Tire replacement was good but dont go here for brakes. When I had my brakes replaced here they didnt install them properly - they didnt even add lubrication.
Awesome place for quick tire repairs. Noticed I had a leak on Tuesday, got an appointment at 8 am on Wednesday, was in and out in under an hour for only about $30. Extremely friendly staff and nice waiting area. Will go back for future tire needs.
Always enjoy my experience here. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They perform the work in a timely and efficient manner and communicate really well.
I had booked my car in over a week ago to get the AC inspected and recharged. Having driven all the way in to Boston for an 8am appointment on my day off, I was told by the man at the front desk that they only have 1 AC guy and that he’s been out all week due to a family emergency. While I don’t doubt that, I would have appreciated a courtesy call before I made my trip in. This is frankly poor customer service and a quick phone call or text message was all that would have been needed to have avoided a wasted trip. Because of that, I decided to take my car somewhere else rather than rebooking.
Jamal the GM is a good guy. Did the right thing when they couldnt figure out the problem with my car.
What a bunch of spineless weasels! Check this out; I complained about the tires I ordered being on time and this tall white guy with horrible bad breath and polite hygiene (pre Covid times) was very rude. So when I brought my attention to the female cashier, she suggested I write a formal complaint and handed me the info. Once I did, I found out weeks later, that not only did they FIRE the poor black female cashier, but they all give me attitude after I complained (so much for confidentiality, right), I was literally told, “we shouldn’t have to help someone like you” I replied, “excuse me!” and he corrected his snark remark and said, “someone who likes to complain about every lil thing”. Ever since that day, which they refused to do my lifetime alignment because, “the mechanic was afraid I’d complain about his work”, I’ve been going to the Watertown location. Waaaay better service then these clowns! Do NOT get serviced here!Signed, The Mofo that complains a lot!
Hi,I brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation. 5 minutes after I pick up my car I went back because I realized they did not placed back the cover to which they answer they did not have it. I ended up having to buy it myself and today I realize I can’t find the set of my tire screws 😡 I am so upset I now have to buy a new set.I won’t ever go back to this place as they are expensive and irresponsible. The oil change cover cost me 80 dollars so I paid a total of 160 for an oil change and who knows how much is the set of the tire screws. They had a good services and representatives about 2 years ago but now is rip off business.
Honest with you from the beginning. Waiting room was hospitable. Pricing and tire insurance was fair. Wish they would give free alignment with purchase of tires. Oh well!
Do not visit this place. Inconsiderate of customer time and lack of communication. I requested a simple update after waiting for an hour and was told they had to check with the tech. Original estimate was 30 minutes to check the status of my battery. Upon returning I was told “i don’t have an update for you” I kindly requested more information since this tells me nothing. After an additional 30 mins I requested another update and was told “ oh yeah the battery needed to be replaced”. Why did this take almost 2 hours? They also don’t seem to be very knowledgeable about cars in general.
Super nice & professional, helped me quickly and efficiently since I’m from out of town!
Brought in a run flat tire for a quote and he initially said hed be able to fix it for $30 bucks, an hour later he called and said I needed the entire set of tires changed at a grand. It was a sunday so I couldnt shop around and a flat tire repair basically escalated 30x in cost. In the end, I decided to bring it to another chain tire shop and they told me the tires were still VERY new and did not need to be switched out. All in all, do not trust the reps here to give you a honest assessment of your car they just want to upsell you and charge you for their sales quota! And shop around because firestone is charge you like a snakeoil sales
Brought my car in for a coolant/radiator flush (by appointment). I was quoted a 1-1.5 hour turnaround and invited to stay in the lobby while they worked on it. After 2 hours I asked for a status update, as I had a meeting shortly. They said they had to order coolant and it would be another 1-1.5 hours. I was in the lobby almost the whole time and they had my phone number, yet they didnt once think to tell me that service would take 3x longer than quoted? They did their best to make it right by providing me with a free rental next door, but they had so many opportunities to get this right before it got to that point. The salesman did have time to lie to me about the status of my cars tires, though. About an hour in, he took me back and told me my cars tires wouldnt pass inspection while demonstrating with a measuring tool. The tool read at the top of the yellow bar, indicating my tires had 3/16 of tread left. The minimum to pass MA state inspection is 1/16, and I had just had my car inspected at the dealer and they gave me an all-clear. He also claimed that since two tires had to be replaced, I should just go ahead and do all four. Who does that? Glad I knew what was going on - I cant imagine how many people have spent $500-800 on tires that they didnt need.
Do not get services here!Bad experience!
Needed new tires and they were quick and informative with options and service. Very happy experience!
Great service and knowledgeable staff. I got a great deal on lifetime alignment and will keep coming back probably twice a year to get my free alignment.
Great, professional, explained the with to be done. Talked about potential for any additional charges and why, but worked to keep costs down.
Just another tire shop, no personable interaction. Fuse popped for the front wipers on a rotation and oil change. (bizzare) Nobody was willing to open her up and throw a new ($.20) 10a fuse. I didnt appreciate that considering it was raining and 30F degrees outside and my kids had already been waiting all day around the shop. Youd think somebody might think it was a decent thing to do. The only response from anybody was Thats not our fault, you can leave it and somebody will take a look sometime tomorrow. So I drove home, very unsafely with the window open so I could see . I found Matt to be quite rude in my book, with no consideration for my familys safety.
Nice friendly staff. Did a great job. Not pushy, provided full review of the tires, brakes, suspension. Goid price.
Very disappointed with the alignment job done on my car after 4 hours wait in the terribly cold environment, it didnt seem like anything was done. My car still drives the same unaligned. My time, money spent was a total waste. I felt scamed
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS:I have reported this business to the better business bureau. I bought new winter tires at this location and had them installed for me. During the install the salesman proceeded to tell me that all four of my brakes on my recently purchased car needed to be replaced since they had only 2 weeks of life left on them. He tried to convince me to schedule a follow up right then and there for them to be replaced. He even went to far as to bring me back into the shop while my car was raised up and lie to me and try to explain his lie while pointing out things on the brakes that nobody would know unless they were a mechanic. I luckily was in doubt because this was a recent used car purchase from a reputable dealer. I refused to schedule an appointment and proceeded to bring my car to both the dealership and a reputable mechanic I have a lot of trust in. Both other locations verified that all four of my brakes had a majority of their life left and there was absolutely no reason to change them or be concerned.THIS BUSINESS TRIED TO CON ME OUT OF A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY! This business is unethical and a disgrace to the many hard working and trustworthy mechanics out there. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Speedy and efficient tire service

30 dollars for a flat tire. Half of the things they charge dont even make sense. TPMS kit 1100k? Rip off stay away! The only things they should charge is Flat repair labor $11 and Flat repair patch plug $2 but they charge you other things that you dont need when fixing a simple puncture. $7 dollars to balance a tire? Hahaha that just mean they put air in it.
Fast and friendly service with a half hour to spare before close. Fix flat tire with a nail in it.
My Experience there was extraordinary. I met Jamal the store Manager he took care of me like was his own family, very nice, caring, thoughtful, respectful and kind young man. He went far and beyond to help me with my situation even when some of thing i need to get done was impossible and he makes them possible for me that day, for that i am forever be grateful to him ant this place. I am recommend this shop to everyone that look for great experience, caring, fast and wonderful services. Thank you for all your help.
I scheduled an appointment last week to put 4 new tires on my car. Turns out the person spoke to on the phone didn’t get the tires to the store when I had my appointment. The person working the desk then offered me the next tire up in price at a huge discount to make up for it. Went back and got my tires done. Very happy with the service!
I got a lifetime Allignment warranty in 2019.Since then i just used my warranty once and it was one of the worst experience i’ve ever had.
We are out of town guests and were on the way to Logan Airport when we noticed a tire with lower pressure. We had little extra time and stopped at the Firestone Auto Center. The folks there were very accommodating and had us on the road quickly. They found a nail in the side of the tire. Made the airport with time to spare.Well worth the stop. Thanks
Jamal was well prepared. He got my replacement of tires started smoothly and assured me that the job will be done at a reasonable time. And it did.
Friendly staff. Great service
Have an appointment at 8Am, I came at 7:50Am and the carage was closed, wait for another half an hour with another 2 guys whom came also to fix their cars, but no one showed up to open the place. Too bad experience.
Highly recommended
I have to wait too long after my car was out of the bay.
Had a flat tire on a weekend trip to Boston. The tire had a slow leak and needed to be repaired. A very simple and common procedure. I waited nearly 2 hours to be seen, after 20 minutes of work i was assured that the hole was found, repaired, and the tire was put safely back on my car. Drove back to NY and as I was almost home, my tire pressure light came back on - my tire was nearly flat again pulling into my driveway. I took it to my mechanic the next morning and he informed me that the tire was never fixed in the first place. He said the air was just put back in and the hole was never touched. He said I was lucky to get home safely. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
Avoid at all costs! This place suffers from the kind of absolutely pitiful sad sack middle management that gives mechanics a bad name. If you enjoy being talked down upon, being up-sold, and technician management that will literally not give your car one single place without trying to find some other way to price gauge you even after you have SPECIFICALLY told them to work on only a tire and nothing else, youve got your place!I came in with a tire leak and told them to fix only the tire. I have a work order into my regular mechanic to work on the brake light sensor issue (something that is unrelated to the tire). After holding my car hostage for seven full hours (albeit a busy day) and forgetting to call me to update me, I called in to get a status update and was told that I needed all new brakes, rotors, and fluid flush. When I asked about the tire, I got a yeah its fixed response. Two weeks later, the tire had been rotated to the other side of the car so I didnt notice that the leak had not be touched or altered at all and had been lied to completely that the tire had been worked on. I brought the car to a true tire technician and they had the problem fixed in 20 minutes.I have no doubt that anybody on the floor there has any ill intentions or arent qualified to do the work that they perform. However, this cooperate full service mechanic has the classically dishonest business model that make people hate getting their car fixed.Shame on Firestone, and shame on the technician management here.
Very busy but were still able to help quickly. Thanks guys!!
Employees and management are kind, helpful and efficient at doing there job. Would definitely recommend here to others. Great service
Fixed punctured tire in 30 min. Reasonable cost. Great service
Strato and Matt helped me out awhile back great customer service flat tire repair! Thank you! Unfortunately I have another one and will be in tomorrow!
Really love these guys for all my auto servicing and repairs! Theyre really trust worthy and that is really hard to find.
Jay was the most honest mechanic I’ve ever had work on my car. Came in thinking I had a leak in my brake line—turns out the car needed $1200 in repairs to both brake lines, with a fuel line that’s about to go any day now. Jay was honest enough to tell us that it wouldn’t be worth it, and everyone else I talked to there (and everyone else I know) agreed. The car is totaled now, and it sucks, but I am so happy with my experience at this Firestone and with Jay in particular.
Great service, easy in and out and felt comfortable with everyone wearing a mask
Location is right on Commonwealth Avenue and hard to miss. The workers are really nice and explain the process to and level that anyone can understand. They also make sure you understand the pricing for what they are doing to your car. Overall a great experience.
Everything was fine until I found that the sales rep buried an unrequested protection plan in the bill without my consent. Service was great, but the scam by the sales person is just disgusting. Oh, and sales rep did not accept a valid coupon, without reason.
The service provided was less expensive than I was expecting. It was just a leak caused by the valve stem which was repaired, but they also detailed the rim which was rusting. Staff was super friendly and it only took about an hour.
Arrived 1 hour early for my alignment. The staff was able to squeeze me in for my appointment early and getting me on my way in a timely manner. I was extremely surprised because the store was busy. Thanks again for your help and speedy service!!
Great service and quick service. Ask for Felicia, shes great
Fast and efficient services recommend
Very professional people.I went to this location for a tire balancing and they did a great job and the service was excellent and fast. I highly recommend this place.
I got a flat tire this holiday weekend and took my car to Firestone! I received great service by their great staff. Ray and Trevor run a great team!
I love firestone, this location always treats me with respect and they are very patient. They go over everything and explain very well what they are doing.Alepidis was a pleasure to deal with, thumbs up keep up the good work !
Must be a new manager here, but Jay was really nice and helpful explaining to me that my tire didnt need a new valve stem (though I insisted for peace of mind). I was in and out in a little over an hour with an alignment
This place was open on a Sunday when every other shop that does brakes was closed. That was awesome. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee on all the parts/work I got done that day which is so nice!!
We had a flat tire, which could have ruined our day. Firestone was busy but Andre who was managing the front alone. Took care of us in a fast, friendly efficient manner and had us back on the road in about an hour. Thank You Andre!
I had a car in another shop in Mass & they wanted to charge me 25% tax on my total purchase which I thought was absolutely Ridiculous! So I called some shops around the surrounding area (didnt get much help) to see if this was true....until I spoke with Ben at Firestone who informed me that 25% is NOT what I should be charged. Even though I did not get services done at Firestone, their employees are honest & thats a very important trait to carry in this field.
The guys were easy to talk to and explained everything in a way I could understand . I would recommend you go to them for your auto needs.
Nice guys. They do quick work. Sometimes makes mistakes but you get what you pay for. Dont expect them to be open at 7. They show up and unlock the doors at 7 and walk around turning everything on for 20 minutes. So take your time and get here at 7:30.
Wow--had my service done on a fleet car and what a great job! Mike F. kept me updated while I plowed through email sitting in the lounge. They were honest, fast and very nice--well done!!!!
We had a flat tire in a small rental car with no spare tire while on the way to the airport. The staff at Firestone worked quickly to put on a new tire in time for us to drive to Hartford and catch our flight. The manager, Jay, was especially helpful in expediting the process for us. Thanks Firestone!
Staff is overworked and unwelcoming. Every time I come here there’s a problem with either the job being undone or it takes double the length or I get a call that something will take significantly longer. It’s always a production
Solid mechanics are hard to find. So, Im from out of state, my Subaru windshield wipers died on me and I had to do a quick survey of Boston mechanics. This Firestone had the most solid review. I brought it in Friday night, they called me promptly Saturday morning and explained what was up (which meshed up with what another mechanic at a dealership said), and cost options. To get a windshield wiper repaired (some internal motor died) from these guys, plus an oil change (and in an urban area so I assume theres a bit of a premium), was around $380. To get the repair done at a dealership (in a less urban area so I assume cheaper) was $100 diagnostic plus $400. So answer is obvious, if I was a local I would go here to keep the old high mileage Subaru of mine on the road. They did it promptly. Thanks guys.
Firestone in North Smithfield RI is the best, such a nice group of smart professionals that always fix my car right the first time !!! 5 stars
UPDATE: i think the employees are wayy too overworkedthey dont even have an answering machineone person at front doing everythingeveryone today after a weekend break was great and great service with my carthis is just a super busy location and more employees are neededOlder: was just trying to bring my car inhe put me on hold for 5 min then literally hung up on me!!im calling the managerif i had not signed up for a free oul change deal with a new firestone credit card i would never go back!!
Horrible horrible store. Never go there with a problem. They will scam you into buying parts or replacing things you don’t need. They say 45 minutes but then take over 2 hours. They’re rude, slow and unhelpful. Never ever go here please. There are so many amazing mechanics in the area, why would you go to a place as horrible as this.
I took my car to Firestone Auto Care at Commonwealth Ave. because the engine maintenance light was on. They charged me $84.00 bucks to run the diagnosis engine on my car, then the called me to provide the result. They told me to replaced some part and also strongly suggest to do a turn up. I ended up paid $880.00 When I went to pick up my car, as soon as I turn on, I noticed a rough noise and I talked to them about it. the mechanic drove my car around the block and he told me it was the low lever of the power steering. ( I didnt quite understand it, because if they did a turn up, I believe they should check the hose things). Anyway, The follow week, the engine light was on again, just a couple of days I spent $880.00. I took my car back to them and they want to charge an extra $50.00 for replace the gas cap...I refused it. Next day I noticed some oil link underneath of my car. It wasnt before I tool my car to them. I cant really say that it was their fault, but due to the lack of professionalism, it makes me think that they did something to cause it. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Very straightforward and trustworthy.
Very professional & good job.
Went with a flat tire which needed to be replaced. Arrived at 7am when they opened and was out the door and on the road again by 7:50am. Kind and efficient staff took care of what needed to be done.
I came in to have my winter tires put on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra which I have gotten serviced on time for the last 3 years with no issues. When they put on my tires they also checked my engine and brakes etc and told me I needed a lot of work done. I am not sure why they did this. I took my car to the dealership to be checked but they didnt see any of the issues they highlighted here. The people were very nice and when I told them I had zero interest in doing the work they didnt push me.I would caution anyone to take their car here. It appears most people have had the same experience with them trying to push things to be done that dont necessarily need to be done.
I just did my car maintenance in Firestone on Commonwealth Ave because the engine maintenance indicator was on. I went to Firestone last week, and I was given a long list for what I should do for my car. Frankly I was not familiar with most of the items on the list, but I was told that none from it was not essential. I paid more than 800$ for the list. I took my car, and then after two days, the engine maintenance indicator was on again. So I drove my car to Firestone. One staff member there told me that he could reset button and then should be OK.Yes that was OK for two days. The engine maintenance indicator was on again. So I drove my car to there again. This time one guy told me that I should do the engine diagnosis which I did not do for the first time. I was given the engine diagnosis free (Thank you, Firestone!) but I was charged 420$ for the engine maintenance.I just feel that the Firestone there is dishonest and unprofessional. They intend to charge you as much as they can. The way they do works well for someone like me who are not familiar with cars, and they will continue to do so.I do not think the Firestone there has good hands. Last winter one of my car windows was broken, I did go there twice to get it repaired. For the first it was repaired but only for several days. Then I had to go there again.
Came in for a bad battery, they had me in and out in 1.5 hrs on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty good.
Great staff and service especially Andre Gomes. His knowledge and expertise made time there a great one. I highly recommend going there for service and have Mr. Gomes be your service advisor
Amazing customer service and had my car in and out in two hours.
Very pleased with the service!!
The guy helping me is very helpful and kind.
Got a good price on 4 new tires and had them on my car with in half an hour. the staff was helpful and friendly a really good service
Firestone took 2 hours to change my oil. Because of them I was extremely late for an important meeting. But more than the delay, it was the way Firestone handled the situation. Instead of apologizing and telling me how long the oil change was going to take, they strung me along, lying repetitively that my car would be ready in minutes.Firestone, I get that stuff happens and sometimes people are late, but lying to customers is bad for business.
In the midst of chaotic moving season in Boston my Audi A4 was victimized by a moving truck and gave me a flat tire. I drove into Firestone with my spare tire assuming it will be a simple fix to put in a new tire. But found out the Audi A4 requires to have all four tires of same kind. I had gotten new set of tires in NJ and Firestone did not have this particular tire I had installed in NJ. BUT Andre Gomes, service manager called around several places until he was able to find a place in Lowell MA which was about 50 mins away from Boston. Not only he took time to call around but even put in more air on my spare so I can drive safely to Lowell. He really saved my life and helped me even relieve my stress from the accident and moving. The impeccable service and professional manner of Andre was refreshing. Firestone is very lucky to have Andre working as service manager. I am even inspired to find a Firestone location in NJ when I need auto services in my future. Thanks to Andre I am back home safely in NJ and finished moving my daughter.
Full of setups. The oil change price is good. But for other service, is very expensive.Update: Avoid going to this shop, they broken my hub during the check for breaks, but they are saying its not their fault.
This place used to be good but over the years has become more of a ripoff. My most recent trip was for a simple oil change and car care package. They recommended a new cabin air filter for $50 ($20 just in labor) when I had just changed it out myself a couple weeks prior. I went home after saying no thank you and checked myself. Cabin air filter was clean and could definitely last at least another 10K miles. Additionally, they didnt complete a number of items included in the car care package. They did make a point to suggest a few urgent services that were completely unnecessary but like the mechanic you worry about, they were all just scams. See you later Firestone, Ill be going somewhere else from now on.
Sometimes they get backed up and youll have to wait a while for your car to be seen with an appointment so I suggest going during an off-peak period. Prices arent too bad. They have coupons and sales sometimes to cut the sting of car repair service.
I just spoke on the phone with the most rude and impolite person I’ve ever spoken to in life. He was speaking angrily and with force, saying lies, and that he was gonna charge me for a service that they didn’t do properly and that if I wanted to talk to someone else to come in tomorrow and see if they can take care of me cuz if it’s him is a no! He hung up the phone on me. Do not go to this place!
Friendly staff and very clean
Car dealer wanted to charge me 2 grand to replace my AC system so I went elsewhere and only paid a grand at Firestone. Thanks guys!
We blew a tire in downtown Boston at 5:30pm the night of a Red Sox game near Fenway. We werent going to the game, but it sure impacted the traffic issues! Anyway, we were lucky enough to find this Firestone shop open until 7pm. We really needed The tire because we were headed up to Maine. The guys working there were really great! They were backlogged and only had 1 guy working in the pit, but they still offered to help us, even though Im pretty sure it screwed up their day. Super nice guys, I wouldnt hesitate to go back, although I hope that never happens again!
Andre was an absolute pleasure to work with. Explained everything well. Highly recommend, as an out-of-towner.
Had a tire plugged here. They were helpful and quick. Definitely would go back for any tire issues.
Todays experience was terrible. They left the cap at the top of the engine open after engine oil change. I found it when I opened the bonnet after I got home because the engine sound was not normal. It was so lucky not to lose the cap while driving. What kind of people are they? They did not keep even the most basic safety rule.
The wait is just unbearable... I was told 2 to 2.5 hours, and I had to wait for almost 4. There is no sense of urgency and no respect for customers time.
Took great care of me
Great professional staff and also very good service.
Very bad experience for the first time In 2 years I’ve been with Firestone. I go to firestone every month to have my oil change, tire rotation and another other issues that my vehicle needs. I had never visited this store but they were the only one that had the run flat tire that my vehicle has. So I called them and guy name “Jesse” picks up and tells me they have the tire available. So I asked him if I come there how long would i have to wait. He tells me about an hour or so. But they took like 3 hours to get the tire change done. I understand that they’ve appointment and other stuffs lined up but just to make the sales you don’t give a false expectation and ask the customer to come to the store. I had to cancel few of my appointments as I drive for living. When I tried to remind Jesse that he told me i would be out by an hour. He gets mad at me, gives me an attitude and tells me you didn’t have any appointment with us. So I am thinking how can someone make appointment for your tire to go flat next day. And Jesse also tells we will try to get you out of the store ASAP which never happened. I’ve seen this guy Jesse in few other store in firestone before and I’ll tell you that this guy not a happy guy. Always with attitude.Like I said before I’ve always used firestone but this experience has made me not to continue with them anymore. Even if I did make it for some reason I’ll not go to where this guy Jesse is working.
These guys diagnosed a tricky problem with my e-brake and clearly explained it to me and how they were going to fix it. They also said my rear shocks needed to be replaced but did not trick me or pressure me into doing the repair. They then were very flexible in scheduling around my available time and completed the repair in much less time than expected. The e-brake now works properly, and I can tell a huge difference with the new shocks. All of you who are giving bad reviews clearly have POS cars that have 1000 problems and probably need to be taken to the junk yard. A lot of you also cant speak English, so the guys in the shop likely have trouble explaining the problems to you. These guys are good car repairmen, but you cant expect them to be miracle workers and speak 4 languages.
Got in and out in under 90 minutes. The only one that’s open for winners early in the morning.
I took my car there last year. They told me that my cars ball joint lose, you cant drive over than 30 miles an hour and Ive to fix it asap. And they said Ive to pay over than a 1000$ to fix it. But they didnt know that ive mechanic skills, and i can see it was a sway bar link. I took my car to different repair shop. they fixed it and i spent 10 times less than what this guys asked:)
Could not recommend this Firestone less.Came in for a tire rotation. First, they suggested I need a new car battery (Took my car, with < 20k miles, back to the dealer to have it tested, who confirmed this was false). Then, they never returned my wheel lock key. When I asked for it, they could not find it and took weeks with no communication from Firestone to finally get a replacement.
Travis and Eddie were fantastic!! I drove up w a flat due to curbing the cd ar and they took care of me immediately, swapping the spare in its place. I will def go back and have the replacement wheel and tires put on there. THANK YOU!!!
Jamal was very helpful.Eas onjured and he helped me unload some items. He was very profestional....The eorld more respectful people like him!
I received expert guidance from Jamal Headley, Service Manager, and a very welcoming vibe. He sold me on the summer tires - Firehawk Indy 500s - to go with my Blizzak Winter tires - and I LOVE them. And your rotation charges for switching out summer / winter tires already mounted is very fair. I have been impressed, and happy, with my experiences at this Comm Ave store - excellent. Professional. And a pleasure... And Jamal in particular.Prior experience: Andre Gomes, Service Mgr., is also a true Customer Service professional. My needs were quickly met. I was impressed by his friendly, positive helpful manner - the respect for my time - and the work performed by the techs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Firestone location. It is outstanding.
