I was quoted a price for pool light repair which i accepted and as the job took longer then they anticipated the decided to authorize an additional 100$ prior to discussing this with me. They accepted a job knowing nothing is perfect. We were dissapointed with their decision to charge additional fees without notification. Customer service was at least good despite end matters.

First time I called company looking for an inflatable pool for my kids and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Then I hung up to not be able to call store back because line was busy for 20 more minutes. Hopefully next experience will be better.Update:***Got a call back a little bit later and gave me a good idea to find a pool I need. Was greatly appreciated! Changed rating.

Will not use them for all my needs for my pool. went to buy a pool skimmer basket rubber seal. was charged 16 dollars for a 4.99 seal. Went to pincha penny and found the same seal for 4.99. I dont mind paying a little more for an item being it supports the littlwe guy but 4 times the price is crazy. I will be going to pinch a penny from now on for the major stuff. I left a message to work the issue out but they never cared to call so its their loss.

This new location is beyond convient. Ive always been happy with my dealings here and would definitely recommend them.

Had a situation with my pool motor didnt work anymore. They sent a tech out and got it handled with now issues. These guys are knowledgeable, know their stuff, and get the job DONE. I RECOMMEND 100%

Paul is one of the greatest guys Ive ever met in the pool business he made it simple can change from one company to another my pool pump went bad he fixed it $100 cheaper than anybody else would and there are tentative to your needs as a customer

The schedule that appears online and at the door is not reliable. They open later and close earlier. Hard to communicate nobody answer the phone on the supposed schedule. Already lost my time twice.

Brought a heat pump from these guys for a very good price also they did the install and im very happy everything is working and i can finally enjoy my pool all year long
