If there six stars, Id give them that. Took my laptop in expecting it would have to be left for at least a couple days. It was fixed inside 30 minutes and he did it while I watched. Showed me how to avoid future issues. Very professional, extremely helpful. HIGHLY recommend.

Do not bother calling you will not get truthful answers. Just a run around. I called on Monday morning to check to see if they could replace the battery for my iPhone 11pro. They said it would have to be ordered. I asked if the battery would be in on Friday to be replaced, and was told yes. Called on Friday morning to go get the battery on my iPhone 11pro replaced only to find they not only did not have a battery to replace it but one had never been ordered. I was told to call back on Saturday. On Saturday morning when I called it is to find out they do not have the battery but they can not even replace one in a iPhone 11pro. I was never told this on Monday and per the person I talked to on Saturday he was the only persons working that Monday I first called.If I could give negative marks I would.

My phone completely crashed earlier this week leaving all my photos, contacts, etc inaccessible, not to mention the complete inability to communicate for work or with friends. After an hour with apple support, contacting all the local Apple repair locations to find out they had a 2 week appointment wait time, doing every suggested online trick and taking it to my provider who couldn’t help because the phone wouldn’t actually reboot, my provider suggested Apple Juice in Boone, and I’m so thankful! I was able to walk in and receive immediate service with no appointment needed. Jordan, the associate working, was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He told me every step before he did it and after a few swaps of components, he was able to get it to boot and back it up. After 3 days of no access and the fear of losing years of photos because they weren’t backed up, he made my week in about 30 minutes!!! I have recommended them to everyone I know, and will continue to do so. The fees were reasonable and are displayed, plus he told me the possible charges before getting started, so there are no surprises. I hope I don’t have another unit go down, but if I do, Apple Juice is my first stop!

Nice people. We were given a price for repairs. Phone was supposedly repaired. Had to return phone on 3 occasions in two days. Then we were told more money to repair phone. Phone still broken. Please stick to quoted price for repairs.

Took my girlfriend’s iPhone 7 here due to dropping it in the River. Repair was great and got phone working. Prices are a little steep but they were the only repair place within 1hr and a half from our cabin. Great location. Come earlier in the AM because it’s really busy and takes along time if coming in later.

My son had to have his screen replaced on his 6S. He got a lifetime warranty at Apple Juice when he did it. We’ve been back twice since the original replace 2017. They’ve been great both times. Even put a tempered glass screen protector on the last time for free. They do great work & have great customer service.

A great place to have your Apple products inspected and repaired. Derrick was very attentive and answered all my questions regarding re-activation of an older model I-Pad. While they could not actually perform the procedure (due to a lack of security information from me), they provided me with the information I needed to contact Apple and get the help I needed. Very good people who are capable of helping their customer.

Ended a lot better than it started. I went into Apple Juice on Monday to get my iPhone screen replaced. They told me they didnt have the color I needed in, but that they would give me a call in a couple of days when they got it. A couple of days came and I didnt get a call, so I called them. They told me that they had the white screen in, so I came in just for them to tell me that they, in fact, did not. They told me that in just a couple of hours the supplier would be there. So I asked them to call me when they got it in later that evening. Couple of hours passed and I did not get a call. So once again, I call them and am informed that they now have the screen but I did not get a call.So after all of this, once they got my phone they did a great job. They gave me a discount on the price because of the trouble I was having. When I got the phone back, it looked like brand new. They even cleaned it when it got gross from my mistreatment, put on the otterbox I bought, and also put on a screen protector. They were very nice, just struggled with the beginning communication.
