Had a dead battery on my ducati called around a few shops only place that responded and came to pick it up that day. Asked them to check the whole bike out change my oil and all my filters everything runs good. Had a bunch of nice bikes there was tempted to trade mine.

Nick and the team did a phenomenal job with my sale. I was in the market for a sport bike and they had a nice GSX-R750 that I purchased. I was deployed at the time and they pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale was completed. They helped with my wire transfer, setup my shipping of the bike to California, even sent me a nice bottle of Vodka! The process was smooth and simple. The had there technicians install a Yoshimura exhaust for me while I was deployed and waiting to have the bike shipped. Overall it was a very satisfying experience, especially with this being a complete online sale from start to finish.

Edited from my previous review. There was issues with my order; I had purchased the bike at the end of January which required me to insure it. The bike took a while to get here for items that were out of the dealers control. I was very displeased with this, but working with Cynthia we were able to come to an agreement that was fair to both parties. The staff did understand the frustration on the customer end. The end result was to make sure that the customer was satisficed at the end of the transaction and the whole team did a great job. The did what they needed to to make sure I was taken care of. Good job on their end.

I live in Tennessee and bought a motorcycle from these guys online. Even though I was $1500 short they made a deal with me that they would hold the title if I could make a down payment. I ended up being a whole day late on making my initial down payment and they still rejected other offers to buy the bike just so I could get it!
