If I could I would give it a zero. My husbands phone has not worked in a month and mine for 2 weeks. Been trying to call the store and days no answer and then one day the man who answered stated he was in Picayune, MS as this location was having phone issues. Called customer service and person could not help me then someone messaged me after the review I gave for the awful customer service. Long story short I am out $140.00 and I would run before you waste your hard earned money with this business!!!!!

Terrible service. I cant even use the website to switch my services to another phone. I also lose service in areas that are not far from where I live. My intetnet completely slows down when I go to another side of town. They may have great deals but all around its just terrible service. Im on the edge of switching to another carrier unless the do fix all these issues.

Been waiting on my phone case for a month now. Not sure what is going on with this. No public restroom available. The employees are mostly nice but not very professional.

I was calling my family and friends before I left the parking lot recommending they swap to Boost asap! Mr. Shawn at the Bogalusa, La store is amazing! Best phone service experience Ive had so far ! He has great customer service, very well mannered, an had me in an out in a timely manner. I was expecting hrs. Lol Thank you Mr. Shawn an Thank you Boost !

Phone repairs are the cheapest in town and the phone prices are great. No activation fee and no contract. Also when you switch you get a free phone you cant beat it
