Just had a great visit to the bookstore at my alma mater was looking for some fresh threads for the homecoming game on Saturday and found just what I was looking for I still get a nostalgic feeling walking around that campus I can see clearly how much things have changed but theres still a familiarity of it to me where I feel where itll always be home looking forward to homecoming go mountaineers

This center is not very conducive for students to understand or get involved better with the local community. Their policy of only campus related things can be posted within is a bit upsetting, and it makes businesses that I have spoken with in the area not to ever want to attend any events here for the students when they do become available, because it just isnt worth the hoops you have to jump through.

Lots of merchandise. Decent prices. Will definitely go back to shop.

In a very convenient location on campus centered around everything. The textbook pick up was short and easy - preordered online ahead of time. The selection of small during textbook season but I know its much larger the rest of the year. Did not appreciate being asked why Im going up stairs if Im not going up for textbooks.

Great school with a beautiful campus! Its mainly a college town but the locals embrace the college. Its a wonderful place to spend 4 years!

Ased for help in ordering books online and no one can tell me anything. Entire staff from ground up is uninformed. They were very hateful on the phone. From a regular staffer to their supervisor, they were just rude. It was clear no one wanted to do their job or help. Point blank period.

Visited here during spring open house 2018 to get apparel & paraphernalia ... they have such a wide arrangement on things to buy & i loved it (: cant wait to start attending in the fall & coming back for more things!

Offers a rental plan for students, also doubles as a Mountaineer paraphernalia store. Very good! Sometimes uber busy and not the best art department tho

The store is well managed with a good selection of books, clothing, a computer store, and gift items. The only negative is lack of parking.

DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM THE APPLE STORE LOCATED IN THE BOOKSTORE. Their return policy is ridiculous, you cannot return opened apple electronics to the store despite apple having a 14-day return policy at all retail locations. Also, you cannot return items purchased at the on campus store to any other apple locations. ABSOLUTE RIPOFF!
