I called @7:40p and asked if they could replace my screen on my IPhone XS Max….. mind you…. 20 minutes before they close. He enthusiastically told me yes and even waited till 8:15p for me to drive there because I really wanted it fixed!This tech/owner stayed 30-40 minutes after close to help me with my phone. He did the whole phone right in front of me and even did multiple quality and function tests on it after install. He was so polite and such a genuinely nice person. My phone looks brand new and he even put a new case and glass shield for me! Very impressed and happy!

I went in on Thursday June 9th, about a replacment screen for my Android a02s. I have no means of immediate communication until the phone gets repaired. Im told they have to order the screen and it would take 5 days. They never took my email address, they never took anything from me to reach out to me. I come back on day 5 and its still not done. I come back on day 6 for them to tell me the seller has cancelled the order. Not satisfied with wasting 6 days of my time, the gentleman there asked if Id be willing to pay another 100 dollars to switch the phone. When I said no he offered to switch the motherboard of the phone for 40 dollars. Desperate, I said yes. 30 minutes later he tells me he couldnt do it. They did refund my money but, I could have bought a new phone already. Dont go to these people. They are clearly not legitimate. I recommend either buying insurance and going through that hassle if you have the time. if you dont, just buy a new phone.

Tldr: went in for a software related repair, guy did not fix anything, opened my phones internal without asking, voided the factory seal, did not put it back together, and took my case.Went in for a hard bricked phone, asking the guy behind the counter to help with software related service. They said no problem, so I explained exactly what items I flashed onto the boot to kill it, even gave them a flash drive with the right OS to fix it.Two days later, they called me back saying that it cant be fixed. Thats okay, no big deal. So I went in and get it back, then I noticed my phone was opened from the back. I asked the guy what the deal for opening it without informing me, he did not gave me any reasonable explanation on why they had to open it for a software issue. (they said they was checking the hardware). I informed them this is solely a software issue when giving it to them, and it got Hard Bricked because I flashed my phone with a bad software, but opening it basically ended my warrentee on the spot. Never bothered to glue it back the way it was (oem factory seal are too expensive for them), and did not return my case. Afterwards, I asked the guy to call me back for what the technician did, never got a response.Very unprofessional shop, not coming back.

Phone screen replacement was fine. However the person behind the counter wasnt wearing a mask so when I asked him if he was vaccinated he said no. I asked him to wear his mask and he refused stating some weird reason about Target saying its ok to not wear masks in stores. I dont understand what his deal is - Theres literally a sign on their own door saying masks are to be work in the store and yet this guy refused to wear a mask. Thanks to him, I now have to take a COVID test after a few days, because we have an infant at home. Do you feel good endangering other peoples lives? He said I could take off my mask too. What? Also, for your information, you dont need to wear a mask IF YOU ARE VACCINATED. Which you are not.

Plus they are forthright about what they can and cannot do without empty promises. Definitely coming back for future repair needs in the future

Wonderful, pleasant experience with the owner of the shop. He fixed my iPhone X glass back within 2 hours for a great price. You can tell he knew what he was doing since he also replaced the metal sides of the iPhone that were scratched up by the broken glass stuck in my phone case (which is not what most repair shops do).I also got a nice protective case here (around the price of what you’d find on Amazon) and the owner was sweet enough to throw in a free glass screen protector. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to whoever needs a phone repair.

This has to be the best experience. They are knowledgeable and friendly and QUICK. I was given my options clearly and I was able to get my phone fixed within 20 min. There were options and upgrades, but they weren’t pushy. Easy location to get to (it’s in an office building). I’m pleased and would highly recommend.

I went to Best Buy to dix my phone and the guy was extremely rude and told me it’d cost $200 and take 15 days. Went here, a polite worker named Faig fixed it for $70 cheaper in 30 minutes. My phone was BAD too. Highly recommend

My son took his Samsung Galaxy A51 to be fixed here, and they put a new screen on the phone that does not work. So his phone is useless. The cost was $200. They claim to have a 60-day warranty, but that is not true. They dont even have a one-day warranty. Do not take your phone or computer to be fixed here. Now I have to buy a new phone.

Had my iPhone X back screen repaired the other day and I realized the bluetooth connection was inconsistent afterwards. I contacted the store again and the owner of the store invited me back to get it checked out and fixed. He resolved the issue within 45 minutes for free (since I paid the other day for the glass). Very respectful and trustworthy repair shop!

DO NOT GO HERETLDR: Fake low-quality screens, no warranty once you leave the store despite them saying 6 months, staff really rude.I had a problem with my iPhone 10 and I went there to get it repaired, they diagnosed the problem and told me that I had to get the screen repaired and they charged me 150 $ for that and told me that I have a 6 months warranty. I noticed some issues that the screen was registering phantom touches, so I went to them and they are now telling me to get my motherboard repaired and asking for more money.The salesperson at the shop was extremely rude and told me straight away that it was none of his problem that my screen is not working now, 2 days later after I got it changed from them.Do not trust the other reviews because they tell you they will give you a discount if you give them a good review on the spot.Additionally, the screen they replace is of extremely low quality. Seems like what they are trying to do is importing low-quality third party, parts charging a premium for them and once the customer is out of the shop its not their problem.Do not at any cost go to this shop, worst experience ever

Such great care went into fixing both my phone with a cracked screen, and my boyfriends phone that had completely cracked to the point it was glitching and couldnt be used. Got them done that day for us, very fair pricing compared to some other places Ive used in the past, and included the protective screen cover which was such a nice touch. My wife’s laptop had the dreaded blue screen of death and she had so much on her computer she wanted to see again.We have had pretty good experience with Cambridge at Best Buy in the past, but they looked at it and said the computer was beyond repair and said they might could recover it, but it would cost at least $1,500.I’ve run by Easy Fix shop before just for a couple of simple fixes, and remember being impressed with his service and prices, so I thought I’d just call to ask.Long story short (well, shorter), recovered the data (which took multiple hours), put in a new hard drive, and fixed the problem...all for under $200. I’ve never been happier to part with $164 in my life.Please use this company! You will not be sorry!

This is the second time due to a heavy drop my iPhone 7 Plus top right corner was cracked and black lcd was leaking on top so I cant see the screen ! Evan was able to replace a brand new one screen and put a temper screen glass protector for me free of charged ! Total time only takes 20 minutes in and out since I made an appointment time to come In refer by my friend pat which has done many works from Mobil fix for many years ! I went there 3 months ago to fix my screen for $160 (there’s no $40 screen replacement, of course) After 3 months the screen doesn’t work well, there are lines and some part of my screen turning black. I went back to this store they said if I want to change my screen i have to pay again even we have 6 moths warranty. They will blame and assume that you cracked your phone so that they can make more money, like he told me I pressed my screen too hard so its broke from inside... what a nonsense thing. Don’t waste your time and money going there, most of good reviews are fake and scam. Or if you want to have bad experience with this store then... enjoy :)

No good. replaced broken screen. my phone screen is not attached to it. i went back to have it glued. the guy told me it cant be done. he then said hell glue it and come back i went back and now its worse than b4. poor workmanship. friendly guy but not good at fixing phones. now i have to get my own glue. looks ez to glue after watching a video. screen is working erratic i may have to use my insurance for a new fon. $90 for this repair now Im gonna have to pay $100 for insurance ded. so time and money wasted $300 i could have bought a new fon. dont waste your time and money here.

The best place to fix your phone. This guys can fix everything. My nephew dropped his phone in a pool and it was completely done. I thought it will be impossible to fix it. I was passing by the store and decided to ask them if they can do anything about it. Guess what? The phone is working now. It took them about an hour to clean all water and moisture, change faulty parts and do some magic. Very well done!

I wish I could give this negative stars by a billion. They absolutely make fake 5 star reviews. I got my phone and battery fixed, they cut the circuit board while they fixed the battery which caused it to have a motherboard problem and my phone to not work at all. They offered a $50 discount on me buying a used phone through them or sending my phone to NYC to a lab for 10 days minimum for $80 more, when I just spent $110 for them to use cheap parts and completely destroy my phone. If you look at old reviews there are many like this. This place is run by scam artists who absolutely steal parts from your phone and will deny any refund. I’m dramatic but would like to start a class action against these people because they steal your money and parts from your phone. Insurance or apple is maybe $30 more but guaranteed. I learned the hard way and had to purchase a new phone after spending $110 for them to steal parts and cut the circuit board. Absolute waste of money and very bad people running it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THESE SCUM BAGS

My dead iPhone 7 Plus was repaired by Easy Fix under a reasonable price and time. T Mobile and Apple Store cannot fix it, and I am very grateful that my iPhone is back to normal now. One note - Due to the replacement of the parts, now I have to use the power cable purchased from store $10 to charge the phone, Apple power cable can no longer be used to charge the phone. I will highly recommend my family and friends to use Easy Fix to repair smart phones.

Guy forgot to put the top speaker grill on the new screen—not a big deal, except he tried to tell me the new screen didn’t come with the grill so he shouldn’t have to. Come on, man. Relented but took his sweet time watching soccer and being interrupted by some random guy yelling, presumably his boss? Gave me the phone back smudged with black grease and the screen repair turned out to be shoddy (touch registration skips out, the screen clicks inward at certain places). Wonder what else he forgot.Also it’s $40 only for the little iPhones (SE, 5s...). For iPhone 7 it’s $70, and it goes up for later models. Still pretty cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Incredible service. They came to my place to fix my cracked screen and then noticed that the battery was bad so replaced that as well. My battery had been failing me recently so this was very convenient. Even with them coming to me this was the best price I could find and the were very friendly as well. Highly recommended.

Had excellent service in helping me fix my touch screen. My touch screen became unresponsive 2 weeks later but they were gladly able to help me fix the problem.

Th guy was really helpful, explained what was wrong with my phone, and explained what I could do to fix it. He does not fix water damaged iphones tho. But I think they fix everything else
