I gave Geeks at Work 5 stars because although they were not able to fix my tablet, they were very helpful in guiding me to the Warranty Department at Microsoft and they did not charge me an arm & leg. Microsoft ended up extending my warranty to replace the tablet. So, in the end I had a new computer out of it! I would highly recommend them and I will be back next time I have a sick computer!
