The website doesn’t tell the whole truth. Needed to rent a fridge ASAP and website says same day delivery, lady said we wouldn’t get it for about a week! Says you can pay weekly. We only needed the fridge for a week so we thought that was perfect but no, you’re required to pay a minimum for a whole month and on top of that, large deposit needed. Most of the fridges there were broken anyway the lady said. Will not ever rent from here, seems like they try to scam you.

The folks at RAC Bolingbrook were a real life saver. Ahmed was awesome. We had a refrigerator fail and needed a replacement while we spent 9 weeks trying to get an LG refrigerator fixed. Ahmed set me up over the phone for a prompt delivery so we could stop living out of cooler. He also made it easy to extend the rental several times as the repair dragged on. Delivery staff were very professional and wore facial masks which made me comfortable. They dropped off and picked up when they said they would. Thanks again for great service.

They tacked on an insurance I didn’t agree to purchase but seemed useful when I lost my job. I called cooperate when I lost my job and explained that my roommate is working in a Covid infected nursing home so we weren’t able to break our quarantine and asked them to email or fax me any paperwork needed and they refused. They then sent people to my home and tried to tell me that I didn’t have the insurance but I saved my contract. Now I’m just paying off the item to avoid further harassment. They said they’d take off the late fees and “take the loss”. I asked if they could refund what I paid for the insurance if I can’t use it and they won’t. I think this is a corporate level decision and not the store personally. But I will be reporting it to the BBB. Just a heads up if you go through here refuse the insurance—update. Josh just called me and I thought he just wanted to discuss my payment that I was making today (Ending any contact from these people). I took this as an opportunity to ask if they could take my payment over the phone. They couldn’t and I get it. He had questions about this review. Tried to twist the dates to say my account was already canceled (I had him look up the cancel date and the day things started closing down due to covid). The dates show I lost my job before. Like I said. He then starts to try to bully me. Tell me that it’s accountability on my part. I’ll take blame for late payments sure.... but a contract is a contract. He said it wasn’t fair that I was going to file a report to the BBB. Like if it was nothing you’d let me file and it get dropped. I’m sure I’m not the only who disapproves of their “insurance “ being added on without permission and not usable. I am entitled to my opinion about how things are ran.... how are you going to have someone call me to try to belittle me into changing my mind?

Been buying with them for 18 almost 19 years they work with you and help out in finding what you need and what you like . They work out good deals with you as long as you are clear in what you need and what you want.Its sad that people that buy here they damage their stuff and dont want to pay and come in here to give a bad review smh. As long as Im happy with their service its what matters. ☝️👍👍

Never will I every attempt to purchase another item from the scam of a businesses again. I went in looking for a laptop just to rent for the mean time and the interest rate is way to high. the laptop worth $400 from any other store and here they want $1200. absolutely ridiculous and not to mention the customer service is terrible, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I honestly have no clue how this place is still in business. Before you even consider shopping here i suggest you look anywhere else.

I will NEVER purchase from them again. The first girl, Antoinette, messed up my entire agreement which in turn got me a four week deferment. I was happy with that. It was whatever.Then another employee, Emilio, calls you three-four times a day if youre one day late on a payment. Not only that, but the guy is creepy. Flirts with customers, asks them for their phone numbers, etc.THEN, they charged me for three payments, instead of two, and enrolls you in some insurance policy that you dont even get to opt-in or out for when you first make the agreement.Every time I speak to someone, they have an attitude. Im done with this place and Im just ITCHING to return my mattress and purchase another one elsewhere. They are RIDICULOUS!!!

So I picked up a refrigirator bout two years ago on a late minute shopping for mothers day.the first refrigirator they dropped off got dropped off wrapped in a box. Brand new. Entering my house I see a huge scratch in the door and imidiatly point it out. They tell me they cant do nothing but to replace the door. I go along with them till they realize they cant do anything so to keep me as a client they settle me for a smaller refrigirator for a different price.a year and a half goes by and the freezer door gets stuck. Now the second refrigirator is brand new as well.i get offered to get it picked up to get it fixed. No problem....I get it picked up. Well now Im bout $300 left on it after paying over $2000 for it.i get the refrigirator back and as I look its dented all over, scratched alarm door dnt work anymore, now this is the manager dropping it off. So he dnt know but to try to blame the people who fixed it. My thing is thats not the way it was taken from my house. It was a brand new refrigirator with stickers still on it. So now they tell me that theres nothing they can do for me, all they can do is take off 100 off the 300 I got left on it.......man I cant stand to see a scratched up refrigirator that I been paying to dollar for as a mothers day present. I seriously cant not after paying late fees and all the lil extra charge they add on. I been doing non but just biting my tounge till I finish paying it off since Im not the person to take gifts back. But all I know is that this cant fall on me it wasnt my responsibility after it was out my house,and I shouldnt pay after all the money Ive done played on this. Never again.it was a last min shopping turned into nothing but disapointment.

Nice people but service is terrible and they are unable to keep their agreements. Dont count on them for anything. If you cant pick up the merchandise yourself go elsewhere.
