Excellent excellent!!! My mother and I are very impressed by the salespeople at this location. My mother went in to purchase a phone on Friday and was helped by Pedro and we went in Saturday to exchange for an upgrade. We are not sure of the name of the employee who helped us on Saturday he just said he usually worked in Chelsea but he was very very helpful even though we came in late. Very good up sellers we have to admit . We left with extra stuff. 😂 Great job guys!

Don’t ever go to this store my dad went to make a payment in cash, the person working there stole the money and never went in to the account and she never gave my dad the receipt. The assistant manager is useless, she didn’t even try to solve the issue.
Wanted to give a shout out to Pedro and Jackie for being such an amazing managers. Theyre amazing with their staff and are able to greet all their customers as they walk in. Very satisfied with the East Boston team and their level of care and attention.
Terrible, got me into a deal more than Verizon but the service isn’t even close. I live in Boxford but work in Boston and I never had dead spots with Verizon, but with sprint I’m giving up a lot of reception. I’m shopping now, please let me know my monthly costs and overall cancel if I were to accept pending suitable+ contenders.Thank you.
I really loved these guys until they hooked my fiance into upgrading to a iPhone 7 Plus without telling us that we have to be on the T-Mobile ONE plan. We asked repeatedly if our plan had to change or if our bill amount would change ant it was no, no, no. I expect better from T-Mobile.

Worst TMobile location Ive ever visited. Never again. Employee had no idea what he was talking about; kept telling us policies that were the opposite of what their own Customer Support team would say (Cust Serv ended up being right every time). We signed up for a 3-line plan and they turned around and gave us 2 phones, 2 sim kits, and acted like we had said 2 lines all along. Employee was insanely rude about it, too. Made a HUGE deal out of being forced to fix his own mistake. Then 2 of the 3 phones we purchased were defective. This place is a complete joke.
Average Sprint store experience. Good customer service. Clean lobby, well lit, and many devices and promotions on display. There was no wait to speak with a representative.
Great, place every employee at this place are nice and they are very smart. when I walk into this place. I go in with a smile,😁 and a good frame of mind and patience. ☺

Worst customer service I have been here 2x and each time the idiot that works there john was rude. First time I went I needed a screen protector he couldnt be bothered (no one was in the store) then I finally find the one and ask him to put it on and after him hemming and hawing finally did it, to only fall of days later, literally just fell off. Then tonight I went to get an upgrade on my iPhone and he acted so disrespectful toward us giving us all the wrong info and trying to charge us so much more. Finally called sprint and the representative from sprint said put him on and she was talking so nice trying to explain our plan he was just flat out rude and still wouldnt help. She told us Im sorry for his ignorance and I had to have the phone mailed because hes just a lazy ignorant looser just collecting a free paycheck from sprint

This is a bad place because they ask for a ID only for give you a piece of paper (the receipt) and if you dont have the ID you can not get a reciept. That so crazy beacuse the people allready paid. This is the only place were they do that. Tmobile have to give the reciept always!!. And also they have the same always.
Jubriny was the most helpful tmobile employee I ever crossed paths with. Every other associate werent even giving me attention they didnt help me at other locations. He is the best tmobile employee :)

This place is awful. My wife came here to get a new phone and switch from verizon to t mobile. Sounds simple. It should have been simple. Strangely enough this somehow took 2 hours of our time. Im not exaggerating. 2 hours . . . Im not even sure how thats possible. Had you asked me before this lovely evening such an occurance would have been put on my list of impossible things that could never happen. Oh how I wish I had been correct. Dont come here. I did the same thing as my wife at the t mobile location in charlestown and it took half the time. Not a short process, but alot better than 2 hours.EDIT: They also messed up my wife and my account so for 2 lines we were put doen for a total monthly cost of 375 dollars a month. We had to call the national t mobile to correct the multiple errors they made because the staff here are utterly incompetent.

Came to this TMobile store to look at the s8. The TMobile rep Deshawn was very helpful and he knew his stuff unlike his other colleague who was lazy. When my bf asked if they had other colors other than the display, his colleague just said no. When we asked Deshawn the same question, he pulled out other colors in his drawer and he wanted to make sure I got to see all the colors available before I did my preorder. Def only recommend to only to go Deshawn for help for you want good customer service there lol.
Visited once to ask about a SIM cards, staff were not very helpful and need to be trained a bit more. But the store is kept in excellent condition.
Optimal location but terrible service.
A year ago I went there to get two financed iPhones, a month later when I got my first bill I realized the representative of this store put the insurance after I said no and this in not the worst thing because this month I called to sprint asking for payoff both cellphones just to realized that this guy gave me lease on both cellphone instead of the financed plan I asked for.
They don’t open on time. People leave to another store instead.
Terrible service they are so arrogant with their customers I wont be there never again horrible they just open but the company has to select people who wants to take care of their customers we paid alooot of money and then when you need some thing they dont wanna take cake of you its so absurd.

They are pessimistic, they tend like animals to clients, I went to pay my phone bill, the woman reluctantly tended to me, or thank you, they give one to steal out of one with that tension that they give or desire to return.
It is a company of responsibility and a lot of kindness, do not worry about arriving, no matter the question or the problem that your cellphone has, they attend to it, there is also the possibility of leaving your cellphone and they give you money to do 5G
Very bad service I would say bad I wait more than an hour to be served because they cared for other people who arrived later and when they finally answered us the young man said he did not have time to help us because there were 50 minutes to close !! Incredibly bad customer service and thinking that I have been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years.
Its super bad, Ill never go there again. The workers there do not serve the customer well, yesterday I was there the phone was thrown at me and the money also in fact fell to the ground at once, poor service.
