I had my wedding registry here and the services were super great. The costumer service is friendly and helpful. The registry was super easy to manage with adding and removing items and having it all organized and easy access. The guests were able to just send the gifts to an address that we set up there. The return policy is amazing. They stored all my information on my account and I was able to return things off my registry without having to file through the receipts. The prices here are a little high compared to other home goods stores but with the membership club or the regular 20% discount that they offer it ends up being roughly the same as other places. Definitely a store to get everything for your home if you don’t want to go to five different places looking for things. They have it all! They partner with a lot of different stores so you can use their gift cards in some other stores which is nice:)

Bed Bath & Beyond has many household items. I visited recently to purchase new mop heads for my steam mop. I was disappointed to learn that my mop of two years, is antiquated, and they are no longer making mop heads to fit my particular model. My only option was to purchase a new steam mop, even though my existing mop works just fine, or purchase mop heads and hope that somehow I can alter them in order to make them fit my older model steam mop. After debating with myself, I ultimately decided not to purchase a new model, or mop heads for the new model. I walked around and did find a nice baking mat that was just discounted because someone had ripped the box it was in. I was pretty happy about that savings!

When you buy a product, you should open the box and check!!! Instead of purchasing the same brand and same tray a little cheaper from Amazon prime I purchased from BB&B because I did not want to wait. However, when I came home and opened the box, I saw its broken. I went back to exchange it but they did not have another one. They told me the Bolingbrook store has it. I went there, they also did not have it. (FAILED) They told me Downers Grove has 5 of them. I made 2 hours trip during the evening. Finally, I found it! Unfortunately, when I get back home, it was too late to enjoy a bubble bath.

Like the store very much, they have a lot of good things, I stop here to find some curtains, and Becky helped me a lot, she spend a lot of time for me searching my perfect curtains, she was finishing her schedule and still she was patience and trying to help me, and I am a pretty picky person, when it’s about shopping. So thanks to her I have the perfect curtain. Thank you Becky, words cannot express how grateful I am.

As always, you All come through. I was able to buy a $100 electric blanket for my dad for $40.. He loves it. Who buys a blanket in summer ? My dad.. Thank you so much to Tom who took care of us.. Your the best..

This location is going out of business, 98% of stuff is 20% off and the other 2% is 40% off. 20% is not worth coming into the store for. Wait till mid November when they start offering 60 and 70% off.

Unfortunately this is one of the stores thats closing so you cannot use your coupons and of course you would as you would expect a little bear. Otherwise you always find a bargain especially when you can use coupons

I love this store. Even if I dont necessarily need anything, its fun to look okay all the home products. Today I found a salad dressing container by Oxo, stylish And functional. Its fun to treat myself with a little item not and then.

Almost everything was very organized and easy to find but when it came to waiting in line, it was a bit worrying. The line was congested and there wasnt much social distancing. Overall a good experience as it was my first time.

They are in the process of rearranging departments but we were able to find what we came for.

Willowbrook store was very helpful. Wouldnt shop anywhere else.

Best one in the area to come to, close parking, not really crowded while carrying enough of the good items in stock. Floor clerks are helpful and even returns are a breeze here. Will continue shopping here.

I call this the As Seen On TV store. If they dont have what you want then they will definitely have something else that you can leave with. There is so much stuff in this store you can just walk around for hours and not see everything. A great place to kill some time. Plus it is in a strip mall that has other stores and it is right across the street from the Promenade in Bolingbrook. Close to the expressway and lots of restaurants are in the area too.

This location has a wonderful selection of all sorts of goods. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Really like this location. Everything is always so neat and tidy! Seems like the minute I looked puzzled about something there was someone right there ready to assist with any questions and suggestions.Its right by where I work and where I just moved to so will definitely be coming out there to do some shopping once im settled in!

I wish these stores were more navigable. Its far too easy to block a lane and cause others to detour a great distance to get through the store. I went in for two items and walked out spending almost $100, as I normally do. I only allow myself one or two visits here a year.

They usually offer 20% off of one item with coupon every month.

Hella expensive for some stuff while all the stuff was on sale for store close-out.

This is a great place, we buy our coffees here, and other things, cant beat the app for 20% off your purchase, but today found out you can only use 1 x per day... So have a list, get everything at the same time or go back another time....but all in all still cant beat that app...

This is a pretty nice and straight-forward Bed Bath & Beyond store. Everything you would expect is there, and it does not seem as chaotic as some other locations. This is a great place to buy gift cards for newlyweds, since it has a lot of the items you need to set up your home kitchen and bath(s) all in one place.

This is the dream place for those people who like to continually upgrade things in their home. Process are reasonable they have lots of sales and you can always download coupons off the internet. They also have the best selection for travel size toiletries.
