In/out is usually painless.Live Loads (1-3 hours): Do not arrive more than 60 minutes before appointment time.Drops: Can arrive anytime before appointment time.-Security will tell you to take in paperwork by Door 75. Dont waste your time.-It is extremely difficult to get anybodys attention since there is no bell to notify them of your presence.-Leave the paperwork on the back of the trailer. When they are done unloading, the light will change to green and a copy of the paperwork will be in the back of the trailer.-Leave one door open on the way out for security to verify the trailer is empty.

I waited over an hour at the dock for a TV that was ready to pick up. Warehouse staff walked past my car twice without offering any help. I had to go back in and ask what the problem was. The second person I encountered at the customer service desk was very helpful and apologetic, and I did appreciate that. There is no way to reach anyone on the phone, so plan on running back and forth between the dock and the customer service desk until someone gets their act together.

Pretty quick, gave my order number, people were nice, I was out of there in 15 minutes. Construction around the area was bad, but thats not their fault.

Just. Warehouse to pick your items up that you’ve already ordered online. Bring your ID, check in and wait a bit...they will direct you to a door where someone will have your items. Back your car right up to the door and an employee will help you load your car.Clean, simple and straightforward.Don’t expect a store location...only a warehouse

It feels very bad, this is an inhumane place, because it is less than an hour late because of the snow, and the goods are not unloaded. I waited three days to unload the goods. There is still no time to wait two days, nothing to say.

I enjoy working there and management is very friendly with a caring attitude for the employees.

Dont come here before 5am they will ask you to leave. I supposedly had a 4am appt. Acording to broker but when i arrived at 350am i was told I was wrong they start a 5am and to come back then. Had to park on the street for an hour

My experience at this facility was the worst in my 7 year trucking career. The employees are disrespectful (especially the ladies at the guard shack) and have no communication skills with drivers and shippers. My appointment was on the 10th @9am and I didn’t get unloaded until the 12th @10am because of a mistake they made on their end. The afternoon employee was very disrespectful to me. My dispatch was in shock while he heard the way she was yelling to get her point across. It was so bad that I had to involve the manager, which was a waste of time because he didn’t show any interest of correcting or defusing the situation. The manager refused to give me the employee name or his superiors name so I could make a complaint. He told me there was no one else I can speak to other than him because there wasn’t any other superior who could rectify or resolve this issue. They returned my paper work and rescheduled me for another day. This experience has made me and I’m sure other drivers not want deliver here ever again!!

It was a terrible experience. I get an email stating waiting for pickup. I get there. I have no idea where to go. You go to a small room and have to stand 2 feet back from the plastic window. I couldnt even hear what they where asking me. I was 3 people behind everyone else. They finally process my order. They tell me to go to another place they tell you the number like they know where to go. And besides that while we where standing there there chating with each other. I finally get to the place where they tell me there is no visible number on the door really. We are all sitting in our cars waiting. Nothing. Its like they have no idea what to do. A few of us got tired of waiting we had to walk up to them and say hey thats my order. It was a nightmare. I will never go back there you wonder why people go to Amazon.

First time here to deliver a load of LCD televisions and the security guards were very friendly and helpful on checking in I had to wait about 15 minutes for the trailer jockey to remove the trailer in my dock door and was unloaded and out the gate in 2 hours all together which is about the standard time frame for a electronic warehouse. Looking forward to seeing them again

Never made a purchase from best buy warehouse. It was pretty quick receiving the order. I rented a truck to pick up refrigerator.The warehouse worker attempted to help load and then said it wouldnt fit height wise. I told him not to bother and that I should get it as I saw there was enough clearance to keep the refrigerator in the standing position. I didnt listen to them telling me to lie it down on its side as that is not something got should do with a refrigerator.

Worked here for about a month. The way they talk to the customers is beyond me. They lie and hang up on them then tell them their warranties are up after they gave the customer the run around for weeks. They say yo mama to the clients and hang up. They allow anyone and everyone to jump on the phone and pretend to be management. The managers are jokes. This is the worst work place environment I have worked in my entire life and honesty feel bad for the customers. Terrible customer service and they also treat the employees bad. Don’t train properly and talk down to newbies and The ones that aren’t in their clicks get to sit in the back office and eat all day. It’s like a high school environment. I personally would never buy a thing from Best Buy just from working here. When you delivery doesn’t show up and they cuss you out when you call don’t say I didn’t warn you! If you ask to speak to management the only one is Erin she doesn’t ever take the phone, also Veronica. Everyone else is pretending.

Came in early they turned me around. I had to wait in the street until one hour before appointment. There were over 30 empty places to park on the property. I came back in got a door to back into and now been waiting 45 minutes just for the customer to brake my seal so they can start the unloading process. I would advise avoiding this place if at all possible. Still waiting for the seal to be broken.

Friendly quick service

This is the DDC hub of bolingbrook. This is not a Best buy retailer but a holding faculty for installers and delivery drivers. Also has a will call area for special order customer pick up. Most warehouse associates are friendly and helpful. If they cant solve your issue themselves they will fimd another associate that has knowledge of your situation and will try to help. They also have a direct contact line to best buy D.o.D [better than customer service].

Horrible place to be if your a truck driver . You will wait for hours even if you have just I pallet. They dont care about your appt unless your late but if you on time it doesnt matter you will still wait for hours. There is no one there to check you in either you just stand in a room and hope someone comes by to help . They have the worst operations system I have ever seen . They definitely need to hire someone to fix this issue .

I have to make a delivery Tuesday morning and they didnt want to unload the truck till next day .The excuse.. system error.Nobody cares to look into it or try to fix it.Bed experience.People who dont care,and you are worry why you dont get your staff in time.

I purchased a refrigerator but was told none here, you need to drive to the warehouse to pick up. Drove there and thought they brought out a black one. When I asked for assistance I was told sorry we are closed now for 30 min. 42 minutes later they reopened and then resolved the issue.

The worst warehouse ever. We were waiting for our FIFTH delivery today and they cancelled it this morning because of missing part. THIS IS JOKE. Weve already paid for our washer and dryer what makes me more angry. I will never buy anything from Best Buy because of terrible service and even more terrible warehouse. This warehouse definitely need new management and employees.

Ive worked here and theres just no communication between the managers at all. I highly recommend not working here at all, as easy as they make it sound, they expect you to be done with all of the work by the end of the day and they just keep adding a lot more work loads

This place was ok. Customer service was kinda little but rude but still pleasure place.

We ordered appliances from Best Buy months in advance in preparation for our move to a brand new house. Not to mention the fact that we paid for our order in full months in advance as well. We have been at our new house for 5 days, and our appliance delivery has been cancelled TWICE. The first time, the driver walked into our house, asked where the appliances needed to go, walked back outside (to get the appliances, we presumed), and drove away without telling us OR delivering our appliances! I called Best Buy Customer Service (was hung up on twice in the process) and finally was put in contact with this warehouse. The first two people we spoke with were nothing but unhelpful and uncooperative, and finally we were put through to a manager. She told us they would reschedule our delivery for 1/2, leaving us without appliances for 3 full days. The real kicker is that our 1/2 delivery was cancelled this morning - we waited for 4 full hours before the warehouse called to cancel due to mechanical issues with the truck our appliances were on (most definitely a lie). Our delivery is now scheduled for 1/4, but we wont be surprised if that delivery gets cancelled too, and are shocked that they couldnt reschedule it for ASAP. We will not be ordering appliances from Best Buy again, and will do our best to avoid all Best Buy stores for other needs.

Quick dock assignment. Dont break seal, they do that after your initial docking, then pull out and open doors. Dont go to the building labeled 1500, go around the curve past that building to the BestBuy sign. Not sure why BOL says 1500...

We checked in and were told to drive around to the pick up area. No bell at pick up area. Had to knock for 5 minutes. They finally answered the door and we continued to wait another 15 minutes for our merchandise. Hard to find!

People here dont care, appt 0930, arrived 0916. Got to a door around 10am waited a hour for them to break seal so I can open doors and back in. Its 1130 still waiting while they slowly unload. Terrible. They dont acknowledge you in the room you have to check in, which is between 929-930
