Awesome bike dealership, came to this place for bike, they did great job, providing different type of financing, I had bad credit score - they solve it. Asked them for registration and license plates with trouble documents (I’m alien) they solve it! At the end great bike, got all papers, license plates. They also recommended me incredible mechanic for service of my bike! So thank you guys I’m happy! My daughter happy! U doing great don’t stop to keep this service on this level!

The holidays slowed the process down from the time I was approved to the time I actually got the bike. I mentioned that bc my job hindered me from picking it up and my note was due soon. Came once to this family bike store, and were surprised about Choice they have! Very friendly owners Nadia and Garry, helped me to chose right bike. They explained me condition of each bike I was considering, explained me what so I need to do what type of service when u purchasing pre owned bike. They sold me a bike with wires destroyed by rat.The nest was behind the right headlight. Company refused to help told me to use my insurance and they would pay the deductible. Went through insurance and after that they stop returning my calls worst business ever. If you have a problem they will ignore. Worst business and behavior Ive ever come across!Can you imagine buying a motorcycle, paying a deposit then finding out 3 days later after no response or answer to complete transaction, the business owners wife refuses to sell and asks for $1-2000 above original sale price? I just took delivery of a 2015 can am spyder ST purchased from Boca Powersports. It was the first time I purchased something like this sight unseen over the internet. Nadia was a dream to work with. She explained the entire process to me to ease my concerns. She kept me updated on the shipper and made sure they were reliable. One star is too generous for this company. This company is BAD NEWS. My husband and I recently purchased a CanAM Spyder from this place. We live in Texas. While my husband was negotiating the transaction, they were very attentive and informative. upon receipt of the bike, we were not able to drive it, due to having a rain storm in our area but noticed that some of the indicators on the dash were not working, we could not even read the fuel level. The first time that we were able to drive the bike, we drove to the gas station down the street 2 miles. After we put gas, the bike would not start. We had to call AAA to be towed home. Upon inspection of the bike, we found the issue. a rat was in the dash assembly and had eaten through multiple wires. At this stage, I pleaded with my husband to return the bike, but he wanted to give them a chance to remedy the situation. After going back and forth. The female who stated that they are a small family business advised us that she had had an issue with another bike having the wires eaten by a RAT and that she though that the most efficient way to have it repaired would be to go through our insurance and she would reimburse us for the out of pocket deductible. Against my better judgement we decided to do that and now that we have paid 1k for the insurance deductible she is avoiding our calls. We do however have a very long paper trail of text messages where she AGREED TO PAY FOR THIS REPAIR and we will be pursing that payment using every legal avenue that is available. If you are looking for a motor bike, I would steer very clear of BOCA POWER SPORTS!Also when I try to call them, they send out a text message that stated that they are closed for the Easter holiday, it is currently July 2021, so I am not sure why they are saying they are closed until EASTER.I did call them via facetime. she and answered the phone and hung up and resent the message that they are closed for Easter.I am so happy that we have done the majority of communication by text and we have the long paper trial proving that she agreed to pay for the repair or reimburse us for our deductible. Since she stated that she had another bike with wires eaten by rats, I am wondering if their facility may be have an actual rat infestation.The female there is now saying that the rat came out of our garage, when this first happened she told us a long story about how she had the other bike at her facility with a rat infestation. She stated that we should use the insurance, because it could be a costly repair and how they are a family business with limited resources, but she wanted to make sure that she took care of getting the bike repaired and would reimburse us for our out of pocket deductible. We went through insurance in order to lighten the burden on her for the repair cost, since we empathized with them being a small company and imagine the strain on small business during these days, and now she is backing out on what she agreed. She also offered to send her mechanic to repair the bike and explained that it would take a few weeks, we are really confused about why she did the bait and switch move on us to have us file an insurance claim. She is now saying that we were happy with the bike upon receipt.... it is a very beautiful bike and on appearances it looked like we were in good shape. With the bike being delivered and we never got a chance to drive it since we purchased out of state.Boca Power Sports = BAD BUSINESS!!!

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service from a company. I Was interested in a motorcycle they had posted on Facebook. Tried to discuss making an offer and was as absolutely insulted by the Person responding, told me to ask Salvation Army for money,..incredibly disrespectful. (See full comments in screenshot below). Called to talk to the Manager/Owner,..The person who answered said that he himself was indeed the owner, when I asked for his name he responded with an unintelligible name and Hung up on me! I will be Notifying the BBB and clearly taking my business elsewhere!

Reviews should definitely have negative stars. I came into this place instead of taking my business elsewhere and I just regret I didn’t. I’m a new customer currently on the market for a motorcycle, therefore, I went to Boca Powersports doing my due diligence after being interested in one of their bikes I came across on the Internet. I could had gone to any other dealer but instead of doing thus, I went there. Lady on the front desk was kind and willing to help, but, in last than 5 minutes the other person in office (Based on the other reviews I read, my best guess is that he is the store owner) came with a rude attitude towards me as if he didn’t care for making another buck or two. He might have great bikes there, but he definitely needs to step up and outgrow his customer care experience. He should at least respect the fact that I chose to come to his store instead of any of his competitors. I wish him well but neither will I come back nor will I recommend anyone to his business. I had previously been to Riva Motorsports and let me tell you this, the bigger dealers will treat you well regardless of what you came in for!

If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars, I would. I worked with Nadia from across the country and she was a pleasure to deal with. First, the bike I bought is the Indian Roadmaster in the VERY sought after Willow Green and Cream color scheme; she has stage 2 cams, upgraded intake and pipes. The price I paid was extremely fair for the machine I was blessed with (she TRULY is my dream bike and Boca PowerSports had it!). This bike is in immaculate shape - the paint is flawless (clearly garaged) with several touches from the original owner that put it in a top tier category...I could not be more pleased with this machine. Now, on to the customer service - Since the bike already had 6,000 miles on the odometer (past the break in period), rather than shipping the bike, I chose to purchase and I let Nadia know that Id be coming in on a flight and riding my bike back home. She met me at the dealership early the morning of my arrival with all the paperwork sorted so I gave her the funds and we were done in 5 minutes - talk about no hassle! Now - let me tell you about her husband, Gary. This man is someone I would become friends with, if I didnt live over 2,000 miles away. Gary did an on the spot adjustment of the exhaust tips to make sure the bike fit my load [I packed light, but my brother is a heavyweight - smile ]. We then talked about good cuisine in Florida and he suggested we take a detour to the Keys since it was my brothers first time to the ocean. Gary / Nadia - I believe you are truly special and I am very pleased with how you treated me and my brother from out of town.

I waited a very long to buy this bike and Nadia and her husband made my dream come true. I purchased a beautiful 2010 Honda Goldwing with only 15,000 Miles on it and not a scratch. She suggested first to apply for a loan to see if I qualify, after applied if everything goes fine, she will call or send by emails with two options to see which one will be more (buy or lease) convenience for me... never happened??? Never received any answer. I text her and nothing??? I Dont know what happen still see the the ad selling this motorcycle???? The only answers iam receiving now are many calls and emails from loan companies offering loans options. I decide to visit and deal with RIVA Motors Miami.

ARRIVED HERE TODAY AND REAR FENDER HAD NUMEROUS DEEP TO THE METAL SCRATCHES, BIKE WOULD NOT START, AND LOW OIL LIGHT ON. CONTACTED OWNER WHO HAS NOT MADE ANY REPLY. NOW I WILL HAVE TO HIRE A LAWYER TO DEAL WITH THIS.

Do NOT do business with this establishment. They made a deal, we’re getting exactly what they made the deal for and set up an appointment for my husband to come pick up the bike. As he was on his way, cash in hand, to pick it up, he received a text saying they were backing out of the DEAL! The deal had been in the works for days by the way...they could of backed out at anytime, but chose to wait til he was on his way! Absolutely GARBAGE establishment! Spread the word

Worked and waited to do this for 6 days...What I don’t understand is a business that is willing to sell you something, (which is what their business is to do), make the deal with you and then in the 11th hour back out and just cancel the deal for no reason whatsoever. I jumped through all the flaming hoops that they wanted me to, even came up with the extra 600 bucks they wanted me to and then they just canceled the deal... sorry we can’t do the deal anymore. I was in route, on the 45 minute drive to their location, to finish the deal when they decided they didn’t wanna honor their purchase agreement anymore. Can provide a copy of the agreement to anybody if you have any doubts about my review.Boca Powersports never in my life have I hoped somebody’s business goes out of business like I do yours, if this is your version of customer service, if this is the way you treat your clients, I don’t even understand how you’re in business to begin with.I would recommend anybody considering buying a motorcycle to stay away from these people.

A friend of mine was sold a brand new bike that the ECU and steering went out on a week after she purchased it and they refused to Fix it at no cost so she settled on $500 then a week later the owner said that offer was expired!
