Local bike shop. Excellent customer service and advice. They also have spare parts 😁
When I asked for the tiniest nut for a bolt on my bike they said he couldnt sell that because my electric bike wasnt in their list of supported bikes. The nut was totally unrelated to the electric part of the bike and so was my request to them to have a look at my rear wheel. Same thing: he couldnt have a look at it as the bike was not supported. And the guy (with green dyed hair) looked at me as if I had offended him by even walking into the store and how I dared to ask him these questions. Never going back there.*update* I cant respond to the response of the owner, so Ill update this initial review.*/update*I understand that you can only support electronic systems of certain e-bikes. However, I dont understand why you dont touch the whole bike even if it has nothing to do with the electric system. The thing that disturbed me the most though was the attitude of the person helping me: he didnt elaborate on why he could not help me with the most straightforward thing and looked annoyed of me asking it.
I have been a customer for over 22 years, and I know each & every person who works there. Paul the guy with green ( joker ) hair is very professional and respectful, although a couple Customers say otherwise I believe they are incorrect on their assessment or looking for a freebie... Fabian is also a great Mechanic who does a fantastic job on Hydraulic Brake bleeds. Phil, Richie, Tish, & Steve all great at the professionalizing of that company. There is a brother team there as well Jose & William as no words can express their expertise & knowledge.. bottom line this company has been around longer then most customers been alive and are also dealing with the pandemic like all of us so lets be respectful people. We are not perfect, neither is the products they sell as they try to make the Customers happy. Additionally these cheap ebikes that people are buying and wanting Community Bicycle to fix to make them the best cant be. You get what you pay for, you pay under $2500.00 you get cheap. You pay more then $2500.00 for an ebike then you can talk about anything with me since I have a ebike for the past 3 years... in closing thank you Community Bicycle for being great & fixing many issues with my bikes...👍👍👍👏👏👏
Prices were reasonable and everyone was really nice, but I’m hesitant to trust them with my safety. Got my tires changed a few weeks ago and the front one puffed out from the rim while riding home. I brought it back and got it fixed, which was good. Later I noticed the front wheel was put back in a bit crooked. Not sure if there are issues with the back wheel but I’m just not seeing them…edit: Yes, this was from that 7-1-2021 work. I will try to bring it in sometime this week. Thank you!
Its the spot to be. Great people great merch 👍
I got work done on my bike here a few times, and will not be going back. The most recent time, I had a flat rear tire and brought the bike in the get the tube replaced. The tube was replaced very quickly, however the tire went flat again in no more than a couple days.I brought my bike back again and explained the situation. The mechanic (a young guy with dyed green hair, not sure of his name) tried informing me that they dont warranty for rubber anything and said multiple times how I was lucky I didnt have to pay twice to get a job done once correctly. He kept basing his argument in the notion that I couldnt prove that I hadnt popped my rear tire in the same exact place and manner twice (even though I had not ridden it in between the first and second repairs). He didnt take too kindly to the notion that maybe he had not inspected the tire itself thoroughly the first time and missed a piece of glass in the rear tiee which was the true culprit, causing the new inner tube to pop the 2nd time shortly after it was put in. He had a lot of attitude and quickly got belligerent and walked away from me while I was speaking to him.Its a good thing I was not expecting any type of contriteness or admission of guilt from him, because all I received was pompous attitude and being told I was lucky to not have been charged twice. I informed the older gentleman at the counter, but instead of remedying the situation he did his best to stay out of it entirely. At any bike repair shop worth its salt this would never have happened like this.
Excellent bike shop. Pretty much everything you need, fair prices, and a friendly helpful staff. Blew a tire other day, walked in, and was out in literally 3 minutes. Even had a pair pump at the front door.
Ive been buying Specialized bikes and getting bike service here since the early 90s. They always have a good selection for any budget. The people who own it are genuine, down to earth, and honest. They might try to sell you something--thats how they make a living--but they dont it with the usual phony condescending BS that I despise from many sales operations. Prices are reasonable.
I came in looking for a bike. I wasn’t sure what type of bike would best suit me, and wanted to keep my purchase to a tight budget. I didn’t end up buying anything, but Rich asked me lots of questions about how I might ride, and shared some of his own experience with me. He was very helpful and definitely not pushy!
Staff was friendly and informative. Very helpful to a newbie. Will come again
Friendly and fair prices. Fixed my bike on the spot and were glad to answer additional questions
Had everything I was looking for. Made my 9yr old niece very happy.
How is it that I had a rear wheel rebuilt and the gear set spins freely from the wheel? Not happy!
Always helpful and courteous. Dont upsell or anything else outrageous. Great experience, every time. Just today I stopped in because my seat fell off the post. I had recovered the bracket from the street but was missing the bolt. Mechanic went through a pile of bolts and found one that threaded with the bracket perfectly. He could have just had me buy a new seat post but he made the effort and saved me a few bucks. Thats the kind of service you should expect. I will frequent these guys so long as Im in Boston. Kudos.
Fantastic quick service. Paul is awesome. Has issues with a couple bikes. He did it right and quick.I highly recommend this place. We had mountain bikes that we werent sure if that was their thing. Paul know what we was doing.
This is a great local bike shop. I would highly recommend coming here for repairs, etc.I recently took my 2 year old $400 bike to Urban Cycles for a full tune-up after storing it in a covered outdoor storage area (I know, I know). They quoted me almost $400 and claimed almost every part needed replacement or else it wouldnt be safe to ride. They would not budge on the quote or amount of work that supposedly needed to be done. So, I walked my bike down to Community Bike Supply, where I previously had good experience with basic tune-ups. I gave them the prior quote, and they said they could either salvage or replace the parts and do a full tune up for $180. When I went to pick up the bike, the actual cost was only $160, and my bike is now in great condition. Only 2 spokes, the chain, and the freewheel needed replacing. Ive been riding it many miles since and have had zero issues. This place is also much friendlier than Urban Cycles!
Good bicycle products, good service, a little pricey.
Needed to get my back wheel fixed and a general bike tune up. It was by far the fastest turn around I’ve ever experienced with any bike shop and the entire process was very smooth. Everyone was helpful and straight to the point about what I needed. I’m glad this is the closest bike shop to me - highly recommend!
Excellent Staff and service very friendly. They fix my bike ASAP, the mechanics are good at finding what was wrong and what I needed done. I’m extremely satisfied and would recommend Community Bike Supply to anyone!
Have been here 3 different times in the last 2 months, for various nonessential bike-related reasons, and all 3 of the people I interacted with were knowledgeable and cool as hell. Fellow bike nerds.
When you enter this bicycle establishment, you are greeted and treated very well. The experience and all around knowledge of fixing, tuning or acquiring additional products are what they are all about.Best Bike in Boston!!
Community bike supply is not only fast with repairs and helpful with purchases, but everyone who works there is kind and smiling. There is such a sense of welcoming when walking into community bike supply that you cannot find anywhere else. I recommend going there to everyone, even if you just need to fill your tires :)
Far and beyond the best bike shop in Boston. Ive gone to quite a few shops and Community always knows what theyre talking about without the BS. Ive bought two bikes here and both were exactly what I was looking for. They have just about every bike accessory on hand and their tune ups/repairs are quick and affordable. Whenever I bring my bike in they fix things that I dont even notice were bothering me. On top of all of that, theres a blue bike stand out front, so you can bike there and back for tune ups.
I couldnt figure out which thru axle adapter I needed for my trainer - Rich helped me sort it out over phone/email immediately. Will definitely rely on CBS in the future.
I crashed my bike riding over a sandy spot in the road near this shop the day before a triathlon. I was beat up but my bike looked worse, I carried it to the store to see if they could help and they couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. They were able to fix my bike on the spot and did it at a very reasonable price. Im glad to see that there are people out there who still care and take pride in their work. Thanks again guys!
Nice n friendly staff reasonable prices I just found my bike shop
I’ve been to Community Bike about 5 or 6 times in the last 5 years for various repairs and to purchase items. They are so helpful and friendly. They did some research and found the fat best tires to replace my old ones. I got an excellent bike pump for a price that couldn’t be beat on the internet. Their repair work is very thorough and I never have had to wait long. I’m so glad I found this place! I highly recommend them.
Id like to give high praise and thanks to Paul from Community Bike Supply. He was helpful giving me a quote after an accident and later in the day found ways to save me money on parts that I didnt need because he was able to salvage some. The bike is in great shape now and he never talked down to me during the process (I have experienced that before with bike mechanics in Boston). Thank you, Paul!
Very good the best
I could not be more happier bringing my bike here to be fixed. Everyone there is super nice and its obvious they know their sh*t when it comes to bikes. This is my new go-to bike shop!
Friendly, professional, first rate repairs. I highly recommend Community Bike.
Friendly, knowledgeable! Always happy to support a local business run by real people that care about their customers!
Fast, friendly, great price and even better service! This bike shop is wonderful. Had my triathlon road bike tuned up there and will be back for all biking needs. Jose - and really everyone there - created a great environment, answered questions, didnt try to make me do or pay for me than I needed to do. Even saw Jose out in the community biking around and he clearly loves what he does. PS: lots of bike lock stations right outside!
Best bike shop in Boston. Nustled on tremont street in the South End Is a bike shop that feels like family. Just got a bunch of cool stuff and they got everything you need for your road bike, or mtb bike shoes, or endless tires and tubes and wheel sets. They have always taken good care of the bike messenger community and literally have a diverse selection of stuff really running the full spectrum. Love these guys
My right pedal fell off the day previously and thread was worn out. Luckily I read reviews of this bike shop on Google maps. It was spot on! Meaning it was great service and professional staff giving advise, fixed me right up and got me road worthy. Took less than an hour to repair. They have my loyal business from now on. It may seem little higher priced for repairs etc but Im a big believer in non-chain biz. Every dime worth the repairs.
Cant say enough about this location. Friendly staff, great selection. Check it out!
I went here for a tune up and small part installations for my road bike. Knowledgeable and had answers/suggestions to all my questions. Will definitely come back in the future.
Love this place, the team members are all well versed bikes and make pretty good recommendations based on your riding style. The crew that does repairs is super helpful in explaining the problem and what they can do to resolve it. The staff are also fun people to chat with!
Biking Beacon Hill to Tufts Medical Center acquired the dreaded flat tire.Walked in asking for help, explained tight schedule with bike as transport.Received prompt, polite attention, and almost immediate replaced tube.Fabulous shop
This is a family run business that offers the best service I have ever experienced at a bike shop. They always offer the best solutions to my repairs, they dont just go with what is going to make them money. They dont offer hipster attitude like I have experienced elsewhere, but instead are realistic to my needs as a year round commuter. Great place.
Friendliest, most knowledgeable, most honest staff in the greater Metro Boston area. Its a shame that wont try to screw you is high praise nowadays, but its true. Even beyond that, they go out of their way to treat you like family if you start coming in often. You really feel like part of the community. Best bike shop around here, hands down.
Very affordable and quick repairs. Brought in a bike with a broken brake and gear cable in the late morning and could pick it up that same day in the afternoon. Friendly people and good service overall. Very pleased.
Best bike shop in Boston and I’ve been to many. The mechanic is super friendly and engaging. This will be my go-to because of him!
Helpful, funny, and full if knowledge. Will be returning for any buke needs
Ive tried a few different bike shops around Boston for various installs and repairs, but Community Bikes has become my go-to. The times Ive had them repair something for me, the work has been done on time and for less than I was quoted, and on most occasions it seems like theyve done some additional tune-up because my bike feels like new when I leave. Ive always been happy with the service I got here, and I would recommend it to anybody.
Amazing place, quick, reasonable price, good people
Best Bike Shop In town they helped alot!!
The service is great and they have an abundant supply of bike parts but the prices are a total rip off. I bought a 7 speed free wheel from them and the sell it for $27 while on Amazon its only $13 for the same exact free wheel. Also, 2 sets of tires and inner tube cost $100?? If I bought all the stuff that I was looking for in this store, it would cost more for the parts than a brand new bike itself. Will not be returning to this store ever.
Eager to help whole staying out from underfoot. Clearly passionate professionals who recommended only logical upsells, none of which have I regretted. I look forward to using them in the future as well.
Been going to this places for years. Competitive prices, knowledgeable, and always deliver customer satisfaction. Oh yeah, and one of the best mechanics in Boston! Richies a legend. Great family owned business.
My go-to bike shop.
Good selection, great people. If youre looking for Trek parts, its a little less of a selection, but theyre a Specialized and Felt dealer, so........ But their service department is great, good mechanics.
I highly recommend Community Bike Supply! The entire staff were very friendly and professional. Brian set my experience apart. Not only did he guide me through the process of choosing the right road bike for me, he prescribed the the components to ensure I would have the best fit. As a physical therapist, I can appreciate a build the bike to the person type of mentality to prevent an injury. Knowing that I was a new rider, he took the time to teach me all the basics to make sure I would be riding safely and confidently. He surpassed all expectations! Thank you for your passion, expertise and patience!
Their mechanics do a great job on bike repairs and maintenance and the turnaround is always quick. Friendly and helpful service. I have bought two bikes here and take my bikes here for tune-ups or fixes and am always impressed.
Ive been a customer since 2000, and their part family to me. Prices seem to be reasonable, service is very good, and professional attitude always present. Family owned and great bicycle repairmen who are very dedicated to their profession at fixing and assembling bicycles.
Stuff is very friendly, will guide you through all the options and you can even have a small interesting chat with them
Usually a die hard Amazon guy. Gotta say, here I had a great experience, I really did. Bought a great Specialized Sirrus Comp Carbon and a rack and bags. Bike is sick, I cant recommend it enough. Prices are a little high, but the service and knowledge are totally worth it. Besides, its downtown Boston, what do you expect? Of course amazon was going to be cheaper, but I wouldnt have known about the bike I bought without talking to the guys there, and the differences in options through the various models. Im a research kinda guy, and the information on the web was all over the place. When I got it, it was so nice I couldnt believe it. I delt with Brian, and he was awesome. Thanks guys. See you for my new bike adjustment/tuneup next month (wouldnt get that on amazon either).
Great place to get your bike fixed and buy bikes and accessories. The guys that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly.
What store staff talks you out of the more expensive bike because you dont need all that expense? These guys. They could have easily sold me the more expensive mountain bike - the one I thought I wanted, the one I was willing to pay for - but they found out about how, where and how often I would be using it. Id be just fine with the $500 Specialized, they said. Its true. I was. Excellent products. Excellent selection. Superb customer service.
Been using this shop for around 8.5-9yrs still the best ppl prices and service around. Most of what I know is do to them cause they explain what you should do on a fix at home. I will recamend this shop to anyone that needs work done or a new bike. In my book this is my number 1 go to shop.
Very smart people
Great customer service. Really nice, trustworthy, and helpful staff. Ive been here for bike purchases as well as repairs and accesories.
The people of Community Bicycle Supply are quite simply, good people. They have a strong love of their community, they are patient and they take good care of their customers.I cant say enough good things about them.
Real chill shop. Old South End style. All the right tube sizes.
Got here for repair, parts and service. The work was excellent. The bike is working like a swiss clock. Always great customer service.
Price and everything aside I just received poor and unethical service. Long story short, I got charged for additional items without consultation first, and then the subsequent work done needed to be fixed after pick-up.I was replacing my derailleur cables when I decided I needed new housing, and didnt have the right cutters for cable housing, so I decided to take it in to Community Bike Supply. I also decided to get a shorter stem and new rear brake pads while I was at it, and just let them install them. Guy behind the counter looked at my bike, grabbed a stem, I liked the length so said sure. Said if anything else pops up while servicing my bike to call me (thats why they ask for a cell phone #, right?) so I could discuss pricing and if I just want them to do it. Go to pick up my bike, see handlebar shims $10 and Cables $6. Now I know my cables were brand new, maybe a little frayed at the end but plenty of length to cut that off, so Im not sure why they added the cables but I wasnt going to fight. I asked about the shims and the service rep says Oh yeah the one you picked out wasnt the right diameter for the handlebars so we had to add some shims. I informed her I did not pick it out, her salesperson did, she said Well the shop was going to put a longer one but I remembered you said you wanted shorter so thats why we added the shims. Take a look at it. Bike is wheeled out, immediately notice that they didnt even line up the stem in the center of the handlebar, it was off to the left by over a centimeter. I mentioned it to the shop guy and he seemed surprised, but at this point with the added hidden costs and clear incompetence I just wanted to leave before making a scene. If you dont have the right parts, call me. Dont assume you can switch to a longer stem, or just throw some shims on and charge someone for it and assume its okay. Hell, I went for a cheap stem just because this is my city commuter but had they called and said Hey the only stem we have in stock is a Thomson Elite, or we can order you the right part, what do you want to do? I probably would have just gone with the Thomson, so its not the cost issue but the lack of disclosure. And after all of that, just line the handlebars up correctly, thats why handlebars have lines to help you do so!
Took my bike in for a needed tune up. The bike rides better than ever and the community team went beyond expectation by replacing a petal cage they seen broken of no charge with a spare they had. That sold me to return for future services and biking needs. I meet the service employee Jose and he is as friendly as they come... also, I was looking to have more work than was necessary done and the gentleman at the desk guided me in another direction saving me money. They could have made more money off this work but chose to be honest. Hats off to Community.. Thanks guys
Customer service and work done very well. Thank you.
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff!
Truly friendly and professional shop - they even receive bikes for you should you be shipping it from afar.
They are just great! Got my bike fixed
Im an avid cyclist and have had some mixed experiences with bike shops. Some are straight-up rude and terrible (e.g. Back Bay Cycles) but Community Bike Supply had refreshingly good service. Service costs are also very reasonable, and they even went above and beyond in servicing more than I requested, for the same price, by the next day.
While the mechanics are truly wonderful, there are some critical problems with the business practices here (in my opinion) that need to be addressed before I would ever go back or would recommend to anyone else.Like a few previous people, I too was (1) Charged for components that were not authorized or even discussed. Even when I explicitly said to call if something else arises. (2) They tried to up sell me on several items that I didnt really need and that were 10-25% more expensive than could be obtained via the internet. (3) Brought back the bike with the newly installed components because it was not angled to my liking and they even charged for that (well over $30).***If you do go here, I would absolutely write on the drop off slip (1) exactly what you want checked (2) what components they are authorized to replace and write on the slip that they must call you if something else arises (3) have a price on the drop off slip***
Absolute FRAUD!I brought my bike there to replace stolen wheels and seat. When I came back to pick it up, I was told that they disposed of it and sold it to someone. Nobody from the shop ever attempted to contact me (they had my phone number and my address). My bike was there for three months (I was traveling and couldnt pick it up). When I addressed my questions to owners, I was told that I should go to small claims court! Eventually, after hours of deliberation and phone calls and their attempts to burry the issue, I paid for repairs and storage fee and got my bike back. Overall, the whole situation plus horrible customer service, I feel cheated out of months of not being able to use my bike, a lot of money, and disgusted feeling that neighborhood shop fell so low and was so combative. Please beware and spread the word. I also thought that South End shop would be civilized and reliable place that cares and nice to its customers but apparently third world bandit way of doing business can be found even here.
Absolutely amazing experience. Very helpful and friendly people. We rented the bikes for two days, decided to stay a day longer because the second day was a rainy one. We went to the shop and asked for an extra day, “no problem sir, lets forget this rainy day and no extra pay”. Next day we arrived too late, I phoned the shop and they told me that that was no problem, someone would wait for us, as they did.... and no extra pay. So we decided to stay (paid) another day in beautiful Boston, bought some muffins for the crew and had an amazing stay in that beautiful city. Thanks guys, you helped us enjoying it! Dik and Ciska, Holland
Service was polite and competent. Gave me a fair quote on a repair and said they would have it done in less than a week!
Nice people, great service. Their fixes are much more durable than other bike shops I’ve been to. Prices are the same. Call to check opening hours.
I love having a local shop right in the city for those last minute bike repairs or supplies that my daily commute might require. I have always had a great experience with the people at Community Bicycle both on the sales floor and in the service room.
Fantastic local bike shop, they sell new and used bikes and gear. They will let you ride all the bikes you want before making a purchase decision.
Helpful staff and really good service if you buy your bike there :)
Im starting a bicycle trip snd realize that by bike rack is falling off. Fortunately, I found Community Bicycle. Even though it was Sundsy afternoon, and very busy, they helped me out. At least 3 people asked if they could help me. A great assortment of new bikes, equipment and parts as well as used and rentals.
I have had two bad experiences with this bike shop over the years, and one ranks as perhaps the most terrible customer experience Ive had at any business of any type... ever. The first was when I brought in my Fuji road bike in for a new derailleur. The original Shimano derailleur worked fine, but outdated, so I wanted to save it. When I came back to pick up the bike they said they gave the old derailleur to Bikes Not Bombs! Because it was a charity I decided to let it go... but any repair business, whether cars or bikes, should ALWAYS return replaced major components that work fine and have value, unless told otherwise. Thats business 101. The second experience was when they installed two items I purchased there: a seatpost bag on my Thomson tube as well as a rear bag rack. When I got home after picking up the bike, I took off the seatpost bag and noticed the tube now had a long vertical crack in it. It was a $150 seatpost, so I immediately called to explain what I discovered and surmised that the seatpost bag clamp must have been overtightened when he installed it (it was fine when it was dropped off and he would have noticed if it wasnt) and wanted to come back to show the damage and discuss how he could make it right. The owner wasnt interested in seeing the damage and took NO RESPONSIBILITY, was argumentative, and pivoted to completely unrelated points such as I was supposedly rude to his staff (that was untrue and came out of left field), how much effort he put into installing the rear rack, and that he didnt charge me for labor. It doesnt matter: Those things have absolutely nothing to do with whether he was negligent when installing the rack! He refused to address the complaint in any way and deflected with his own complaints... a blame the customer approach. I tried to arbitrate through the Better Business Bureau, but he was recalcitrant and used the same blame the customer tactic in his written response. Still incredulous and flabbergasted that the owner was combative from the outset and didnt even offer a compromise to address a problem he created.
Friendly and helpful, resources for planning rides, renting a bike for around the Boston hub. New and used bikes also the high end race bikes.
My boys and I went in today to get my oldest sons bike repaired, the man who repaired it and the woman who got the inner tube were very friendly and I loved how they had my son involved with the process. Will always return there for repairs.
Worst bike management ever. Walked all the way down there with my bike from about 3 miles because the website said they were open on Sundays til 5 PM but soon as I get there around 1:30 it says on the door closed on Sundays. Best bike place in Boston is back bay bicycles not this wack place.
I got the best bike for me. Also the shop packed it up perfectly, no cracks on a long flight.
Fantastic service, anyone will triage your bike simpler because they truly want to.
Friendly and fair priced work fast too
The best service, friendly staff, and a great shop!
I did not purchase a bike here, but I would definitely in the future due to the excellent service. When my friend puctured a tire on a ride, we stopped by the store. The repaired his flat in 30 min for reasonable price. My month old bike had some issues, and I got a free diagnosis of what was wrong (alot) and actually some service on the bike FOR FREE! The guy was very knowledgable, and let me watch what he was doing. He showed me what to point out to the people from the store I had purchased my bike, and fixed what was easy on the spot (adjusting brakes, shortening brake lines). Incredible service, the best I have ever seen, FOR FREE, because they CARE. 6 Stars.
Friendly and very helpful. Thanks Mark for all your help. I will be back.
Bought my first road bike, a Bianchi at Community. $850 all in all. Probably a lower end Bianchi. Rims and spokes werent the greatest, just changed the back rim out for a new one. Had about 4 spokes pop over the last couple months. $10-20 for new spoke and labor, but still cheaper than the mbta. Id say in relation to other bike shops, for example, Back Bay, Community is definitely cheaper concerning complete bikes, replacement parts and labor. Employees are helpful and friendly.
I lost a screw from my rack while riding, these guys found me a replacement in the parts bin and torqued all the rest of the screws then refused my money. Thanks, guys.
Really bad, unhelpful and totally overpriced, arrogant service. I arrived in Boston last Thursday for a charity ride over the weekend. I went into the shop to ask could they box my bike for my return flight. They said yes, and it would cost $45. When I came in yesterday and asked could they do it, I was told by the same guy I had talked to just a few days previously that they could box it, but it would take up to three days (!) as they were very busy. When I explained that I was leaving that night he said I could go and talk to the mechanics who might be able to do it for double the price. - To put it into perspective: it probably takes 5 minutes for an experienced mechanic to box a bike, and in Dublin, Ireland, it was done for me at no cost, using one of the many spare boxes every bike shop has lying around and actually wants to get rid of. Are they for real???
Good prices, quick repairs, and most importantly, great service!
Every solid bike I have had has been assembled or bought here. If they can take care of Moose, they can take care of you!
Awesome costumers service easy to talk to and great prices
Nice staff, fair prices
They place click bait ads online to lure people in. The website is also very outdated appearantly when I asked about a bike I saw on their sale list online. Im going to Rockland Cycles instead...
