Could use better customer service but still fairly friendly

Great price on Moto G stylus. Associate was friendly but apparently was misinformed about lease-to-own program.

I had some issues when I first got my new phones but, the lady there fixed the issue in less than 5 mins and even installed out glass screen protectors. Overall a good store with great knowledgeable employees.

Now that Ive had my phone service and Device from Bark Mobile for over a year now I wanted to update my review... Its the 6est service, 6est price, 6est family service and price, great customer care and the list goes on! My phone is the same one I 6ought new at 6ark last year and it works great still and the service has continuely given my satisfaction and security a6out my phone and service and they even do 6ridge payments so you have more options if for some reason you cant pay the full month at one time they work with u. 6ut make sure and try to always pay in full on time so I have the unlimited service at its 6est and Im confident you will not ever switch carriers again thankyou so much 6ark mo6ile please always keep this afforda6le incredi6le service going and God 6less to all💙💙😊 10 stars out of a 5 star review I give 10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been a customer of bark mobile for 10 years, when in today to buy my boyfriend a new phone, and was told that the price of the phone to upgrade would be $279.00. BUT if we started a new line the same phone would be $99.00!!! How does that make any sense what so ever!!! It would make a lot more sense to have the LOYAL CUSTOMER pay the $99.00 and the new customer pay the more expensive price because they are starting a new line anyway!! Freaking ridiculous and really makes me wanna find a new cell phone provider!!!

Worst Bark Mobile store Ive dealt with so far. I dont live in Boone so I called ahead to see if they had a particular phone and was told they had several. When I got there 2 hours later was told they were sold out (this was on a Tues morning). Lady was in the back room, music blasting, I had to call out to get service and had to ask her twice to turn the music down so I could hear her. She did call another store to find the phone. After I left the store, realized she had turned the service off to my phone before checking to see if she had the phone in stock. So I was without service for 1 1/2 hours until I could purchase the new phone. This is when I found out each store is independent. I will NEVER go this location again and will tell others about it as well. If I could give it a negative star rating I would.

They disconnect your phone before due date,their not in the office at the hours stated.This business is bad .

Bark mobile is for green card varying people and a company that just wants your money and customers come last and sad to say there sister company is just as bad Carolina west wireless!!! They don’t stand behind what they advertise or sell just shady companies!!!
