there is a line, I am usually willing to wait knowing that it wont take long for me to get my drink.

BEST COFFEE Period. Nothing beats a cup of coffee at Starbucks. The service is always friendly and they make your drink just how you like it. I love the seasonal options and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Andre is the man. Every time I come in the morning, he know my name and what I want to drink. I feel like his my morning bartender, except no licor.He’s very chatty to the customer and I love that about him. Hence why I come every morning to this spot when I need my coffee after ubering.

I was worried when we arrived and were told they had oversold, but they covered a room (not a cheap one) at a nearby hotel for our first night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

ALways seem to act as if its a bother to serve. Also, bathroom constantly broken. asked to go two blocks away. Nice to stop in quickly if you use the mobile app, otherwise,w hat a waste.

The quest is to get through the cashier here.. there is one particular guy who takes foreeeeever to take your order, he’s moving sooo slow that on multiple occasions ppl were just leaving from the line. They are also often not aware if they ran out of something ( which happens every other time for me) and of course after I was charged 🤦🏼‍♀️ And if it’s done by the sloth guy, forget about it... my 5 min coffee run turns into 15 min nervous stumping. Barista girl on the other hand is always flying through those orders. She’s quick, accurate, always smiling and seems like really enjoying what she’s doing. So 1star for cashier, 5 star for barista.

When it comes to cleanliness, this place needs more attention.

Great large location with tables and bar seating. Plenty of merchandise, including the Cambridge and Boston you are here Starbucks mugs. My 3 year old chatted with the barista and she was so sweet!

Good location, and theres a restroom. Theres just one so the line is always long! They seem to get very busy so the place is not that clean.

This is by far the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever visited. With multiple staff and no customers waiting, there was trash all over the floor and tables. If they are ok with letting the main area look like that, can you imagine what its like behind the counter. The person taking my drink order was also unfriendly. Management, get it together. The two stars are for the two drinks I ordered that were up to normal Starbucks standard.

Nice location both due to its proximity to the Common as well as the tall ceilings and nice furnishings. It does have a bathroom for customers in case anyones curious.

I am a big fan of Starbucks, but I dont like this one. Its always really crowded, the choices are not the same as in other places, and there are no bathrooms. There is almost always a long wait here.

The worst Starbucks experience we have ever had. One member of staff should just not have been employed by Starbucks - total apathy, no interaction, no smile, didnt order one of our coffees, seemed surprised when I asked for a hot panini to be heated up, and got cream on the Mocha when asked for none. Then endless queue for restroom and no toilet paper. When this was pointed out to a member of staff, just a shrugged shoulder response was given. Absolutely terrible experience for a Starbucks. If management do not read this and review the staff and training then the whole brand of the company is clearly going strongly downhill.

The food was excellent, the service was fast and my caramel macchiato was perfect. The atmosphere was comfortable and it was great to rediscover my one-time frequented stop.

Convenient place to get a great coffee on the north side of the Boston Common.

The service is the worst here. Asked for cold brew with coconut but there were two orders next to each other. The guy announced this one without mentioning that it had added cream. My husband drank a good portion then realized it had cream. I took it back then got humiliated by being told you took someone elses drink. I asked isnt it his responsibility to announce it with added cream? How can I know if no name is on it? They finally admitted and made me the right drink after a super long wait. Worst Starbucks I have ever been.

This coffee shop never really impresses me. Everything is overpriced, and their iced coffee isnt great. Would prefer cafe nero or dunkin for a quick morning coffee.

Quick service, I was in there on a Sunday morning after walking the Commons. I felt like I was in an out quick.

Friendly service! This place is such a great location and does so well handling the United Nations of customers that come through their doors.
