I just wanted everyone to know how great the guys in the shop are! I had a tire problem on my scooter and watched a million YouTube videos on how to fix it and have my own tools but was unable to get it done. Everyone in the shop was able and willing to help no questions asked. Boca scooters is the real deal and I couldn’t be happier. If I could leave 10 stars I would. I will be a return customer for sure. Staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you guys!

I bought a used scooter today at 11:30am for 1,136 as is and it completely died at 6:30 the same day.
I purchased my scooter there, a brand new yamaha so its run well for a long time as youd expect. Ive gotten my scooter serviced there many times, and felt the service was decent if a bit pricey. Im only leaving a negative review now, because it is absurd, absolutely ridiculous to charge $136 for a single tire change. Thats before tax. The tire should have cost at most $70 being generous (they didnt break down the cost). The labor certainly did not take several hours. They also did not call me when it was finished like they said they would, but maybe I called them right after they finished, so I dont know. Ive had both tires replaced at Scooter Ave (admittedly probably lower quality tires) for $100.
Be very careful of this place. I came in to get more oil for my oil injection engine and instead they did a full service tune-up and expected me to pay for it, even though it wasnt what I asked for. When I explained the situation to Colton, the person in charge, instead of trying to make it right and only charge me for what I asked for he was insistent that I pay for the service. Even after painstakingly explaining the situation he haggled me down to 35 dollars before they would let me leave. I can barely make my rent as it is.If you want to shop here be very careful. Make it very clear what you want. Though fair warning, even if you do its no guarantee they wont try to swindle you.
I would like more than anything to give five stars to this place, as they are pretty nice people. Open about what they do? Not so much. I bought a brand new 2021 Wolf RX-50 49cc scooter from here. I then decided that since they do the performance upgrades, to get one done since it wasn’t too pricey, and would guarantee a little more safety for me. Since the upgrade in march, I have had CONSTANT problems. I brought it back to Boca scooters, they messed with the air filter. The scooter, meanwhile, is getting up to speed at around 35-40, then dropping me uncontrollably to 25 or worse. Five times I took it back. They said they replaced the carb, same issue. They said they put a straight flow on the filter, same issue. Not once actually showing me what was going on or giving me any kind of confidence that they knew what was going on at all. To their credit, they did not charge me to bring it back in, but as it was and is still under warranty, with less than 800 miles on it, this should be a non issue. Upon moving due to family reasons to the other coast, I took it to a shop over here to get it actually running. The mechanic showed me proof that only a big bore kit was installed. Nothing else was done to properly finish the performance upgrade. BEWARE of this company.NEVER get your service done here.
This place is THE BEST. Colton and his staff were informative, very friendly, not pushy at all and provided a great experience for my family and I. Went in thinking I would buy one thing but after much discussion, test rides, analysis of what we would use the scooter for and how we would use it, etc., we went with Coltons recommendation. After 100 miles felt like something might be wrong with the tire so I rode it back and within 15 minutes they swapped it out and rides like new. Honest guys who want to make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommend them! And the scooter is AWESOMe, we love it!!

If youre looking for a scooter, this is the place to be!I started out with a 50cc TaoTao and it was an awesome vehicle. The entire purchase process went without a hitch! No scummy sales pitch to be found here. These guys are straight shooters. You tell them your budget and theyll move heaven and earth of you. If looking for something with extra pep? Id highly recommend the Kymco Super 8 150 R, but thats just my opinion. ; They got scooters than can even take you up on the highways in no short order!After a bit, regular maintenance visits are in order and these guys are the best deal in town. I ride past two other places to get to here for my service! Mechanical upgrades, new purchases, or just a regular service. These guys are my go-to for anything on two wheels.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They flat out lied to me about the price. When asking about a used scooter ($599) the salesman said for $65 more you can get a new one. Who wouldn’t do this. I called today to speak to them about it and was told that the cost of the scooter was $945. I still need to pay for tax title and registration. These people are complete liars. When we came back to pick it up the only person left was a mechanic who help me put the scooter in my truck. The only nice thing that has happened. I will never use them for anything. Also when I spoke to the young lady she could care less about explaining any of this. So I guess I will speak to my attorney to see if there is anything I can do. If not then my fault for trusting them. Beware of this company.

Very nice store !! Many scooter of all sizes....new and pre-owned.With the exception of Colton, very positive guy, the staff are not very friendly. When I went to pick up and complete the payment, I felt like I was disturbing.In addition, they were very emphatic when said that the scooter had no warranty and was as is, but when I was leaving, the cell phone holder was gone. I said I wanted the accessory that already existed, and they said they didnt know where it was. Disappointed.

Rich is the most PATIENT person I have ever met in my life. He is knowledgeable and goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his customers. I teared up at how amazing of a human being he is. He answered all my 50 plus questions and re-answered my questions that I already asked just for reassurance. He should be manager or more of that place if he is not. My boyfriend and I were in a tight spot where we needed to get a scooter asap. We told him at most 7 days prior to that we would be returning to buy a scooter and he still answered all our questions not knowing for sure if we would come back. We came back and he still answered all of our questions. Rich is such a NICE MAN, HE IS PATIENT, HE ENGAGES WITH HIS CUSTOMERS, HE IS SO FUNNY and Light hearted. He gives his customers a run down of not only every scooter but he gives his customers of the run down of how the financial part of the scooter if the customer has questions about the financial part of the scooter. Amazingly even after making a purchase he still welcome his customers to come back if they have any concerns. He is a very welcoming man, he is a very warm person,with exceptional customer service.

If you can go anywhere else, do so. They are overpriced in their work and the owner is a shark. If you dont know what youre talking about they will take advantage of you.The guys that work on the scooters are cool. The front desk girl is rarely at the desk and its always a pain to get a hold of someone. Also my last experience there it took them a whole month to fix my scooter. I am not down with that. Like I said if you can go elsewhere do so. If you cant then I hope you have money to plow through.
I bought my scooter a month ago and I never got my title. Can I go pick it up tomorrow. I was just there today as well but I never got my title when I first bought it so I’m going to stop by tomorrow because you guys should have it if it was never given to me. I thought they would give it to me with my plates but they didn’t so that’s why I put a 4 star. Lied about me needing to service at their shop in order for the warranty to be honored. So obviously these guys know nothing about the Magnuson-Moss Act or anything about warranty laws. They should stop letting mechanics pick up the phone and give out false info and actually hire some people who know about bikes and how to talk to customers. My bike was also at their shop for 3 weeks for a repair that my home shop usually completes in a day or 2. In that time frame they never called with an update, thankfully I was in another state so didnt need the bike. Take your money elsewhere 👎🏿
I went to buy a scooter last month and the guy was super nice. He offered me a new scooter for $699 and said that they could do all the paperwork for the title and everything adding this to the amount I was paying. They charged me the price agreed plus the fee for the title and informed me that I JUST had to go take the plate. WRONG! DMV charged me everything again and when I called boca scooter the lady was very rude and said that they charged the original price of the scooter. She didn’t even checked the information! Bad bad service

They wont acknowledge you when you walk in. Took 30 days to repair clutch because they didnt do it right the first time nor test drive it. Wont be bringing my bike back here. Also theyll try to lie to you and say your bike needs to be serviced by an authorized kymco dealer for them to honor the warranty. This is false and its also illegal to not honor the warranty if one has been servicing their own bike or taking it somewhere else. They offer special financing AKA Predatory financing. Do not finance here. A 2,000 bike will end up costing $5,000. They work with Shady companies because they themselves are one. They did not apologize when my bike was there for 30 days due to their negligence. Theyre all about the $. Very deceitful snakes with no morals.

Sal and Rich are the best. My wife and I have been in the store a couple times and Rich always takes the time to answer our questions. My wife finally pulled the trigger to buy and had no way to get the scooter home. Sal delivered it personally and took his time to make sure we were educated on the scooter. Great guys-we will definitely be back for scooter number 2!
So I read reviews about this place prior and was hesitant about buying a scooter from here (the one stars scared me) I entered one day and discussed with Rich my need for a 49 or 50cc scooter. I was a total beginner and had no clue what to get. I told Rich that I don’t travel far, and he recommended a Peace Sports scooter (which I didn’t know much about this brand). Rich stated not only would he be able to hold the color I wanted for a week, but he would also include an extra trunk for free, as well as registering the scooter! To be honest, I was still hesitant, so I left. I returned the following week and spoke to Rich yet again, not only did he totally remember me and my situation, but he also stated he would help pack the Scooter into my SUV and teach me how to drive it! This convinced me to purchase the scooter! Rich took about 1 hour teaching me how to ride it! I never left more happier with a purchase! I got my scooter, an extra trunk, a great lesson, and he helped place it in my car! Please guys, come here and ask for Rich! This was an absolutely phenomenal experience, and that’s speaking as a total beginner! Very very happy to be riding this scooter now, it is amazing!

They did my son right! Fair, reasonable and beyond accommodating. Ive only had my scooter less than a month and twice now running lights went out when I came to stop (at night!) Im giving them 5 stars bc these guys buy them brand new, 0 miles on mine, and dont know potential defects etc. I live too far away to take it to them to have it checked (which is obviously a short in the electrical), but I have friends so Im not worried.I def recommend these guys. Overall they have great quality scooters and excellent customer service.
Dont buy the 50cc, its too slow, it barely goes up to 40m/h, never gets to 50, lights are too weak, you cant see or let yourself be seen at night by cars and too dangerous to drive.Dont let the sellers fool you! You might end up over paying for the scooters and, for future repairings... There is no such warranty, you still have to pay for repairings if the scooter doesnt work properly...The scooter starts to fall in pieces all of the sudden, must be some cheap thing thats why, also, they say you dont need insuranse, but the cops say, you should! 50cc might be your certain death on the streets, be careful, talking by experience, mine is trash, and my back will never be the same, buy a helmet though, the helmet saved my life...
