Lousy customer service. I am a senior citizen and veteran. I was having trouble with a prepaid phone. I was told they dont deal with prepaid phones and the best they could do, was give me the number to customer service and handle it myself. If at&t dont service its own products, what good are they. I will not bother these people again.

Our experience was very grateful and our representative was very helpful he was very fast working pace to take care of each customer one at a time in order this store is clean great hospitality and the phone service is great we also have AT&T U-verse so we love our TV service and our phone service and I’m very thankful for the store and they’re great hospitality and Jack was amazing Bogalusa store AT&T 70427 I would recommend anybody to go to the store ask for Jack he is truly amazing that’s the fastest phone service I’ve had in years

Customer service at the bogalusa location is absolutely rediculous. The man that was helping us acted like he was more interested in having a conversation with the tech then helping us, he kept walking off, and acted as if he was inconvienced at any questions we asked. Needless to say I walked out of the store and went with a different carrier. I absolutely refuse to go back in that store. AT&T yall really need to do better!!

I absolutely love the staff! Great customer service, I had a phone that would not come on and one of the employees worked on my phone for 30 minutes. Unfortunately the phone was a goner :( but I upgraded my line. It was so nice that they didn’t just try to upgrade me. They really tried to help me out first! Most store’s would just try to upgrade you to make money. Great experience!

Ridiculously great experience.

After 16 years w #att today was the last day.I paid my bill yesterday. Never used the phone but they say it was all data.When I pull up my account, it shows the phone was never used and all my $$ was pulled from the account WHILE I WAS ASLEEP at 733 this morning. Will never do business w them again. Service has been failing/declining for years and they have Absolutely 0 customer loyalty. Im done. And every phone my family owns will be switched.

Absolutely horrible customer service for me! My son dropped my iPhone and busted my case and I needed one ASAP. I hurry to town to catch the att store to get a new case. Granted it was 6:50 pm, 10 mins before closing. I understand people have their own lives and want to hurry home to families, but 7pm means u close at 7 pm. As soon as I walk in the door the lady seemed mad I was even there. She asked me what I needed and I told her I just needed to grab a phone case real quick. She asks me if I’m paying cash or card and I told her cash and she stops me right there and tells me ma’am we have shut our systems down for the night and we can’t make any sales. I’m like ok then. I leave there and run all the way across town to the Verizon store. Made it 3 mins before closing and not only did they sell me a case with absolutely no problems, she opened it and offered to put it on my phone for me. All within a couple of mins before closing. When your business closes at 7, that means u don’t close til 7! Not shut the systems down early so u can leave early. That’s just poor business. From now on Verizon will be our go to. They are the real MVP!
