Went to website and as recommended, i scheduled an appt to have screen replaced on my ipbone11. after arriving at the appointed time.... i was told srry we ran out of iphone 11 screens no one bothered to call or email me regarding this.

I had my screen replaced here a few moths ago, I just had to have it replaced again and the person who replaced it the most recent time said that I was completely screwed over and they put the wrong screen size in my phone and broke my Face ID for good. I tried to call and they said that I needed the screen that was taken out and they cant do anything for me since I am not in Boone and cant bring it in to take a look. 0/10 would never recommend or return. I was charged $150 for them to give me the wrong piece and break part of my phone.

Great location! I had trouble with my computer and they were able to fix it in less 3 hours and for a great price. They were able to work with me and get the problem resolved quickly and easily! Definitely check them out for any computer needs!

Save my phone when Apple Store couldn’t! Using a dissecting microscope, he diagnosed a burned out circuit and managed to remove it in order to save my phone. Saved my phone and all of my data!

Jerked us around for a couple weeks.. finally gave up and got our broke phone back. The employee at the front was as helpful as could be, mostly. I cant say the same for the boss, he was more of a turkey, not very useful, and showed no concern for our on going phone trouble.

The gentleman working today (6/24/20) was INCREDIBLY polite, courteous, and professional. I came with a busted up screen on my new phone about 30 minutes before close and he was able to fix my screen very quickly and efficiently. He also helped answer some questions I had about a new glass screen protector and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for any of my cell phone needs!

I just had my older iPhone battery replaced today, and the technician at the CPR store in Boone helped make this a pleasant experience. He was very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. He installed the new battery very quickly- it was ready even sooner than expected! The battery works perfectly, just like it did when my phone was brand new! I’ll definitely be returning when I need additional repairs and service for my computer and tablet. Thank you!

I would not use them at all I was treated very rudely sold a defective phone cover they said they ran out and would replace it . Reluctantly I agreed, as months went by...yes I said that right months 5 months to be exact. In that time having a defective cover that would not adhere fully on sides it had a small crack in glass Mike the so called manager was extremely rude and unpleasant was to charge me another 10 $ ( I had paid already10$ to replace glass screen. but the last screen for phone wouldnt fully adhere. So at time I basically paid and was sold on purpose a defective screen. With understanding once new stock came in Id be exchanged to one that was not defective.That would be my mistake) another 10$ because I cracked slightly the defective screen. WHAT! I waited it turned out 5 mths on purpose apparently. Because I somehow was mad at his employee about closing early. I disagreed.show me tape of it you tape the store. He segued into howI wagetting treated this way due to that and the said it was on phone ( bet me theres no recording). Phone cover company sent me several new screens, coupons, discount guarantees ect couldnt be nicer they were appalled at the horrible disgusting behavior I suffered to obtain there product. Theres more but enough said stay far away until they fire Michael ill never spend a penny there ( I sent 6-7 customers there way thats gone was going to buy a 400 phone that day ..lost that sale. I spent about 1k or so there, no more.) Avoid that place like it has the covid19 plague. Mike is a sad example of car repairs also refused to give me corp. # or his boss # a manager above him...quote im it you wont be dealing with anyone but me. There is no one else. Wt heck...

I was very disappointed with my service and after almost a month and a half working to fix a minor issue on my laptop have decided to seek help somewhere else. They are a poorly run company that uses cheap technology and has poor customer service. They did give me a full refund though which I appreciate.

The repair was done quickly, didnt completely solve my problem, but that was not the fault of CPR. I thought the price was a little high, but not terrible. My biggest complaint is that I didnt get a call when my part came in. I had to call them. All in all, though, a good experience.

In a college town, this is a great example of We need them more than they need us. Our kids have to have their laptops to complete school work and CPR-Boone knows that customer service doesnt have to be top of their list. After 1 full LONG week my son is receiving his Mac Book Pro back repaired.Nothing about working with this particular CPR store has gone smoothly, beginning with the initial response from sales associate that it may be better just to replace the device. After several attempts to get a quote on a new keyboard I finally called CPR-Huntersville (THEY ROCK!) and was quoted $150. I called CPR-Boone and finally they confirmed. On October 30 we were told that it would be 5 business days to receive a new keyboard and we agreed. I spoke to the manager (he was very nice but seemed to not really have any authority to make things right with customer) on Monday and was told that because of Boone mail we may not receive until November 7 or 8th! At that time, I asked if they could have one shipped overnight and was told that they could but it would cost me an additional $100. Wonder why that offer wasnt extended initially?On November 4 I agreed to pay the additional $100 for overnight shipping, but guess what? It didnt come in on the 5th. My son got his computer back today November 6 and we still had to pay overnight shipping even though it wasnt overnight. Total bill $266.88 ...almost double what it should have been.Totally feel taken advantage of

Came in because my phone wasnt charging. Figured I would have to have the charging port replaced. Turns out it just needed a cleaning. Took em about 5 min and they didnt even charge me. Would highly recommend them.

I took my phone in for a new battery. Price is a bit high but I did get one installed. Problem was my phone worked in every respect before then, now my love speaker does not work. To be fair when I called about this I was told to bring it back. Not sure if that means they will fix it at no cost or they will fix it and charger me. I love will over an hour away so as of yet I have not give back.

My first interaction with CPR begin when I brought my iPhone 7 in for a simple screen repair. Upon getting home that evening I noticed several lines running vertically from the bottom to the top of the screen as well as multiple discolored spots throughout the bottom of the screen. These were defects that we’re not able to be seen under the bright lights within the store, and only after I had the phone out in the dark. Upon contacting CPR, I received no apology for the inconvenience or poor workmanship. It has now been about a week since the repair and the screen completely stopped working today while out of town and rendered my phone completely useless. Again, after bringing my phone back in for now the second time I receive no apology, and the manager of the location refused to speak with me, despite already talking with me on the phone prior to my arrival. Also, upon showing up to the location at 6:58 tonight, the manager watched us walk up to the front door, locked it, and walked into the back. I the proceeded to Knox on the door for minutes until he came and unliked it, announcing “y’all are cutting it close” after telling us to come back at 7 and locking up before 7:00 PM. Now, after receiving my phone back for the third time, and getting outside, there are visible discovered spots, again on the bottom of the screen and any screen that should be white appears yellowed. I have never felt so angered or disrespected by employee of a business in my life, which has led me to the urge of writing this complaint. If you want to save yourself the trouble of 4+ visits in well over $100 for a cheap quality repair and even more horrible customer service, I would absolutely never recommend this business to anyone. On the bright side, at least they offer a limited lifetime warranty, so when they keep replacing your phone with faulty parts you can just keep coming back over and over and over again.

This is by far the best place to have your phone fixed. They are very fast and super friendly. I had taken my phone to a different place a few months back, after that my phone never worked right.When Boone Cell went in to fix my phone they noticed that the other place left out parts of my Iphone.. They Called me and said that they could order the parts and have it fixed the next day... Not only did they have the parts overnighted they also ate the cost and fixed something that another place messed up. Did not charge me... This place is GREAT!!!!!!

These guys are the bomb. Girlfriend went to take her screen to get fixed and something went wrong with it, her iphone completely gave out and didnt even turn on. They did their very best to fix it but in the end gave her a full refund and even gave her a Galaxy S5 for free to make up for it. 10/10 would recommend!

I definitely recommend this place. My phone’s screen kept freezing and would tap on random apps. Turner, the guy who helped me, explained what was wrong with the phone, gave me a discount, and said he would have it ready in 45 minutes instead of an hour. Then he showed me a cheeta chirping haha

Asked them to replace battery in my phone, so they ordered a battery and said they would give me a call within a week. 2 weeks later and still no call, so I stopped by and asked about it and they had said they havent even picked it up yet, so I was made to wait an additional week as they said they would call when they had it and received no call AGAIN within that week so I stopped by... STILL did not have it. Waited again and eventually I got a call saying they had it. Fixed my phone and explained they had a problem with the wearhouse so okay, they seem like good people.

Fantastic customer service. I brought in my iPod Classic and gave them an inaccurate description of the problem. When I received it back and it hadnt been fixed (because I told them the wrong thing) they fixed the problem free of charge!

Went in to fix my phone which was dying constantly and sometimes getting stuck on the Apple logo, they told me the problem was my battery and charging port so I had them replace it. Took 2 1/2 hours but they were very friendly and seemed helpful. They gave me my phone back and let me check it out and everything seemed okay so I signed their waiver and left. That evening I noticed a rattling noise when I moved my phone, as if something was loose. The phone was still working fine so I let it go ( my mistake). The next day the phone started doing the exact same thing as before and finally died. I wasted $80... tried to call CPR the day it died and received no answer.

Had a super cracked screen on my Samsung galaxy s5, and they had it fixed in an hour! Wonderful customer service. When they didnt have the screen protector I wanted to get, they gave me a discount on my screen replacement just for the inconvenience. Will go back :)

I broke the screen on my 3 yr. old HTC. It was a hassle in ordering the screen and they had difficulty installing it. I found out that HTC phones are difficult to work on. It took a while to get things sorted out but the owner ended up giving me a brand new HTC phone that he had purchased from a store display. Even though I had some trouble along the way, they were very helpful and I ended up very satisfied.

Did not help in any way, very shy and uneasy owner.Reason:I ordered a new charging port for my phone. After 9 days it had not arrived and there was no update from the store or reasoning for the late arrival. After 4 more days, they said the package was lost and I went and got my phone back. There was no sorry or reasoning at all. I will not ever go back.
