Grill Doctor is fantastic!!! They were out at my house the day after I called and took care of the entire job of refurbishing my grill! I could not believe how it looked when it was done! It looked brand new!! Very nice customer service. Price was very fair! Thanks Grill Doctor!!!

I guess I was totally fooled by the reviews. I called June 30th to book an appointment for someone to look at my built-in grill and determine why the flame was always so low. They said they could not get there until July 9th, which I said would be fine. No confirmation, or communication until July 9th when they called and said we cannot look at the grill until you sign and send us a credit authorization to charge the $125 house call fee. We scrambled to to get the authorization signed and sent back. They apparently put a meter under the grill (I wasnt home) and said you have a gas leak, DO NOT use the grill. This was on a Friday, and they said they would have a fix estimate out on Monday and be back in touch. I have not heard from them, or been able to reach them since. When speaking on Friday the 9th, they did not tell me where the leak was, but said they would need two people to come back and redo all the lines. After a few Google searches, I see there are better ways to determine where the leak is and redo the fitting. Absolutely terrible communication and service. I plan on contesting the $125 charge, as they did nothing!

I have been using this company for many years. They are always reliable and go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. Last week they came and did a deep cleaning of my BBQ and after they were finished, it looked BRAND NEW!

Ever is an excellent employee. He spent hours cleaning our grill, which had not been cleaned for 8 years. I highly recommend this company if you have a dirty, high end grill (I have a GE Monogram 42”), and want your money’s worth.

I needed to deep detailed cleaning on my grill, before it went into storage for a couple of months while I moved. I reach out and I will be honest I initially thought the pricing was a bit higher than I wanted to spend. I was wrong! The tech who came out did an amazing job, worked on my grill for half a day to make sure they got it looking brand new, I am not even sure the man took a break. From start to finish (inquiring to completed job) everyone I dealt with was very professional, pleasant and just a pleasure to work with. Today was my first time using The Grill Doctor - I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends. I called yesterday and Monty came today. He made the repair quickly and gave me a number of tips on cleaning and using my grill. The charge was exactly what they told me it would be when I called for the appointment. Great service!

Saw an ad for The Grill Doctor in a local magazine, called them up, spoke with Mike, told him my husband wasnt grilling cause he said something was wrong with the grill. Normally in our household we would just go out and buy another grill since this one was 2 or 3 years old, not proud of that necessarily, but its the truth. Decided to give this company a try. They showed up the next morning right on time and took a look at the grill, fixed the grill and were having steaks tonight. I would highly recommend this company, professional, courteous and affordable.

I was pleased with the service I received from The Grill Doctor. I was not available to meet The Grill Doctor the morning he arrived. He called me when he arrived (on time) to my home and I instructed him to go around back where my grill was. When he finished he took photos of my grill to show me and he also showed me how I was able to get some parts replaced as my grill was still under warranty from Weber. Very pleased with the level of service and professionalism.

A perfect job and excellent experience! I needed a new propane grill to be retrofitted with a natural gas hose due to a weird configuration with our underground propane tank. Monty was able to easily make the fix and remove/replace the old quick disconnect hose which was in lousy shape. He took the time to walk me through a few pointers with our new grill and could not have been nicer. We could have possibly done the work ourselves but frankly Id rather trust a professional when it comes to something like gas lines. I highly recommend them!

I made an appointment with them one week ago to come to my house this morning to fix my grill. They never called and never showed up.

I moved to a new home that did not have natural gas and had considered getting a new grill rather than retrofitting my Weber Genesis for propone. Im very happy with the work and now am happy to recommend The Grill Doctor.Although it took a little longer than expected, the work done was excellent. My grill is like new.

Monty did a great job cleaning our DCS outdoor gas grill. When we bought our house, the 11 year old built-in grill worked well, but was never thoroughly cleaned. Monty spent 3 hours taking our grill totally apart, and the results are a relatively new looking grill inside and out. We paid $285, which is well worth the cost. Thanks!

Luckily we found Monty The grill doctor. He came to our house today to fix our Charbroil grill. He was able to replace our igniter switch with one that he fabricated from other parts because he said the factory authorized ones were made out of plastic and would not hold up. I will be giving his name to our friends who need grill repairs.and general grill maintenance.

At first I was very skeptical about calling them after reading a really bad review about them, but I called them up anyway. They explained to me that they have never had a customer by that name mentioned on that review, they told me that they were gas lincensed by the state, and they also told me that Angies List gave them the 2013 Super Service Award in the Grill Repair Category, so I decided to hire them and what a great job they did on my DCS 36 built-in grill. They left it looking brand new and perfoming like when I just got .HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Monty came out same day, knew what we needed, had the part, and fixed it right away. He even showed me how to use one feature of our grill Ive never been able to use. Will definitely recommend them, and use them again!! Thanks Monty!

Just had my grill cleaned and an ignition switch replaced.I cant believe how thorough the tech was on taking every single piece apart and cleaning them so completely. It looks brand new...never thought there was a company that did this service..I found them!!
