I went to the Metro in the store located in 1049 Tremont St, Boston MA and the mobile associateYorleny Bedoya was helping me to find a new phone.She was super in her customer service and the phone i wish was giving her some problems, a technical issue. She speak to 4 people to find a solution. For my inconvenience nobody found a solution, i wait for like 1hr but i was patient enough because i saw Yorleny trying to do whatever she can do to sell me the phone i want.Meanwhile, she was also helping the other mobile associate that was taking another customer.At the end, she told me to comeback tomorrow because somebody else was going to fix the problem that not allows here to sell me the phone. I really come back the next day to buy my phone because of her customer service.I just really take time to the review to let know the company or the store manager the great employee they have. Her awesome knowledge of phones plus her customer service and solutions is priceless. She even demonstrate leadership when i was there.Thanx to Yorleny again for everything and tmobile for your time reading the review.

The staff at this location is NOT knowledgeable! I don’t know what happened with the old manager/staff but please bring them back. No offense to the people who work there but you all need to be re-trained on customer service Worst experience EVER. I WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcoming/friendly environment, store manager and her reps are very knowledgeable. Great variety of phones and accessories, I will be visiting them soon to upgrade my daughters phone.

The ladies at this Metro PCS were wonderful and very helpful in my getting a new upgrade for my phone! The employee who helped me to start, Carla, was really helpful and made sure to inform me of my upgrade and the least expensive way to go. The manager Lala is very knowledgeable and makes sure all her employees are too! Overall great experience! Thank you ladies!
