Came down a couple weeks ago and picked this up for my fiance. Don/Dom and Anthony where both very professional and helpful. Wasnt any pressure on buying the vehicle. Upon taking the vehicle home the engine light came on. I called and there was zero hesitation i was told to bring the vehicle back. The truck was repaired in a timely fashion with out any issue. Would recommend using these guys to anyone looking for honest used car sales. Will be returning in future to either sell them a vehicle or purchase another.

Read more below.I asked for help with my A/C so they charged me $125 to recharge the A/C refrigerant. My A/C stopped working within a couple weeks and I went to a different auto shop. Turns out my A/C was OVERCHARGED. Also, they found a leaky valve. I was charged $110 to resolve these issues. This is what professionals look like.

I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere. I went in for basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) and they forgot to give me back the key to my locking wheel nuts. When I realized a few weeks later and went in for it, they found it lying somewhere in their shop and didnt even apologize or acknowledge their mistake. I could have really been stranded somewhere if Id gotten a flat. Bad customer service + expensive prices.

STAY AWAY! Do not let them scam you. They overcharged me for replacing an alternator (390$). It was making a really squeaky noise and when I asked them about it, they said it would go away after a few miles. After 10 miles, my car breaks down on the highway with the alternator failing. They agree to replace it for free the next morning but in the afternoon, they call me and tell me they broke my idler pulley and that its already been fixed. They charge me for the pulley which they broke and the labor to fix it. I never agreed to get it repaired and now Im at $540 for the alternator and the pulley they broke. When I refuse to pay for the part they broke, they threaten to put my car in a mechanics lien and I would be charged for a holding fee every night. I was forced to pay with my credit card and the brother of the shop comes back to yell at me for not paying in cash. I leave the shop and my car breaks down again down the street.TERRIBLE SERVICE, SHADY BUSINESS, STAY AWAY

Really fair prices, quality work and good turn around time! I had my Mercedes C class “B5” service done here. I compared each part’s cost + labor (was about 6) to what the national average is, and I was charged either below or on the lower end. Fair pricing!!

I went here on a Saturday to get an oil change and brakes because they are now open on Saturdays!!! My experience was quick and to the point with great customer service and they didn’t try to up sell me on anything like most places do. I waited there while they preformed the services and was asked if I wanted donuts, coffee, water, soda, etc. The guys here really take care of you. I will definitely be back for my next service in the future.

This is the most unprofessional auto shop I’ve ever been to. They charged me $35 just to pull a nail out from my tire where as other places charge around $8-$10. I was in a rush so I could not go to other shops. They also left my car on the entire time they were doing it (I know because my battery is totally fine), then they said I had to pay them $185 for a battery replacement that I did not ask for or give them the permission to do. They were extremely rude when I told them I did not ask for the battery replacement, and demanded that I make a payment before they close. I would give them one star if I could and if anyone knows where to report them, please let me know! HORRIBLE PLACE. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Negotiate your prices before you do anything there. WARNING!!!

I brought my car here for the 1st time absolutely loved this place will be coming here often even thought it was my 1st visit I already recommended my sister to bring her car here. The vibe is good and the even ask do you want muffins,water & ect . I read most of the comments about the parking lot due to super 88 right next door but I think its very nice to let people thats not getting their car worked to pro in their lot is very important and friendly ... So you still get 5 Starts .

Went over with a simple broken rear shock mount. At first they said that they could not purchase the shock mount separately. They are mistaken, you can. Then they said that the best way to fix it would be to have it welded in place rather than replace the $40 shock mount. When I tried to question their logic they simply yelled over me and told me to go to Lous Custom Exhaust, down the road. Welding the shock in place is both unsafe and unnecessary when the only thing broken is the shock mount itself. Out of curiosity, I called Lous Custom exhaust who agreed that this was not the correct way to fix it. Their advice shows a serious lack of knowledge, avoid this garage at all costs.

These guys have been around for 40 years and are very trustworthy. The key when you go is to talk to the real owner Domenic and no one else. Wouldnt go anywhere else except these guys. Love this place!

Really trying to give these guys the benifit of the doubt. Took our car (35,000 miles) here for a diagnostic test and inspection sticker. They told us the clanking sound was our front end stabalizer that needed to be replaced and then they failed us on the inspection and said our brakes where shot and needed to be replaced ASAP. They said if we got pulled over our car could get towed for driving it under dangerous conditions. But if we let them take care of everything theyd charge us $950. When I told them I was going to take it somewhere else, they dropped the price to $700.I took my car to another mechanic who replaced the stabilizer and charged me $100 for parts and labor. I had him look at the breaks and he said they were only about 50% used up. I took my car to another inspection place and $35 dollars later they passed with absolutely no mention of the breaks.I know this is only one experience, but it really felt like these guys were doing everything they could to take advantage of us. Its a shame that business like these make it so hard to trust the honest ones.

This auto shop is charging approximately 35% more than others, I know the location is great, but if you have time, drive a little bit, you will have a much better deal in other shops.

Went here for an inspection sticker. Very friendly staff and in & out within 15 minutes or so. Thanks for the great service!

I would not recommend going to these guys. They are not very helpful. The entire time there I felt like I had to be defensive because they were pressuring me to spend more money.
