The sales woman was very rude. Even though we were in there first, everyone that came in after us was waited on while we waited for her to finish setting up my granddaughters phone.

I have had service with them for over a year. We have 5 lines for $125 a month and we have never had trouble until I decided to purchase a completely separate line in my husbands name and they added to my 5 lines in my name and messed up everything. I had to go up there twice and call them 6 times to try to get the problem resolved but they never completely straightened it out and I could barely understand what any of the people on the phone was saying and I kept having explain my problem to them over and over again. They kept telling me that they could have my phone lines back to normal next month and they acted like they was doing me a favor by asking for more money after I already paid them what I owed them for the month. All I wanted was to get what I paid them for and they wasnt able to do that correctly. If they dont get it straightened out next month I will be switching services.

I will have to visit again.

If they would open at 8 am would be better. I have to clock in with my phone. And whats up with an additional $10 for hot-spot when I pay $55 for total unlimited?

Customer service is fine when theyre there, twice i have been here when google says theyre open and they are closed or theres a sign on the door saying be back at 5 and no one shows up til closing time and then its too late for them to do anything. If google says open sundays from 12 to 6 then someone should be there from 12 to 6 we got there at 5:45 and they were closed, Yall need to have a talk with the bogalusa cricket manager, so they can get it together over here
